研究采用"2级分离内循环厌氧反应器+O/A/O"工艺处理绵羊皮加工毛皮生产废水,在进水COD为4 g/L,NH_3-N、SS的质量浓度分别为90、2 000 mg/L的情况下,系统出水COD为40~50 mg/L,NH_3-N、SS的质量浓度分别为1~2、20~25 mg/L,稳定达到DB 41/776-2012排放标准。其中IC厌氧反应器COD去除率稳定达到70%,O/A/O系统COD、NH_3-N去除率分别稳定达到85%~90%、97%~99%。  相似文献

针对养猪废水COD高、NH3-N高,SS高的特点,采用升流厌氧污泥床(UASB)/生物滴滤池/兼性塘作为主体处理工艺,通过合理的配水方式达到良好处理效果.UASB池采用消化污泥接种,滴滤池采用自然挂膜法启动,经3个月的运行,对COD、BOD5、NH3-N、SS的去除率分别达到了95.0%、99.8%、86.7%、97.5%,出水各项指标都达到畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准(GB 18596-2001).  相似文献

介绍采用内循环厌氧反应器(IC)+两级A/O工艺处理中成药制药有机废水的工艺流程、工艺参数、运行效果。运行结果显示,该工艺处理此类高COD、高色度、高SS的中成药废水,COD、BOD5、和SS的去除率可分别达到98.2%、98%、92.1%,处理效果稳定,出水水质可达到国家GB 21906-2008中药企业污水排放标准一级标准要求。  相似文献

本文针对水产加工废水高COD、高氨氮和高总磷的特点,采用“气浮+A/A/O”对某水产加工企业的废水进行工艺设计与工程实践。混凝气浮预处理可以降低SS、COD和总磷,A/A/O组合工艺可以有效地去除COD和氨氮。该工程建成后运行稳定,处理后出水均达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中的三级标准纳管排放。  相似文献

针对目前污水处理厂污泥产量大、处理处置费用高的问题,该文以A/A/O工艺构建了模拟城市生活污水小试处理系统,通过添加臭氧研究不同臭氧投加量对出水水质及污泥产率的影响。结果表明在试验进水条件下,系统的稳定污泥浓度为2 000~3 000 mg/L,且当将约50%产泥量的污泥经臭氧化返回至系统中时,加入臭氧与不加臭氧的两套系统显示出相当的污水处理能力。在不同污泥浓度和相同污泥负荷(0.91 g COD/g SS.d)条件下,当MLSS为1 500、2 500、3 500和4 500 mg/L时最佳臭氧投加量分别为0.095、0.11、0.129和0.129 g O3/g SS。  相似文献

介绍了采用"混凝+A/O+臭氧-曝气生物滤池"为主体工艺对具有高色度、高SS含量、成分复杂、难于深度处理和排放要求高等特点的印染废水进行深度处理的工程实例。经实际调试运行结果表明,该工艺能达到较好的处理效果,COD、SS和色度去除率均在95%以上,出水达到了GB 4287-2012表3直接排放要求。  相似文献

针对某医药化工生产废水污染物浓度高、成分复杂、氨氮含量高的特点,采用微电解—催化氧化—A/O联合处理工艺对其进行处理。介绍了其工艺流程、工艺参数及运行效果。工程运行结果表明,在进水COD≤8000mg/L、氨氮≤450 mg/L、SS≤500mg/L时,出水COD、氨氮、SS的去除率可分别达到96%、93%、98%,处理效果稳定,出水水质可达到国家污水综合排放标准GB 8978—1996二级排放标准要求。  相似文献

针对某企业明胶生产废水的水质特征,采用物化法+水解酸化+两级A/O工艺对明胶废水进行了处理试验。结果表明,整个组合工艺对明胶废水的处理效果良好,在高盐度条件下,两级A/O对废水中COD的相对去除率分别为63%、85%,出水COD、SS、BOD、氨氮、总氮的去除率均达到90%以上,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。  相似文献

嘉兴某印染企业采用"水解酸化+A/O+超滤+反渗透"组合工艺对1 500 m~3/d低浓度印染废水处理装置进行深度处理及回用改造。结果表明:在进水COD、色度和SS均值分别为450 mg/L、80倍和600 mg/L时,RO出水COD、色度和SS分别为15 mg/L、3倍和1 mg/L,系统COD、色度和SS去除率分别达96.7%、96.3%和99.8%。工程总投资489.78万元,运行成本3.53元/m~3。一年来系统回用率稳定在53%左右,年节约用水24万t,年减少支出150万余元。  相似文献

