多孔陶瓷膜具有化学稳定性好、机械强度大、耐酸碱、耐高温等优点,在石油和化学工业等苛刻环境中有着广泛的应用,多孔陶瓷膜的制备技术是推动多孔陶瓷膜产业发展的核心部分。多孔陶瓷膜制备技术的核心和关键是以提高陶瓷膜整体性能为导向,通过对陶瓷膜微结构的调控,实现陶瓷膜制备技术的突破。针对近十年来陶瓷膜领域的研究,概述了当前陶瓷膜领域在制备具有高渗透性、高渗透选择性的陶瓷膜以及陶瓷膜低成本化方面的研究进展,并对未来陶瓷膜领域的发展趋势及瓶颈性问题进行了讨论。 相似文献

碳化硅陶瓷膜具有耐高温、抗热震、耐腐蚀、高通量、使用寿命长等优势,是环境污染治理领域中的关键材料。如何制备面向应用过程的高性能碳化硅陶瓷膜已经成为目前的研究热点。本综述介绍了碳化硅陶瓷膜的成膜方法,包括浸渍提拉法、喷涂法、化学气相沉积法及相转化法。此外,阐明了各方法的成型机理、影响因素及优缺点等,概述了碳化硅膜烧结技术的机理、特点及研究现状,包括重结晶技术、前体转化技术、原位反应烧结技术及新型烧结技术,其中重点描述了共烧技术的实际应用价值及挑战,利于明晰碳化硅陶瓷膜性能与制备工艺的关系。并阐明了碳化硅陶瓷膜在高温烟气净化、油水分离、气体分离领域中的应用现状及前景,最后对碳化硅陶瓷膜工业化应用潜力作出展望。 相似文献

AbstractLow friction silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic seals were prepared by combining liquid phase sintering (LPS) with pore creation, the effects of polyethylene oxide (PEO) as pore former on the sintering and mechanical properties, microstructure, and friction properties of LPS–SiC ceramic seals were investigated. The PEO firstly forms cross-linking aggregates with loose structure in SiC granules, which uniformly creates macropores on the surface and inside of LPS–SiC ceramic seals during the sintering. The addition of PEO decreases the sintering and mechanical properties of LPS–SiC ceramic seals obviously, while significantly reduces the dry friction coefficient of LPS–SiC ceramic seals. When the PEO content increases from 0 to 15 wt-%, the dry friction coefficient drops from 0·403 to 0·126. The pore creation of PEO improves the friction performances of SiC ceramic seals in sliding wear applications. 相似文献

Poly (ether-block-amide) (PEBA)/ceramic nanocomposite hybrid membranes were fabricated by dip-coating of ceramic nanocomposite porous support in PEBA solution and their performance in gas separation (CO2 and N2) was examined. Tubular supports were used as substrates for hybrid membranes and Poly (ether-block-amide) was applied as a selective layer. PEBA based on N6 and PEO was synthesized via a two step process. The formation of new ester bond between N6 and PEO in the synthesized copolymer was proved by FT-IR spectroscopy. AFM micrographs indicated that the morphology is the dispersion of high stiffness nanostructured PA domains in the amorphous region of PEO matrix. Experimental results showed that at high concentration of coating solution, a uniform PEBA layer was formed on the porous ceramic support with higher performance for the separation of CO2/N2 binary gas mixture. 相似文献

The growth characteristics of oxide ceramic films formed on AZ31 magnesium alloy with plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) technique in alkaline silicate solution were investigated. The composition, structure and morphology of the coatings were detected by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope and scanning electron microscope. The amount of dissolved magnesium in the electrolytes during PEO process was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results indicated that the growth process of PEO films had three stages when applied with constant voltage mode. In the first stage, the growth rate of PEO films was low, and concentrations of elements O, Mg and Si varied slightly. After sparking occurred (the second stage), the PEO films showed higher growth rate due to the high transfer rate of ions and electrons, and the existence of plasma reactions. When the growth rate tended to maintain stable with time, the third stage happened. PEO films exhibited different uniform and pitting-corrosion characteristics in different reaction stages. The films formed at 300 V for 30 min performed best corrosion resistance and the phase of ceramic films was mainly composed of MgSiO3 and forsterite Mg2SiO4. 相似文献

Composite polymer electrolyte consisting of polymer (polyethylene oxide, PEO) and nanosized ceramic filler with different concentrations of salt have been synthesized and characterized. X‐ray diffraction analysis shows that polymer salt complex has been intercalated into the naometric silicate layers. IR spectra reveal that the polymer structure in the ceramic interlayer is similar to that of polymer salt complexes and there is a strong interaction between PEO:SiO2 and polymer‐salt complexes. 微反应器中亚毫米级的流体通道具有高效的传质传热效应,使其能够强化反应过程。随着微细加工技术的发展,制备出了耐高温耐腐蚀的陶瓷基微反应器,适用于更严苛的反应条件,然而陶瓷基微反应器的制备存在微结构成型工艺复杂、密封难度较大等问题。本文主要介绍不同陶瓷材料微反应器的制备工艺,重点论述陶瓷基微反应器制备过程中常规微加工技术的优化和新型微加工技术的引入,对比这些技术对微结构成型的改善效果。列举常用的陶瓷微通道密封连接方法,概述其特点和适用范围。并提出在陶瓷基微反应器制备的后续研究过程中,应注重陶瓷基微反应器制备的成功率和新技术的开发,完善陶瓷基微反应器的性能,将陶瓷基微反应器引入到更广泛的应用体系中。 相似文献
