首次建立了对番茄系列产品中的番茄红素进行检测的高效液相色谱内标法。以β-胡萝卜素为内标;采用乙腈、甲醇、四氢呋喃溶液作为流动相,DAD检测器检测,在485 nm检测波长下,对番茄果汁饮料、番茄酒中的番茄红素进行了检测。结果表明,番茄红素在0.05~1.00 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.992,回收率为97%~100%,相对标准偏差为2.73%~5.76%。该方法具有高灵敏度、低检出限及响应时间快等特点。  相似文献

The comparison of lycopene content and lipophilic antioxidant capacity was explored among pink guava fruit and by-products of its puree production industry namely refiner, siever and decanter. Lycopene content was measured using both UV-vis spectrophotometer and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods. Atmospheric pressure chemical ionization liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (APCI-LC-MS) was applied in confirming the studied compound. Two assays were employed to determine the lipophilic antioxidant capacities namely lycopene equivalent antioxidant capacity (LEAC) and β-carotene bleaching assays. Lycopene content and antioxidant capacity were in the order of fruits > decanter > siever > refiner. Decanter exhibited the highest lycopene content and antioxidant among the studied by-products. It also gave a significant higher (p < 0.05) lycopene content than pink guava fruit based on the wet basis. There was a significant correlation between lycopene content and LEAC. All samples had a good antioxidant activity in β-carotene bleaching assay but negatively correlated to lycopene content. Decanter was found to be the highest in lycopene content (17 mg/100 g dry basis) and antioxidant capacity (22 μmol LE/100 g dry basis) among the by-products. This by-product of pink guava puree industry can be a potential source of lycopene and antioxidant compounds.  相似文献

番茄红素是一种脂溶性的天然色素,具有较强的抗氧化和防癌、抗癌作用。文章采用自溶法利用植物油脂将番茄中的番茄红索提取出来,提取效率是传统提取方法4倍。并通过实验研究了时间、料液比、浸提次数、搅拌等因素对番茄红素提取效果的影响,确定了最佳的提取工艺条件。用豆油作溶剂,在pH为8的条件下,反应温度35℃,料液比1:1,在0i断搅拌下,浚捉3h,分次进行浸提、过滤、合并浸提液,且进行2级浸捉效果最好。这种方法解决了传统有机溶剂提取番茄红素产率低,并且存在溶剂存昭的问题.简椎方便,适用于工业化生产。  相似文献

随着消费者对更天然、更安全化妆品的追崇,概述了天然有机化妆品市场的发展状况。在分析绿色化妆品含义的基础上。对我国绿色化妆品行业的生产、使用和消费等环节中存在的问题进行了论述。分析了目前天然化妆品市场所面临的困难。提出了天然和有机原料是目前化妆品市场的最佳卖点。针对目前我国绿色化妆品行业法律滞后,法规缺乏或不健全的现状,“有机产品”或“天然产品”的法规尚属空白,提出尽早建立天然化妆品认证标准的重要性,使所有的绿色化妆品得到健康发展。对天然化妆品发展状况、未来趋势及发展前景进行了回顾和展望。  相似文献

Lycopene is a phytochemical that belongs to a group of pigments known as carotenoids. It is red, lipophilic and naturally occurring in many fruits and vegetables, with tomatoes and tomato-based products containing the highest concentrations of bioavailable lycopene. Several epidemiological studies have linked increased lycopene consumption with decreased prostate cancer risk. These findings are supported by in vitro and in vivo experiments showing that lycopene not only enhances the antioxidant response of prostate cells, but that it is even able to inhibit proliferation, induce apoptosis and decrease the metastatic capacity of prostate cancer cells. However, there is still no clearly proven clinical evidence supporting the use of lycopene in the prevention or treatment of prostate cancer, due to the only limited number of published randomized clinical trials and the varying quality of existing studies. The scope of this article is to discuss the potential impact of lycopene on prostate cancer by giving an overview about its molecular mechanisms and clinical effects.  相似文献

The stability and antioxidant effects of carotenoids and tocopherols in safflower seed oil were evaluated under thermal (75°C) and oxidative conditions and the oxidative stability index (OSI) determined. The antioxidant capability of butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) was also compared with that of β-carotene in a model system. Lycopene and β-carotene (1 to 2000 ppm) were heated (75°C) and exposed to air (2.5 psi) in an oxidative stability instrument. β-Carotene had no antioxidant effect at concentrations below 500 ppm, because it did not alter the induction time. Lycopene increased the induction time only slightly at low concentrations. However, at concentrations greater than 500 ppm, both β-carotene and lycopene acted as prooxidants, significantly decreasing the induction period. At the highest concentration, 2000 ppm, lycopene was more prooxidative than β-carotene. α- and γ-Tocopherol (concentration, 1000 ppm) delayed the induction time by 16 and 26 h, respectively. There was no cooperative interaction between α-tocopherol and β-carotene in delaying the onset of oxidation. Furthermore, BHT was significantly more antioxidative than β-carotene. Thus, under thermal and oxidative conditions, β-carotene could not delay the onset of oxidation. The tocopherols and BHT were effective in suppressing the onset of oxidation, as determined by the oxidative stability measurement.  相似文献

对具有防晒作用的数十种天然植物 ,进行了提取、复配 ,复配后的产品加入纳米TiO2 ,并在应用上进行了相关的研究与测试。测试结果表明 :天然防晒剂护肤品 ,对 2 80~ 32 0nmB区紫外光透射率≤ 1 5 % ,对 330~40 0nmA区紫外光透射率≤ 16 %。并与国内市场上较流行的JapanUVMILKYUPERSPF 45 ,在同等条件下进行了测试对比 ,结果表明 :本产品在 2 80~ 35 0nm波段 ,对紫外光的透射率为0 2 2 %~ 3 30 % ,UVMILKYUPERSPF 45为 2 2 2 %~3 90 % ;本产品在 36 0~ 40 0nm波段 ,对紫外光的透射率为 5 31%~ 15 78% ,UVMILKYUPERSPF 45为 4 2 3%~ 4 95 %。  相似文献
