A mathematical model based on the distinct element method (DEM) was developed to investigate the hydrodynamics in a gas-solid down-flow circulating fluidized bed reactor (downer). The models consist of the equations of particle motion and fluid motion. The contact force is calculated by using the analogy of a spring, dashpot, and friction slider. Simulation results show that the radial solids holdup and particle velocity profiles are uniform in the core region. Near the wall, the solids holdup is higher with lower particle velocity. An increase in the particle size decreases the solids holdup and increases the particle velocity. The solids holdup decreases with superficial gas velocity but increases with solids circulation rate. Particle velocity increases with gas velocity and solids circulation rate. The solids holdup and particle velocity are almost uniform along the height of the downer except near the distributor. The hydrodynamic behavior from this simulation showed trends similar to those of the experimental results. The results obtained from this model fit better with the experimental results than Kimm's and Bolkan's models do.  相似文献

详细考察了气液外环流反应器中上升管、下降管的气泡行为随轴向、径向的变化规律. 由于外环流反应器的结构特点,发现在上升管底部存在偏流,并对分布板区气泡行为随角向的变化规律进行了研究. 分析实验结果得出,气含率和气泡速度均随表观气速的升高而升高;在上升管内,气含率和气泡速度自中心向边壁逐渐降低,而沿轴向变化很小;在分布板区,由于受分布器及下降管的影响,使气含率和气泡速度在不同角向存在不同的径向分布. 在下降管中,气含率自中心向边壁逐渐降低,而气泡速度则基本不变;且下降管中的气体循环率随表观气速的升高而升高.  相似文献

在一套φ600 mm CSVQS的环流预汽提段冷态实验床装置上,在导流筒区气速为0.2 m·s-1和0.3 m·s-1,环隙区气速为0.03 m·s-1和0.07 m·s-1,汽提段气速为0和0.13 m·s-1时,考察了预汽提导流筒区和环隙区的颗粒速度分布,同时在上述条件下,根据提出的计算方法,考察了由提升管引入环流预汽提段颗粒的平均停留时间分布。结果表明,在上述几种操作条件下,预汽提段均为中心气升式环流,汽提段气体大部分进入导流筒区。在导流筒区气速相同时,在无汽提风时,导流筒区颗粒速度随环隙区气速的增加沿径向由陡峭分布转变为平缓分布;在有汽提风时,导流筒区颗粒速度径向分布随环隙区气速的变化很小。在环隙区气速相同时,在有汽提风时,导流筒区颗粒速度随其气速的增加由平缓分布转变为陡峭分布;在无汽提风时,两种导流筒区气速下的颗粒速度径向分布均比较陡峭。与导流筒区相比,环隙区颗粒速度径向分布几乎不随操作条件的不同而变化。随着导流筒气速的增加或环隙气速的降低,颗粒平均停留时间分布变窄,质量分数降低;随着颗粒循环强度的增加,颗粒平均停留时间分布变窄;质量分数变化不一。  相似文献

在四段溢流管式多层流化床装置中研究了固体颗粒加料速率、分布板开孔率及孔径、溢流管内径、颗粒种类及粒径对多层流化床稳定操作气速范围的影响. 结果表明,多层流化床最小稳定操作气速(Umin)随颗粒加料速率、分布板开孔率及颗粒粒度增大而增大,随溢流管管径增大而减小,与分布板孔径大小无关;最大稳定操作气速(Umax)随分布板开孔率和孔径及颗粒粒度增大而增大,随溢流管管径增大而减小. 石英砂和煤颗粒的最大稳定操作气速均先随加料速率增加而增加,超过某一加料速率(表观颗粒速度约为1.0′10-4 m/s)后基本保持不变. 在相同固体加料速率下,石英砂的最大与最小稳定操作气速比(Umax/Umin)约是煤颗粒的3倍,表明石英砂比煤颗粒具有更大的操作弹性,可能是由于使用的褐煤含水量高、流动性差所致.  相似文献

在两套均采用喷管型气体分布器的循环流化床实验装置上分别采用河沙和FCC颗粒系统测试了提升管内的轴向压力梯度分布和局部颗粒浓度,研究了气体分布器结构和颗粒直径及密度对上行气固两相流动行为的共同影响.结果表明,当表观气速小于8.0 m·s-1时,粗重的河沙颗粒在喷管型气体分布器效应逐渐消失的过程中会出现不同程度的减速,而细轻的FCC颗粒在本实验的测试范围内则不存在上述现象.当采用喷管型气体分布器时,粗重的河沙颗粒在加速过程中,不仅其颗粒浓度显著高于FCC,而且其沿径向分布的不均匀程度也明显大于FCC;但在充分发展段,河沙的颗粒浓度不仅比FCC低,而且在径向的分布也更为均匀.  相似文献

