现代陶艺是伴随二十世纪现代艺术运动而产生的,在八十年代初,中国现代艺术掀起了一场新艺术形式的革新运动萌芽,陶瓷艺术领域也引发了一场革命,力图改革传统陶艺的固有模式,从根本上远离实用功能的障碍和创作形式的雷同,以往的思想方式和审美观念逐步走向开放、自由,形成了百花齐放的创作局面。现代陶艺不仅仅是对传统陶艺的一种视觉改变,更是现代人丰富情感对泥与火的注入。  相似文献

本文主要论述了现代山水技法在陶瓷上的应用与发展。中国画与陶瓷之间的关系源远流长。早在元代青花瓷诞生之际,陶瓷艺术已经打上了国画艺术的烙印,两种艺术形式有了融合。在国画与陶瓷创作的门类中,现代山水艺术的技法概念,可以有效转换于陶瓷艺术中的青花及釉上创作,中国传统艺术中的笔墨情趣可以在陶瓷釉下或釉上创作中得到移用和表现。  相似文献

The supercritical antisolvent process (SAS) was employed to obtain polymer/drug coprecipitated powders. Indeed, processes based on the use of supercritical fluids allow us to obtain polymer/active drug coprecipitated microparticles with tunable bioavailability. In this work, two different biocompatible polymers were selected to be used as carriers for obtaining drug microparticles with different releases for different applications: polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was coprecipitated with ketoprofen to obtain a rapid drug release and zein was coprecipitated with ampicillin to obtain a controlled drug release. The experiments were performed both on a bench-scale and a pilot-scale plant. Ketoprofen is one of the most prescribed non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is poorly soluble in water and, to overcome this inconvenience, in this work, it was coprecipitated with PVP. In correspondence with the optimized polymer/drug ratio, the dissolution rate of the active principle in the coprecipitated particles was about three times higher than the one of the unprocessed ketoprofen. The second model drug under study in this paper is ampicillin, a semi-synthetic penicillin that is one of the most commonly prescribed broad-spectrum antibiotics. Prolonging the release of the drug would imply a reduction in the number of administrations and, therefore, of the side effects associated with too high dosages. For this purpose, in this work, ampicillin was coprecipitated with zein. Zein/ampicillin microparticles were produced up to a polymer/drug ratio of 5/1 w/w; in this case, the antibiotic coprecipitated with zein reaches 90% of its dissolution in about 14 hours, while the unprocessed antibiotic takes about 3 hours to dissolve.  相似文献

本文研究了鸡肉中二硝甲酚残留量的气相色谱测定方法。样品中二硝甲酚用丙酮提取,经重氮甲烷甲基化和氟罗里硅土柱净化一,采用BP21石英毛细管柱于气相色谱仪进行测定。本实验采用添加法测定回收率,添加水平为0.02-0.2mg/kg时,其平均回收率为84.6%-89.5%。本方法的最低检出限为测定0.02mg/kg。  相似文献

近年来连续化微通道反应器作为一项新兴技术,在染料、颜料合成中开始得到应用。本文综述了微反应器技术在染料和颜料科研和生产方面的进展。与传统的间歇式反应不同,连续化微通道反应器的特点是,连续进料,瞬间混和,精确控制反应时间。该技术在重氮化、偶合反应中的应用,取得了高于常规反应器的收率和纯度。应用于颜料合成,取得了粒径窄分布的产品,并大幅度提高了颜料的应用性能。应用于合成中间体的硝化反应,提高了选择性和工艺的安全性。  相似文献

Using recycled aggregates in the production of concrete has been a viable alternative for sustainable development. Notwithstanding advanced information on this material at room temperature, its behavior when exposed to fire is still incipient. Thus, based on experimental analyses, the objective of this article is to evaluate the behavior of concrete produced with recycled aggregates for thermal insulation of steel elements, as well as to verify the physical and mechanical properties of these mixtures. For this purpose, eight prototypes, one made of steel and the others coated with different types of concrete, conventional and with recycled aggregates, were inserted in a horizontal oven and heated for 2 h. Based on experimental tests, numerical models were proposed and tested using the ABAQUS computational code, with consistent results when coherent thermal properties were adopted. The experimental results show that recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) has great thermal insulation potential and sustainable benefits, considering that the steel elements coated with this type of material, with the exception of those that underwent spalling, presented temperatures close to or below compared with concrete with natural aggregates. In this regard, it is observed that the thermal conductivity of RACs was inferior to conventional concrete, indicating that this material is a promising strategy for thermal insulation of steel structures.  相似文献

The design and preparation of carbohydrate ligands for DC-SIGN is a topic of high interest because of the role played by this C-type lectin in immunity and infection processes. The low chemical stability of carbohydrates against enzymatic hydrolysis by glycosylases has stimulated the search for new alternatives more stable in vivo. Herein, we present a good alternative for a DC-SIGN ligand based on a mannobioside mimic with a higher enzymatic stability than the corresponding disaccharide. NMR and docking studies have been performed to study the interaction of this mimic with DC-SIGN in solution demonstrating that this pseudomannobioside is a good ligand for this lectin. In vitro studies using an infection model with Ebola pseudotyped virus demonstrates that this compound presents an antiviral activity even better than the corresponding disaccharide and could be an interesting ligand to prepare multivalent systems with higher affinities for DC-SIGN with potential biomedical applications.  相似文献
