研究了不同油性剂、极压剂和缓蚀剂对汽车钢帘线用拉丝液耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,醇类油性剂润滑效果最好,含氮类极压剂的耐磨性能更好,乙二胺四乙酸二钠作为缓蚀剂的效果好于乙二胺。  相似文献

为了对实验观察到的纳晶Cu的高强度、高塑性给予合理的解释,建立了包含2种晶粒的材料模型:最细小晶粒(2~4 nm)和普通纳晶晶粒(20~100 nm).最细小晶粒可以看作普通纳晶晶粒的三晶交组成部分,普通纳晶晶粒由晶界影响区和晶内相组成.接着,分别建立晶界影响区和晶内相变形的本构方程.与文献实验结果进行了对比并获得了一致的结果.详细分析了最细小晶粒对于纳晶材料位错堆积能力和塑性的影响,证明其存在是材料高强度高塑性的成因.  相似文献

慢拉辊是连续玻璃纤维拉丝工段的一种辅助装置,常伴随在手动操作拉丝机的一旁。当手动操作的拉丝机满筒后进行人工换筒时,或当坩埚处于作业温度并因某种原因中断拉丝时,代替拉丝机以较慢的速度拉引原丝。随着拉丝工艺的发展,人们认识到要提高拉丝生产率,就应该保持拉丝过程的稳定性,也就是说应该保持坩埚处于不停地运转状态。为了满足拉丝过程的上述要求,在采用手动操作的拉丝机的场合下,备配一台慢拉辊很有必要。  相似文献

流液洞是拉丝坩埚的重要组成部分,我厂的多排孔拉丝坩埚的流液洞以前用的是刚玉砖,在拉丝作业过程中,特别是坩埚后期流液洞给拉丝作业造成了很大困难,为了提高坩埚寿命和作业率,经过认真考虑,我们用致密锆砖代替了刚玉砖,并对这两种坩埚作了认真对比,认为致密锆砖在各个性能上都超过了刚玉砖,是多排孔坩埚流液洞的理想材料。  相似文献

介绍巨型工程机械子午线轮胎常用的钢丝帘线,对其中几种帘线的性能进行检验,并用于实际生产。结果表明,钢丝帘线在压延、裁断和成型过程中工艺性能稳定,轮胎成品达到了设计要求,实际使用也取得了理想效果。建议开发生产更高强度、全渗透型简单化、开放式结构帘线并提高帘线的抗疲劳性能等。  相似文献

将聚乙烯醇(PVA)加入到二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和水(质量比94:6)的混合溶剂中,以甲醇为凝固剂,采用干湿法凝胶纺丝,经热拉伸和热定型后,制得高强度PVA纤维。探讨了拉伸工艺对高强PVA纤维结构和性能的影响。结果表明:对于负拉伸为40%,初拉伸2倍,220℃热拉伸9.9倍,热定型2 min的PVA纤维,纤维的结晶结构比较完善,断裂强度为17.8 cN/dtex,初始模量为310.7 cN/dtex;PVA纤维在光学显微镜下观察到的横纹反映出结晶聚集体的光学现象,横纹较多时,纤维的断裂强度和初始模量较高。  相似文献

Influence to the steel cord conveyor belt strength has many factors. Conveyor belt splice as the weakest link, should be given more attention. In the previous analysis of single steel cord, by comparing the numerical results of splice deformation and maximum pullout force under tension, both simulation and experiment have a good agreement. Based on this, in this paper, we studied the influence of different factors on the strength of splices under multiple steel cords. In addition to the contact surface between the steel cords and the rubber, we should also pay attention to the rubber problem between adjacent steel cords compared to the single steel cord. And we forced on the simulation analysis of the influence strength of splice by two factors of the position and arrangement of the multiple steel cords. The numerical results show that in the total proportion, the pullout force in the middle position of steel cords was about 52%, however, about 47% in the edge position. For the arrangement of the steel cords, with the number of interval steel cords increases, the pullout force of the steel cord increases as well. However, when the interval steel cords with the same number increases, the increase in pullout force does not agree. The above findings are undoubtedly important for us to understand in depth the factors affecting splice strength. And it is guaranteed that we can obtain the maximum splice tensile strength in the most economical way.  相似文献

聚乙烯醇经干湿法凝胶纺丝制得初生纤维后,采用不同的两级后拉伸方法,制得单纤线密度在200-300dtex的高线密度PVA纤维。探讨了两级不同拉伸条件对PVA纤维结构和性能的影响。结果表明:一级拉伸热定型,有利于折叠链晶体的完善,一级拉伸后再经二级拉伸定型,纤维结晶更完善,水中软化点和纤维断裂强度分别达到116℃和11.5cN/dtex。  相似文献