针对催化汽油辅助反应器改质降烯烃工艺,在一套提升管-流化床耦合反应器大型冷态实验装置上,系统研究了提升管出口段的颗粒流动特性,通过定义约束指数Ri(Ri为颗粒约束返混区实际截面平均固含率与理论截面平均固含率之比)定量反映提升管出口分布器及流化床层的约束作用。结果表明,与常规提升管相比,耦合反应器提升管出口存在一个颗粒约束返混区,其长度主要受表观气速、颗粒循环强度及上部流化床内颗粒静床高度影响;由于出口设置了倒锥形分布器,使得颗粒约束返混区靠近提升管出口区域在表观气速较低和颗粒循环强度较大时,局部固含率最大值出现在量纲 1半径Φ=0.7处;颗粒约束返混区的约束指数在靠近出口的过程中逐渐增大,气固流动受到分布器及上部流化床层的约束作用亦逐渐增强。  相似文献

A cold model experimental system is established to investigate the flow behavior in a gas‐solid fluidized bed for the methanol‐to‐olefins process catalyzed by SAPO‐34. The system comprises a gas distributor in a F 300 × 5000 mm acrylic column, double fiber optic probe system and a series of cyclones. The experiments are carried out under conditions of atmospheric pressure and room temperature with different superficial velocities (0.3930–0.7860 m s–1) and different initial bed heights (600–1200 mm). The effects of radial distance, axial distance, superficial gas velocity, and initial bed height on the solid concentration and particle velocity in the bed are discussed. The time‐averaged solid concentration and rising particle velocity profiles under different conditions are obtained. The results show that an increase in the value of r/R or initial bed height results in an increase in the solid concentration but a decrease in the rising particle velocity in the dense phase area, while improvement of the superficial gas velocity has a negative influence on the solid concentration but results in an increase in the rising particle velocity.  相似文献

A large-scale cold model experimental setup of a riser-fluidized bed coupled reactor was established according to the olefin reduction technology with an auxiliary reactor for FCC naphtha upgrading.Distributions of particle velocity in the riser section were experimentally investigated in the setup.Furthermore,the restriction index of particle velocity was defined to quantitatively show the restriction effects of the riser outlet lotus-shaped distributor and the upper fluidized bed on the particle flow behavior in the riser.The experimental results showed that the riser could be divided into two regions in the longitudinal direction,i.e.,lower traditional transport region and upper restriction region.In the longitudinal direction,the averaged cross-sectional particle velocity in the traditional transport region increased firstly,and then tended to be smooth,while decreased in the restriction region.With the increase of static bed height in the upper fluidized bed,the local particle velocity decreased,and the tendency of change in the core region is more than that in the wall region.Restriction effects of the lotus-shaped distributor and the upper fluidized bed on particle flow behavior enhanced with the increases of superficial gas velocity,solids flux and static bed height in the upper fluidized bed.In the same cross-section,outlet restriction effects enhanced with the increase of the dimensionless radial position r/R,and would not change when r/R≥0.5.  相似文献

In this paper, the distributions of particle velocity in a gas–solid fluidized bed with branched pipe distributor or circle distributor were measured by using a laser Doppler velocimetry. Our results show that, within a certain range of superficial gas velocity, when using circle distributor, the particle velocity is large and the distribution of the particle velocity is even more compared with the branched pipe distributor. On the basis of the amplitude of tangential movement statistics, the amplitude of tangential movement statistics (AVATMS) decreases with increasing the axial height under the appropriate superficial gas velocity.  相似文献

在一套组合约束型提升管冷态实验装置上,通过实验研究了不同操作条件下提升管出口气固分布器的压降,并与常规气体分布器压降进行了对比。实验结果表明,在零床层及有床层的操作模式下,气固分布器压降均随提升管内表观气速和颗粒循环强度的增加而增大,在颗粒循环强度较低时,气固分布器压降曲线变化的斜率随着表观气速的增加而增大,在颗粒循环强度较高时,气固分布器压降曲线变化的斜率随着表观气速的增加而减小;随着开孔率及上部流化床层压降增加,气固分布器压降呈降低趋势,当流化床层压降达到一定程度后,分布器各孔方可实现有效布气,此后气固分布器压降趋于近似不变;在相同表观气速及开孔率下,气固分布器压降大于常规气体分布器压降。  相似文献

