介绍了水性纳米陶瓷涂料的制备工艺及反应机理,重点探讨了多种因素对陶瓷涂料性能影响规律,并分析了实验结果与作用机理,发现不同硅氧烷种类、硅溶胶与硅氧烷比例对涂料性能的影响有着较大差异,不同pH值对涂料的熟化时间与适用期影响较大,部分特种填料对陶瓷涂料性能有着较好的强化效果。  相似文献

以往使用丙烯酸类涂料、聚丙烯酸酯乳液与有机硅树脂共混涂料成膜效果不佳,导致涂料性能较差,针对该问题,提出了离子交联硅丙乳液的固化涂料性能研究。选择以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主的合适材料,采用离子交联聚合工艺,合成离子交联硅丙乳液。调节pH值到7~8,通过交联反应、离子交换反应和交联固化反应形成稳定的硅丙乳液。选取适量的硅丙乳液,在铝箔上进行薄膜的红外分析,分析结果显示该乳液没有双键单体存在,不会出现有机硅的水解。通过研究pH值对乳液合成影响和涂膜交联度可知,在滴加硅单体前调节pH值乳液聚合稳定性较好;涂膜交联度越大,耐水性、耐溶剂性、耐污性越优异。研究结果表明,涂料固化漆膜光滑平整,膜厚为33.5μm,附着力为4B,抗弯曲程度和耐水性较强。  相似文献

合成了一系列的水溶性高醚化度氨基树脂防火涂料。通过不同pH值、摩尔组分配比、反应时间和反应温度等条件的改变,研究了水溶性高醚化度氨基树脂防火涂料在不同条件下的耐水性、附着力和防火性能,并用红外光谱法测定甲氧基含量的测定,用加热烘焙法测定树脂的固含量。从而确定适宜的最佳的醚化pH值、原料组分摩尔比和最佳的反应温度、反应时间。实验结果表明,研制出了高醚化度的水溶性氨基树脂防火涂料。  相似文献

本文主要利用TiO2光催化剂降解有机物的功能和水玻璃的防火性能,制成具有防火和清除室内有害气体的光催化无机涂料.用滤纸、1mm三合板对其进行耐火性能测试,并研究了不同pH值、染料浓度、光催化时间和多次降解情况涂料的光催化性能.发现该涂料具有优良的耐火性和光催化性能,其在40W日光灯照射下6个小时就可以基本完成对100mg/L的活性艳红X-3B的降解,在pH=7光催化效率可达到85%以上,二次降解效果可达50%以上.  相似文献

采用2步法合成了涂料交联剂甲丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂,考查了温度、时间、酸碱度等因素对交联剂性能的影响,确定了最佳的合成工艺。结果表明,在羟甲基化反应阶段,温度为70℃、反应时间20 min、pH值为8.5时,体系羟甲基含量较高且游离甲醛含量较低;在醚化反应阶段,温度50℃、反应时间60 min、pH值为4.5时,树脂的贮存性能良好。  相似文献

通过添加三聚磷酸铝和调整pH值制备了一种新型的钢坯高温防氧化涂料用磷酸铝系无机复合粘结剂,分别用TG-DTA、SEM和XRD对无机复合粘结剂进行了热性能测试和结构形貌表征。结果表明,无机复合粘结剂的耐高温性能好,高温交联网状结构复杂,三聚磷酸铝在低温体系中起到了一定的固化剂作用,提高了防氧化涂料粘结剂的高温粘结作用。与涂料的结合应用实验表明,添加4%的无机复合粘结剂有利于涂料在高温基体上的喷涂和附着,提高了涂料的高温防氧化效果。  相似文献

Conclusions  Certain paint resins were able to inhibit the evolution of hydrogen of aluminium pigments in aqueous media at pH 10; especially drying alkyd resins showed excellent results. By contrast the two oil-free saturated polyesters examined were only very poor corrosion inhibitors at pH 10. At a pH value of 8 all polyesters, alkyd resins, epoxy esters, phenolic resins, polyurethane and acrylic resins showed an almost complete inhibition of hydrogen evolution; the two polyesters were again (relatively) worst corrosion inhibitors at pH 8. It can be supposed that the correct choice of paint resins may lead to the formulation of non-gassing water-borne metallic paints with unstabilized aluminium pigments.  相似文献