研究钢丝对废橡胶微波裂解过程的影响并进行有限元仿真和试验探究。仿真结果表明,含钢丝的废橡胶在钢丝附近场强明显增强,热点增多且分布均匀。裂解试验结果表明,废橡胶中存在适量钢丝会促进废橡胶的裂解,使裂解升温更快,出油比例更高。由此认为,废轮胎整胎微波裂解更有利于提高裂解效率、促进节能环保和改善裂解产物品质。  相似文献

The impact resistance variations of high-strength steel fiber-reinforced concrete (HSFRC), versus those of high-strength concrete (HSC), commanded this research. The impact resistance of the high-strength steel fiber-reinforced concrete improved satisfactorily over that of the high-strength concrete; the failure strength improved most, followed by first-crack strength and percentage increase in the number of post-first-crack blows. The two concretes resembled each other on the coefficient of variation values, respectively, on the two strengths, whereas the high-strength concrete was much higher in the value on the percentage increase. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicates that the high-strength concrete was approximately normally distributed in first-crack and failure strengths, high-strength steel fiber-reinforced concrete was poorly normally distributed in the two strengths, and both concretes were hardly normally distributed in the percentage increase. Finally, for both concretes, failure strength regression models were developed, and then, the accompanying 95% prediction intervals for the strength were established.  相似文献

为研究钢纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维混杂比例对高强混凝土性能的影响,通过合理设计坍落度试验、力学强度试验、收缩试验、抗裂试验、抗氯离子侵蚀试验,对比评价了纤维混杂比例对高强混凝土工作性、抗折强度、收缩性、抗裂性能以及氯离子渗透系数的影响。结果表明,钢纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维降低了新拌混合物的工作性。与单掺纤维相比,混杂纤维对高强混凝土力学性能改善效果不明显,但可明显改善混凝土抗裂性能,开裂面积抑制率最大为95.8%,同时能使高强混凝土收缩率和氯离子分别降低27.7%和66.5%,明显提高高强混凝土的耐久性能。通过扫描电镜试验分析探讨了纤维增强混凝土的作用机理,结果表明混杂纤维对基体内部结构的改善实现了对混凝土宏观性能的提升,最终推荐采用0.75%(体积分数)钢纤维和0.25%(体积分数)聚乙烯醇纤维。  相似文献

To prepare high-modulus and high-strength PET fiber, a new method using zone drawing and zone annealing has been studied. The apparatus used for this method is the usual tensile tester equipped with a band heater 2 mm wide and a sample holder which can apply a high tension to the fiber. The experimental procedure consists of two stages: zone drawing and zone annealing. The zone drawing was done on the original as-spun fiber in order to produce a fiber with as high an orientation and as low a crystallinity as possible. The zone-drawn fiber was subsequently zone annealed under high tension by moving the band heater from one end to the other of the fiber at a temperature above the crystallization temperature at a considerably low moving speed. In spite of the simple apparatus and procedure, Young's modulus of the fiber obtained was 19.4 × 1010 dyn/cm2, which is comparable to the maximum value of the high-tenacity PET filament commercially available. In order to elucidate the change in the superstructure with zone drawing or zone annealing, optical, x-ray, IR, DSC, and dynamic mechanical measurements were performed. It is suggested that the zone-annealed fiber consists of almost perfectly oriented crystallites and fully extended amorphous chains.  相似文献

The adhesion property between rubber compounds containing different types of adhesion promoters (resinous adhesion promoter (containing both methylene donor and methylene acceptor), cobalt salt and zinc borate) and different loading amounts of sulfur and brass-plated steel cords was investigated to understand the effect of sulfur loading in the rubber compounds on their adhesion characteristics to the brass-plated steel cords. The adhesion property of the rubber compounds to brass-plated steel cords was largely dependent on both the type of adhesion promoter and the loading amount of sulfur in the rubber compounds. The pull-out force of adhesion samples increased significantly with increasing loading amount of sulfur in the rubber compounds containing resinous adhesion promoter, whereas it decreased slightly with increasing loading amount of sulfur in rubber compounds containing cobalt salt or zinc borate. In humidity aging, the best adhesion retention was observed in the rubber compound containing zinc borate and low loading of sulfur. Regardless of the type of adhesion promoter, adhesion retention after thermal aging treatments improved with increasing loading amount of sulfur in the rubber compounds. The adhesion property was interpreted in terms of the interphases formed between the rubber compounds and the brass-plated steel cords as studied using Auger electron spectroscopy.  相似文献