同心圈式超重力旋转床是一种新型超重力旋转床。液泛是超重力旋转床流体力学的重要特征。同心圈式超重力旋转床液体分布器和转子内缘之间的环形空间内的液滴被气体夹带,液滴受到离心力和气体曳力的作用,通过建立微分方程可获得液滴径向速度为零时的液滴运动径向距离。当该径向距离小于环形空间的径向距离,此时产生雾沫夹带液泛。由此建立同心圈式超重力旋转床雾沫夹带液泛模型。实验以空气和水为物系,测定了转子直径为1000 mm、高度为100 mm的同心圈式超重力旋转床在不同转速和表观液速下气体进口和出口之间的气相压降随表观气速的变化。气相压降随表观气速的增大先缓慢增大后快速增大。用表观气速对气相压降求导和目测旋转床中心气体出口处出现大量液体被气体夹带来确定液泛点气速。通过液泛点气速求得雾沫夹带液泛模型的系数k,并对该系数k进行关联。该雾沫夹带液泛模型的计算值和实验值吻合很好,平均偏差为3.1%。该模型优于Sherwood液泛模型,对同心圈式超重力旋转床的工业应用提供了必要的设计依据。  相似文献

The combined influences of particle properties and nozzle gas distributor design on the axial and radial flow structure in two 100 mm i.d., 15.1 m and 10.5 m long risers with FCC and sand particles were investigated by measuring the axial pressure gradient profiles, and the axial and radial profiles of solids concentration. The results show that the nozzle gas distributor design has significant effects on the axial and radial flow structure for the FCC and sand particles. At lower superficial gas velocity of less than 8.0 m/s, the upward gas‐solid flow of the sand particles decelerates in various degrees with the disappearing of the nozzle gas distributor effect. The upward gas‐solid flow of the FCC particles, however, occurs without noticeable deceleration within the range of this study. In the acceleration section, the radial distributions of the local solids concentration of the FCC particles are more uniform than those of sand particles under the same operating conditions; while in the fully developed zone, the sand particles have a more uniform radial distribution than the FCC particles. The gas‐solid flow is first developed in the center region, and then extends towards the wall. The overall flow development in the riser mainly depends on the local gas‐solid flow in the wall region.  相似文献

In this work, a tapered fluidized bed (TFB) without a distributor for fluidizing carbon nanotube (CNT) was applied for improving the dead zone, blockage, and fracture of distributor, which occurred in actual production. Experiments were performed under different superficial gas velocities, static bed heights, CNT agglomerate size, and positions of pressure probe. To obtain multi-perspective and multi-scale understanding of fluidization dynamics of gas–CNT flow in the TFB without a distributor, the standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, wavelet decompositions and homogeneous index analysis methods were adopted. Some noticeable phenomena were observed. Particle movements including inter-particle, gas–particle and particle–wall dominate dynamic characteristics. The amplitudes of pressure fluctuations of coarse agglomerated multi-walled CNT were more sensitive to the gas velocity than that of fine agglomerated multi-walled CNT. The sensitively of energy contribution of the meso- and macro-structures was that the sensitivity of the measured position was less than the sensitivity of the energy contribution by the changes of particle size, and the sensitivity of the energy contribution by the changes of particle size was less than the energy contribution by the changes of gas velocity. The fluidization quality of coarse agglomerated multi-walled CNT was better than that of fine agglomerated multi-walled CNT, which was verified by the skewness and wavelet analysis.  相似文献

The hydrodynamics of a slurry airlift reactor at high solid concentrations were experimentally studied. The influences of the average solid concentration, superficial gas velocity and particle size on the radial and axial profiles of the solid holdup, average gas holdup and liquid circulation velocity were investigated. The local solid holdup was measured with an electrical conductivity probe. At low solid concentrations or high superficial gas velocities, the radial profile of the solid holdup was uniform. At high solid concentrations, the radial profile of the solid holdup was nonuniform, with higher values near the wall. This radial nonuniformity increased with decreased superficial gas velocity or increased average solid concentration. The axial profile of the cross-sectional average solid holdup was uniform at all conditions in this work, even at high solid concentrations. The average gas holdup and liquid circulation velocity increased with the superficial gas velocity but decreased with the average solid concentration. A mathematical model based on the balance of the transverse lift force and turbulent dispersion force was proposed to predict the radial profile of the solid holdup. Reasonable predictions were obtained from this model with an adjustable model parameter.  相似文献