Fluoro-olefine vinyl ether copolymer (FEVE) has been well known as highly durable polymer for paints industry. FEVE has been widely used for ambient temperature curable solvent-borne paints. In this report, recent developments of FEVE copolymer are reported for mild-solvent paint system and water-borne paint system. Firstly, mineral spirit soluble FEVE copolymers are mentioned for both 1-component and crosslinkable 2-component mild-solvent paint systems. Secondly, FEVE aqueous dispersion polymers are mentioned for non-crosslinkable 1-component latex paint system, crosslinkable 2-component emulsion paint system with isocyanate as containing high OH value and for 1-component crosslinkable emulsion paint system containing carboxyl functionality reactive with hydrazide.  相似文献

A mathematical model for a self-polishing antifouling paint exposed to seawater was extended to handle dynamic simulations. The aim has been to investigate, quantitatively, the transient responses of the paint to changes in seawater temperature, pH, concentration of NaCl, and ship speed. The simulation study revealed that polishing and biocide release rates for a paint present on a ship bottom rarely reach stable conditions, because of the slow response of the paint to changes in temperature and ship speed. It was also found that the paint behavior stabilizes more rapidly from a temperature or speed increase than from temperature or speed reductions. These results are essential for the testing of paints on ships and useful information in the development of novel self-polishing antifouling paints. The modeling approach underlying the simulations can be applied to any type of self-polishing antifouling paint provided that sufficient kinetic, solubility, and diffusivity data are available for the pertinent rate steps influencing the paint behavior. Water-based coatings require coalescing aids to achieve properties equivalent to solvent-borne paints. A common coalescing aid in latex paints is 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate (TMPD-MIB). The relatively large quantity of TMPD-MIB used in latex paints has raised concerns regarding its emissions to both indoor and outdoor atmospheres. In this study, a one-dimensional dual (paint and material) layer diffusion model was developed to estimate emissions of TMPD-MIB from two latex paints applied to gypsum board. The paints contained different pigment volume concentrations (PVC) and different amounts of TMPD-MIB. Different modeling approaches were used depending on the PVC of the paint. The proposed model for paint drying and TMPD-MIB emissions was tested with data from previous chamber experiments. Experimental data were first used for purposes of parameter estimation, and the model was then compared against an independent experimental dataset. The diffusion coefficient of the paint layer was adjusted as a function of the water content remaining in the wet paint film. The effective diffusion coefficient of TMPD-MIB in the paint layer was found to be dependent on the PVC and water content of the paint.  相似文献

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) due to its high refractive index, is widely used in paint industry as a white pigment. In order to reduce this high cost of TiO2, a part of TiO2 is generally substituted by some other industrial mineral fillers such as calcite and calcined kaolin; however, this substitution affects the quality of paints in terms of stability, coverage (opacity), brightness (gloss), scrub resistance (film toughness), etc. In the present paper, precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) was substituted for TiO2 in paint mixture at three different pigment volume concentrations (PVC). It was observed that substitution of TiO2 by PCC depends on PVC value at which there is an optimum PCC amount. The quality of paints produced by PCC along with its rheological properties was evaluated based on standard features in both wet and dry paints such as viscosity, density, opacity and gloss values. Addition of PCC increases the opacity to a certain point. Similarly, scrub resistance and viscosity increases with the addition of PCC at all PVCs, however, viscosity is not as much critical for the paint production. On the other hand, there is no any systematic effect of PCC on gloss value of the paint. This study overall demonstrates that PCC can be successfully used to substitute TiO2 only with a careful adjustment of PVC and other extenders used in the paint formulation.  相似文献

Using a modified torque technique, statistically significant differences in adhesion values were detected for waterborne model paints on wood as a function of moisture content, waterborne preservative, and after fungal inoculation. Change in a paint constituent sometimes resulted in a significant change in the adhesion value. The adhesion values of the alkyd emulsion paints tested decreased after inoculation with a blue stain fungus. On the contrary, the adhesion values of the acrylic dispersion paints tested became significantly higher after inoculation. Wood Biology Section, Department of Forest Products, P.O. Air-drying white paint based on palm stearin alkyd resin was prepared with conventional and nano-ZnO and ZnS pigments. The effects of used pigments on air-drying time and some physical-mechanical characteristics of the paint were investigated by comparing them with conventional counterparts. It was found that ZnS has little effect on the drying time of alkyd paints, and the time of paint drying does not depend very much on the volume concentration of this pigment. ZnO pigments had outstanding effects on drying time and physical–mechanical properties of the air-drying paints, but the best result was observed for paints containing nano–ZnO. Zinc-containing pigment systems, if composed of the nano-type, provide excellent results.  相似文献
