提出了一种健康、舒适和环保的新型功能纤维—锗纤维。锗可以释放负离子,通过前纺纳米添加制备得到锗纤维,并对其纺织品材料进行了负离子浓度检测、抗菌测试和血液循环测试,结果表明:锗纤维纺织品具有良好的保健功能,可以促进血液循环、恢复体能、减缓人体衰老等功能。因此,锗纤维可以广泛的应用到服装、家纺、汽车内饰等领域,具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

Through its hydrophobic properties, polypropylene (PP) offers unique potential as a functional fiber for a wide range of applications, for example, in nonwovens for hygiene applications or as a baselayer in sports textiles. Current work is focused on the modification of PP presently used in baselayers for sports textiles to increase the hydrophilicity by use of a production scale plant for low pressure plasma treatment. Attention was directed toward an increase in hydrophilicity and time stability of the achieved modification during storage. Changes in the fabric were characterized by sorption of the cationic dye (methylene blue), water retention value, water transport properties, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and color measurement. The obtained results indicate an improved wettability and wicking. The extent of modification decreased with storage time and parallel yellowing of treated samples was observed. Multimaterial textiles are frequently employed to attain a certain function or aesthetic effect. The multimaterial assemblies face recycling limitations due to challenges to sort and separate the component materials. A one-step melt extrusion approach to process two mixed common textile polymers, polyamide 6 (PA6), and polypropylene (PP), into PA6:PP hybrid fibers is reported in this study. PA6:PP hybrid fibers were produced in four different configurations; PA6-50 (50 wt% PA6), PA6-60 (60 wt% PA6), PA6-65 (65 wt% PA6), and PA6-80 (80 wt% PA6). The PP component was sacrificially removed from the hybrid fibers and the resultant PA6 fiber structure was analyzed. The SEM images show the development of PA6 microfibers in PA6-50 and PA6-60 hybrid fibers with mean diameters of 0.76 μm and 1.13 μm upon fiber drawing, respectively. In PA6-65 hybrid fibers, the PA6 microfibers were found along with areas where PA6 was encapsulating the PP. Thermal and mechanical properties of the untreated and treated hybrid fibers were also investigated. PA6-60 hybrid fibers were processed into single jersey knitted fabrics and treated to obtain PA6 microfibers fabrics. 探索了制备高等规度聚丙烯 (N-PP)高强纤维的加工条件 ,讨论了纺丝拉伸条件及原料的熔融指数 (MI )和等规度对 N -PP纤维的结构和性能的影响 ,发现采用降低卷绕丝取向度的方法可以改善 N-PP纤维的拉伸性。结果表明 :用 MI较低的 N -PP原料 ,在适宜的纺丝温度、缓冷的条件下 ,再配以一定的拉伸倍数及紧张热定型 ,可制得强度大于 7c N/ dtex的 N-PP高强纤维。  相似文献

以无机抗菌剂、聚丙烯(PP)和聚己内酰胺(PA6)为原料,采用复合纺丝技术制备抗菌PP/PA6复合纤维,对其生产工艺及纤维性能进行了研究。结果表明:抗菌剂的加入,对纺丝工艺没有明显的影响。选择PA6纺丝温度260~270℃,抗菌PP纺丝温度268~280℃,生产的抗菌PP/PA6复合纤维截面稳定清晰,经染整加工后可得到抗菌PP/PA6复合超细纤维。经检测,纤维织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、白色念株菌具有抑菌作用,其织物具有吸湿排汗快干功能。  相似文献

Polypropylene (PP) fibres are important hydrophobic fibres which are used in the production of functional textiles such as sports textiles. The absence of functional groups and low polarity make PP fibres difficult to dye, thus mass coloration during fibre extrusion is the major technique applied today. However, the disadvantage of mass coloration is the low flexibility and the demand to produce high volumes. A new method to modify the surface of PP fibres utilises the deposition and thermal fixation of cationic PP dispersion. Through padding and thermal fixation of a cationic PP dispersion, dyeable 100% PP fibres can be obtained. The effects of fixation temperature, and of the amount of dispersion used on the modified fibres were studied using Fourier Transform‐infrared spectroscopy, laser scanning microscopy, dyeing experiments with CI Acid Red 151, and by determining selected fastness properties. The results indicate the potential of this new method to produce surface‐modified 100% PP fibres, which can be dyed in conventional acid‐dyeing processes and therefore used in fibre blends, for example in combination with wool.  相似文献