Wet milling of Al2O3-aluminide alloy (3A) precursor powders in acetone has been investigated by milling Fe/Al/Al2O3 and Fe2O3/Al/Al2O3 powder mixtures. The influence of the milling process on the physical and chemical properties of the milled powders has been studied. Particle refinement and homogenization were found not to play a dominant role, whereas plastic deformation of the metal particles leads to the formation of dislocations and a highly disarranged polycrystalline structure. Although no chemical reactions among the powder components in Fe2O3/Al/Al2O3 powder mixtures were observed, the formation of a nanocrystalline, ordered intermetallic FeAl phase in Fe/Al/Al2O3 powder mixtures caused by mechanical alloying was detected. Chemical reactions of Fe and Al particle surfaces with the atmosphere and the milling media lead to the formation of highly porous hydroxides on the particle surfaces. Hence the specific surface area of the powders increases, while the powder density decreases during milling. The fraction of Fe oxidized during milling was determined to be 0.13. The fraction of Al oxidized during milling strongly depends on the metal content of the powder mixture. It ranges between 0.4 and 0.8.  相似文献

A new ampholytic homopolypeptide, poly(Nε,Nε-dicarboxy-methyl-l-lysine), which has one tertiary amino and two carboxyl groups in the side chain has been derived from a hydrochloride salt of poly(L-lysine). The polymer in aqueous solution seems to be in the coil form with locally extended structure (LES) at neutral pH. In both the acidic and alkaline regions, the molar ellipticity of the polymer changes as a result of change in net charge on the side chain. The conformational changes may be from the coil with LES to other coiled forms. 5–7 M NaClO4 and 80% aqueous methanol induce the α-helix in the polymer at neutral pH. Divalent cations, Cu2+ and Ca2+, do not induce any remarkably ordered structures such as α-helix or β-structure in the polymer in aqueous solution at any pH. Ultraviolet absorption studies show an absorption peak of the polymer-Cu2+ complex near 240 nm. Dependence of the peak intensity on pH at various q values (q = [Cu2+][residue]) indicates the two steps of the complex formation. At q less than 0.64, the formation is described only with the first step. An average coordination number for Cu2+ at the first step was calculated to be about 2 by the method of Mandel and Leyte. The association constant of Cu2+ with the residue at the step was determined from the absorption data to be far smaller than that for the Cu2+-EDTA complex. The second step of the formation occurs in the case of large q but the absorption data for the second step cannot be obtained exactly due to precipitation.  相似文献

Sintering kinetics of the system Si3N4-Y2O3-Al2O3 were determined from measurements of the linear shrinkage of pressed disks sintered isothermally at 1500° to 1700°C. Amorphous and crystalline Si3N4 were studied with additions of 4 to 17 wt% Y2O3 and 4 wt% A12O3. Sintering occurs by a liquid-phase mechanism in which the kinetics exhibit the three stages predicted by Kingery's model. However, the rates during the second stage of the process are higher for all compositions than predicted by the model. X-ray data show the presence of several transient phases which, with sufficient heating, disappear leaving mixtures of β ' -Si3N4 and glass or β '-Si3N4, α '-Si3N4, and glass. The compositions and amounts of the residual glassy phases are estimated.  相似文献

The polymerization of vinyl chloride has been investigated using an Al(C2H5)3CCl4 catalyst system in the presence of various Lewis bases. Effective Lewis bases are γ-butyrolactone, diglyme and diethylenetriamine which are multidentate. The rate of polymerization is dependent not only on the basicity of the Lewis base used but also on a coordination number of one. The latter is the predominant factor. For the effect of polymeric amines, a tentative hypothesis is discussed.  相似文献

Subsolidus phase relations were established in the system Si3N4-SiO2-Y2O3. Four ternary compounds were confirmed, with compositions of Y4Si2O7N2, Y2Si3O3N4, YSiO2N, and Y10(SiO4)6N2. The eutectic in the triangle Si3N4-Y2Si2O7-Y10(SiO4)6N2 melts at 1500°C and that in the triangle Si2N2O-SiO2-Y2Si2O7 at 1550°C. The eutectic temperature of the Si3N4-Y2Si2O7 join was ∼ 1520°C.  相似文献

Compact swelling in Pb-doped Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconductor has been studied by observing the effects of the size of calcined powders, volatilization of materials, and sintering of high- T c (2223) powders. The bulk density increases at the early stage of sintering, for about 20 h, and then decreases. Densification occurs when the low- T c (2212) phase and a liquid phase exist, whereas dedensification occurs with the formation of the 2223 phase regardless of the presence of the liquid. Gas evolution from specimens does not appear to be responsible for compact swelling. Compact swelling is explained by anisotropic growth of thin, platelike 2223 grains in random orientation. When 2223 grains grow in a preferred direction, compact swelling is suppressed.  相似文献
