苯氧化法顺酐生产中的尾气排放问题是长期困扰顺酐行业发展的一大难题,同时由于生产中氧化不完全,形成大量的CO排放,造成了巨大的余热浪费。目前国内生产厂家处理尾气的方式主要有两种:一是以回收尾气中有用物质同时达到尾气治理目的的物理治理方式;二是以回收尾气热能同时达到治理目的的化学消除法,蓄热式燃烧法通过对尾气中有害成分进行氧化,将氧化产生的余热进行二次回收,同时实现了余热回收利用和尾气达标排放的要求,节能减排效果十分明显。 相似文献

通过对国内外燃磷塔的分析比较,设计了一种具有辐射换热面的新型燃磷塔。实际运行结果表明,该塔不仅能保证磷酸的正常生产,而且可以副产出相当数量饱和蒸汽,实现高效率的余热回收。燃磷塔内的传热以辐射为主,为此提出了一种计算理论燃烧温度和烟气排放温度的工程方法,通过该法计算的理论值和实测数据吻合较好,能满足工程计算的精度要求。 相似文献

A proposal for rational energy saving using wasted heat is showed in the present paper. Thermodynamicmathematical model is presented like an effort for water purification from waste heat. This paper describes computing results of heat transformer operation for water purification using low grade waste heat. Equations, parameters and simplifications used in the model are briefly described. The main parameter of the carried out study is the coefficient of performance (COP) defined for reversed heat pumps and the second main parameter is absorber temperature, both parameters has been showed and correlated between them. Main objective of this work is to show the optimal operating condition for different process which deliver low grade waste heat and requires water purification. Assisted computing simulation was used for obtain these results. The main conclusion is an ecological proposal for optimal recover of low grade waste heat. 针对油田污水污染物成分复杂、污染性强不适合膜法脱盐的特点,提出用机械蒸汽压缩蒸发(MVC)技术对油田污水进行脱盐处理的技术方案。建立了基于MVC的油田污水脱盐系统的工艺流程设计计算模型,系统分析了降膜蒸发器传热温差、油田污水温度和蒸发温度的影响。结果表明:传热温差是影响系统装置规模和运行电耗的控制因素,减小传热温差可以明显降低压缩机比电耗,付出的代价是系统比传热面积的增大;MVC系统的热力完善度高,无废热排放,油田污水温度越高,系统比传热面积减小;在其他条件允许的条件下,提高系统的运行温度有利于改善系统的性能。 相似文献

An experimental rig has been set up and extensive experimental work under various operating conditions carried out. A simplified mathematical expression (SME) for the clothes drying process using rejected waste heat from a RAC has also been developed and validated by the experimental results. The study results showed that in tropical or sub-tropical regions, where air conditioning is operated for at least 7-8 months in a year, the use of waster heat from an air cooled RAC can achieve both effective clothes drying and energy use reduction. 相似文献

针对现有粉煤热解生产过程中水资源消耗大、半焦水分含量高、环境污染严重等问题,本文提出利用惰性气体作为熄焦介质实现干法熄焦以及余热回收干燥煤粉的新工艺。通过系统模拟研究不同循环介质(氮气、二氧化碳、烟气及煤气等)的初始温度、水汽含量、流量等操作条件对热解半焦熄焦冷却后温度和煤干燥预热后温度的影响规律,分析该工艺节水、节能效果,开展了万吨级粉煤热解模试验证。结果表明,采用干法熄焦处理热解半焦并回收余热的工艺技术可行,熄焦后半焦温度和煤干燥预热出口温度与干燥介质种类无显著关系,与气体比热容密切相关;与湿法熄焦相比,干法熄焦工艺具有显著节能效果且耗水为零,在满足工艺要求的同时可以回用半焦显热的65%~75%。理论分析和试验均证实了干法熄焦余热回收具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

针对余热利用过程中低温热源的含尘量高、不连续及不稳定等特点, 提出了一种新型菱形受热面结构。在传热过程中, 该受热面表现出管束叉排布置的特征, 传热过能力较强, 流动阻力较大, 壳侧对流换热表面传热系数较高。在实施吹灰过程中, 该受热面呈现出管束顺排布置的特征, 易清洗, 吹灰效率高。采用数值模拟和实验方法研究了新型受热面结构的传热和流动特性, 给出了壳侧的Nusselt数和摩擦因子随Reynolds数的变化规律。实验结果和数值分析均表明, 该受热面能够适应现有余热利用过程的基本要求, 在便于清灰和除垢的同时实现高效传热。 相似文献