环流反应器的研究绝大多数都局限于气液、气液固系统,涉及气固环流反应器的研究较为稀少,且大多针对气升式气固环流反应器和喷动床。本文研究了一种处理A类粒子的环隙气升式气固环流反应器,考察了操作条件和导流筒分布器位置对床层密度分布、环流速度和质量流率的影响。发现将分布器位置下移后可以有效地改善区域的流化质量、减小滑移区,床层密度沿径向的分布得到了明显改善,颗粒环流质量流率有了明显提高;进气位置以上r/R<0.367的床层得到了良好的流化,但是0.367相似文献

Gas mixing and solids mixing were studied in a geometrically and dynamically scaled cold model fluid coker stripper. Tracer gas (helium) was first injected into the stripper standpipe to quantify total gas entrainment into the underflow stream. Tracer gas was then injected into the upper reactor and lower stripper separately to investigate gas mixing in the stripper. The stripping efficiency was found to depend strongly on operating conditions (solids circulation rate, stripping gas velocity) as well as on the baffle configuration in the stripper. Unsteady state measurements were also obtained in an effort to understand gas dispersion in the stripper. The results show that gas mixing is most intensive in the stripper core. To study solids mixing and residence time distribution in the stripper, solid tracer particles impregnated with salt were injected into the reactor and detected at the top of the stripper and standpipe. The results indicate that axial dispersion of solids in the presence of the baffles could be represented by axially dispersed plug flow.  相似文献

在欧拉-拉格朗日坐标系下,采用离散单元法对单孔射流流化床内颗粒混合特性进行了数值模拟。引入混合指数对床内轴向及径向布置的颗粒混合质量进行定量分析,并研究了不同表观气速、不同弹性系数对颗粒混合特性的影响。模拟得到了颗粒轴向及径向混合序列图、气体和颗粒速度分布、整床颗粒混合指数分布、参量变化时整床颗粒混合指数分布。结果表明:流化床床层内颗粒混合速度受颗粒内循环能力和颗粒扩散能力的综合作用。单口射流喷动流化床颗粒轴向混合速度主要由颗粒内循环速度决定,颗粒径向混合速度主要由颗粒扩散能力决定。表观气速增大时,颗粒内循环速度增加,从而加快了颗粒轴向混合进程,但对颗粒径向混合影响微弱;弹性系数增大时,颗粒混合速度及混合质量均下降,并且弹性系数增大对颗粒径向混合进程影响小于颗粒轴向混合。  相似文献

Particle image velocimetry was used to investigate the evolution of multiple inlet gas jets located at the distributor base of a two‐dimensional fluidized bed setup. Results were used to estimate the solid circulation rate of the fluidized bed as well as particle‐entrainment into the individual jets. The effects of fluidization velocity, orifice diameter, orifice pitch, particle diameter, and particle density were studied. It was determined from this study that the solid circulation rate linearly increased with an increase in the fluidization velocity until the multiple jet system transitioned from isolated to an interacting system. In the interacting system of jets, the solid circulation increased with fluidization velocity but at a much lower rate. 采用压力巡检仪和光纤测量仪,对直径300 mm的快速流化床反应器内气固两相流动特性进行了研究,考察了操作条件对快速床轴、径向催化剂颗粒浓度、颗粒速度、筛分分布等的影响. 结果表明,当操作气速提高到2.0~2.6 m/s,相应的催化剂循环强度在60~160 kg/(m2×s),床层密度可保持在50~650 kg/m3;催化剂颗粒浓度在径向上呈中心低、边壁高的不均匀分布,轴向上各径向位置在颗粒加速区逐渐降低、在充分发展区趋于稳定、随表观气速增大或催化剂循环强度减小而减小,且径向均匀性变好,在r/R<0.7的中心区域趋于一致;颗粒速度在径向上呈中心高、边壁低的抛物线形分布,且随操作气速增大或催化剂循环强度增大而更加明显.  相似文献

Fluidisation is frequently accompanied by unwanted attrition of the bed material. This paper focuses on the mechanical aspects of fines creation by attrition in fluidised beds supported by multi-orifice distributor plates. The attrition rates of low-density porous glass particles were measured; these particles show abrasive wear behaviour rather than breakage. Positron emission particle tracking (PEPT) was used to follow particle motion in three dimensions within the fluidised bed. For a single orifice distributor with background fluidisation, the attrition rate increased exponentially with increasing orifice gas velocity. For a multi-orifice distributor, however, attrition rates were roughly proportional to excess gas velocity, except near to a critical ratio of particle to orifice diameter; as this ratio approached 2, attrition was observed to increase by an order of magnitude. A method is proposed for estimating attrition rates from a combination of small-scale experimental results and theoretical calculations of distributor jet entrainment rates.  相似文献
