Four fluorinated cationic surfactants were prepared by condensing 2,2,3,3, tetrafluoro-1-propyl chloroacetate with stoichiometric
amounts of pyridine, 2-hydroxypyridine, 8-hydroxyquinoline and 8-hydroxyquinaldine to produce four quaternary ammonium salts.
The surface and biocidal properties of these surfactants were investigated. Surface properties of their solutions including
surface tension, critical micelle concentration (CMC), effectiveness (Πcmc), maximum surface excess (Γmax) and minimum surface area (A
min) were investigated with respect to different concentrations at 25 °C. Standard free energies of micellization and adsorption
of the prepared surfactants in the aqueous solution were studied. The biocidal activity was determined via the inhibition
zone diameter of prepared compounds which tested against six strains as a representative group of microorganisms.

Surface Activity Properties and Aggregation Behaviors of Partially Fluorinated Gemini Surfactants in Aqueous Solution 下载免费PDF全文
The surface activity and aggregation behavior of partially fluorinated gemini surfactant N,N′‐bis(3‐perfluorohexyl‐2‐hydroxypropyl)‐N,N′‐dipropanesulfonylhexylenediamine (N‐6‐Sul) was studied by surface tension, resonance light scattering and fluorescence spectra measurements. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) values obtained by the three methods are in good agreement. The surface activity parameters such as the effectiveness of surface tension reduction (Πcmc), the maximum surface excess concentration (Γmax) and the minimum surface area per molecule (Amin) were obtained through surface tension curves. The effects of pH, inorganic salts and temperature on the surface activity were also investigated. The morphology and size of the aggregates of N‐6‐Sul were examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the partially fluorinated gemini surfactant N‐6‐Sul has many advantages such as high surface activity, low CMC value, great salt tolerance and temperature resistance. 相似文献

In this study, four environmentally friendly succinic acid double-tailed sulfonate fluorinated surfactants were synthesized from maleic anhydride, fluoroalkyl alcohols, namely 1-(1H,1H,7H-Dodecafluoroheptyloxy) ethanol, 1-(1H,1H,5H -octafluoropentyloxy) ethanol, 1-(1H,1H,3H-tetrafluoropropoxy) ethanol, and 1-(1H,1H -trifluoroethyoxy) ethanol, and sodium hydrogensulfite. The surfactant structure was characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, and 19F NMR . Thermogravimetric results showed that the fluorinated surfactants were stable up to relatively high temperature. The Krafft points of the four novel succinic acid double-tailed sulfonate fluorinated surfactants were all below 0 °C. The lowest CMC value for the synthesized four double-tailed fluorine surfactants is about 0.076 mmol L?1, far less than that of ammonium perfluorooctanoate (PFOA), demonstrating that double-tailed surfactants have higher surface activity than surfactants with one fluoroalkyl chain. The replacement of alkyl groups with oxyethylene groups enhances the hydrophilicity of the obtained fluorinated surfactants. Based on these findings, the synthesized surfactants may be environmentally friendly alternatives to PFOA and exhibit promising potential in industry applications. 相似文献
