对抗氧化剂、光稳定剂的作用、功能、类型进行归纳与介绍,并且对不同条件下,不同类型的抗氧化剂、光稳定剂对聚碳酸酯、改性合金材料开展热老化试验,并对数据进行对比分析。结果显示,运用亚嶙酸酯抗氧剂、受阻酚抗氧剂配合体系,可以对聚碳酸酯的黏度和色泽实现有效保护,并且在一定程度上提升了 PC/ABS合金拉伸强度与缺口冲击强度。同时研究显示,使用适量的紫外线吸收剂可以实现对聚碳酸酯变黄时间的有效延迟,同时可以将聚碳酸酯的强度维持在适当状态。  相似文献

通过熔融共混法制备用于包覆丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共混物(ABS)的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),研究TPU流动性和硬度对其与ABS之间粘合强度的影响以及硅酮粉用量、光稳定剂HA10/紫外线吸收剂UV-P/抗氧剂1010体系和抗氧剂1098/168/626体系对TPU耐磨性能和耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:TPU与ABS之间的粘合强度随着TPU熔融指数增大而增大,随着TPU硬度增大先增大后减小,当TPU的邵尔A型硬度为85度时,粘合强度达到最大,为16 N·m-1;硅酮粉可以提高TPU的耐磨性能,光稳定剂HA10/紫外线吸收剂UV-P/抗氧剂1010体系可以使TPU灰度等级小于4的试验时间延长至380 h,抗氧剂1098/168/626体系可以有效提高TPU的耐磨性能和耐老化性能。  相似文献

通过正交试验考察了在不同环境下不同的抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、助抗氧剂以及光稳定剂对透明聚氨酯弹性体耐黄变性能影响,优化了不同环境下的最佳助剂组成。结果表明:在室内避光条件下影响材料耐黄变性能的助剂主次顺序为助抗氧剂>紫外线吸收剂>光稳定剂>抗氧剂;在室内日光灯照射条件下影响材料耐黄变性能的助剂主次顺序为紫外线吸收剂>助抗氧剂>光稳定剂>抗氧剂;在室外自然光照射条件下影响材料耐黄变性能的助剂主次顺序为光稳定剂>紫外线吸收剂剂>助抗氧剂>抗氧剂;在室内避光和室内日光灯照射条件下最佳助剂组成均为抗氧剂1010、紫外线吸收剂ZK11、助抗氧剂KY-19、光稳定剂ZK15;在室外自然光照射条件下最佳助剂组成为抗氧剂1010、紫外线吸收剂UV328、助抗氧剂聚亚磷酸酯、光稳定剂ZK15。  相似文献

研究了ABS色母中钛白粉、抗氧剂、光稳定剂、调白颜料对ABS耐候性能的影响。结果表明,金红石钛白粉、抗氧剂和光稳定剂能够提高ABS的耐候性能。通过优化配方,研制出一种UV–B老化168 h,色差6.0的家电专用ABS耐候白色母,其中钛白粉、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、调白颜料的质量分数分别为30%,30%,5%,0.01%。  相似文献

通过在(丙烯腈/苯乙烯/丁二烯)共聚物(ABS)树脂中使用纳米ZnO、抗氧剂、光稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂等,获得抗老化性能优良的ABS共混物。研究结果表明,ZnO、TiO2/SiO2复合体系和抗氧剂168复合使用对改善ABS的抗紫外线老化性能有显著的协同效果。  相似文献

<正>丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯的户外与加速耐候性:一个相关性研究(Polymer Degradation and Stability,2013,98(10):2111)本项研究考察了在户外和加速气候条件下添加了稳定剂的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)的光氧化降解行为,旨在评估含有复合光稳定剂(UVA紫外吸收剂和HALS受阻胺光稳定剂)和抗氧剂的ABS在两种条件下的相关性。样品采用熔融复合的方法制备,并暴露在两种不同的条件下,采用红外(IR)和准静态测量方法评估。IR和准静态测量的结果相当吻合,结果表明Q-SUN Xe-3试验机结果与户外气候条件类似。如果将0.85 MJ m-2的位移因子应用到横坐标上,可以发现添加稳定剂的ABS在Q-SUN Xe-3试验机上暴露1 260 h引起的机械性能的改变与在里斯本户外条件下一年的结果相当。  相似文献

亚磷酸三(2,4-二特丁基苯基)酯(国外商品牌号 Irgafos 168,简称 TBP)是优良的辅助抗氧剂之一,它与主抗氧剂并用有较好的协同效应。它不仅是性能优良的亚磷酸酯新品种,而且是聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯等聚合物热、光稳定剂和加工稳定剂。它也有稳定聚合物融熔指数的特殊功能,也可作为增效剂使用。它比抗氧剂 BHT(2,6-二特丁基-4-甲基苯酚,俗称264)挥发性低,没有酚类抗氧剂容易变成带色的醌型结构的倾向,因而黄变指数小。目前除了用于聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、ABS 树脂外,在尼龙、丙纶纺丝等部门也得到广泛的应用,市场前景广阔。  相似文献

介绍了受阻胺类光稳定剂的结构与特征,同时综述了受阻胺类光稳定剂对不同PVC材料在受到外界环境条件如热和光照作用下的稳定作用。受阻胺类光稳定剂常与其他类型的助剂并用,与紫外线吸收剂或抗氧剂的并用后,会产生协同效应,主要是加和效应但也有对抗效应,这与选择的PVC原料种类和稳定体系都有关系。  相似文献

以聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)为基体树脂,加入聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、抗氧剂及其它助剂共混挤出造粒,制成低挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的环保PC/ABS合金材料。在用增韧剂POE及抗氧剂对PC/ABS体系进行改性的同时,探讨PC/ABS基料、增韧剂、抗氧剂对PC/ABS合金的力学性能、VOC及气味等级的影响,从而得到具有高性能、低VOC、低气味的环保PC/ABS合金材料,以期在汽车内饰件等方面得到应用。  相似文献

Poly(acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene), polycarbonate (PC), and two types of antioxidants have been blended by an extruder twin screw. Notched Izod impact strength, tensile property, and melting flow index (MFI) were measured for the blends including different amounts of antioxidants, and morphology of the blends was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The antioxidant action, especially on mechanical properties and the phase structure of the blends, has been studied for the undergraded samples. It was found that the phenolic antioxidant, tetrakis (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamoyloxy-methyl) methane, C73H108O12, whose commercial name is KY-7910, and phosphite antioxidant, triphenyl phosphite (TPP), (C6H5O)3P, all decrease the Izod impact strength and tensile modulus of the blends and increase the elongation at break if a small amount of the antioxidants (such as less than 0.7%) was mixed into the blends. When the content of the antioxidants is increased, surpassing 0.7%, KY-7910 has little effect on impact property of the blends, but TPP made the Izod impact strength decrease and the MFI increase to a great degree. SEM results show that the two phases of ABS/PC with a weight ratio of 30/70 is cocontinuous; this structure is destroyed by addition of the two antioxidants, and in ABS/PC/antioxidants blends, the size of the ABS phase, as dispersion, does not change not much with increasing KY-7910 content, but becomes more scattered and greater with increasing content of TPP. ABS masterbatch concentrates in antioxidants and UV stabilizers were added as conventional additives for normal ABS. The thermal and photo-oxidative performance of these polymers were compared with that of the commercial ABS and additives by measurement of carbonyl index and embrittlement times. From the result obtained, it is concluded that the addition of these additives in the form of masterbatches appears to be a better practical way of incorporating antioxidants and UV stabilizers into ABS simply by dilution of ABS, as these give thermal and light-stabilizing effects that cannot be achieved by stabilizers added in a conventional way. The bound stabilizers are resistant to leaching and chemical extraction.  相似文献

通过热氧老化评估了不同抗氧剂对尼龙6(PA6)耐黄变性能的影响,优选一组效果较好的抗氧剂作为基础抗氧剂配方。通过QUV 340 nm加速老化实验,分别评估了添加不同光稳定剂的PA6样品老化后其色差(△E)、黄色指数变化值(△YI)及拉伸强度保留率随时间的变化情况;通过长期热氧老化实验分别评估了样品在不同温度下,其△E、△YI及拉伸强度保留率随时间的变化情况。结果表明:Sunox508/Sunox626抗氧体系中加入光稳定剂会降低抗氧剂效果,其中加入Sunovin 5524/Sunovin 770影响最小。  相似文献

ABS resin is easily oxidized and deteriorated during use or processing. The addition of antioxidants is an effective method for improving ABS oxidation. The hindered phenol antioxidant DBHMIE and the asymmetrically hindered 245 were added separately or together to ABS; the oxidation induction temperature of ABS increased by 10.6, 12.1 and 14°C, with the addition of DBHMIE, 245 and their combination, respectively, and the initial decomposition temperature T3% increased by 29.7, 16.2 and 51.3°C, respectively. The addition of these two antioxidants to ABS did not greatly affect the mechanical properties of the material, but the impact strength increased by 2.24 kJ/m2 when both antioxidants were added together. During the thermal aging test, the decomposition temperature of the ABS splines prepared with the combined antioxidants increased during the first few cycles. The impact strength of the splines prepared with the combined antioxidants was the highest, with the smallest decrease of only 5.18%. The yellow index of the spline prepared with the combined antioxidants was between those of splines prepared with the antioxidants added alone. The combination of DBHMIE and 245 induced synergistic effects, improved thermal-oxidative aging resistance, and improved and protected the toughness of ABS resin.  相似文献

Without stabilization, polycarbonate (PC)/poly(acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene) (ABS) blends are susceptible to a loss of mechanical properties after a few days of exposure to weathering conditions. ABS can be stabilized against terrestrial light by the use of hindered amines in combination with a UV absorber; such hindered amines cannot be used when PC is present in the polymer blend. The hydrolysis of PC is accelerated when a small amount of a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) is incorporated into the resin and is exposed to elevated temperatures. In this study, three different HALSs (Tinuvin 123, Tinuvin 770, and Tinuvin 765, Ciba, Basel, Switzerland) were used as UV stabilizers for PC/ABS blends, and their effects on the PC phase were observed with online ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy on extruded flat films. These stabilizers were compounded with the blends in a corotating twin‐screw extruder at 240°C. The molecular weight of the compounded samples was determined by gel permeation chromatography. The extent of degradation induced by the HALSs on the PC phase was found to be a function of its chemical structure. Tinuvin 123 with an amino ether functional group enhanced degradation in comparison with Tinuvin 770 and Tinuvin 765. Tinuvin 770, a secondary amine, was apt to be more reactive than Tinuvin 765, a tertiary amine, because less steric hindrance was experienced by the former. Accelerated aging of the compounded samples was performed. Decreased degradation was observed for the samples containing hindered amines; however, the HALSs alone were not effective in protecting the PC/ABS blends against harmful UV light. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
