随着我国民爆行业生产力水平的快速发展,以及对人民生命财产保护的需求,从水胶炸药中和工序、混合和包装三个方面进行分析,研究设计出一套远程控制及安全监控系统。通过远程操作,在中和工序中实时控制硝酸和一甲胺加入的量,对氮气、罐内温度、压力、pH值等参数进行实时监控和操作来控制硝酸与一甲胺的反应;混合时可实现各物料的加料、称重的模块化、自动化;包装工艺采用自主研发的ZZB-1工业炸药智能包装装备,可实现收集药卷、计数、称重、剔除废品、捆扎、装箱等整个过程的自动化;生产线全线联动联控系统可以及时发现、排除故障,保障水胶炸药的安全生产。 相似文献

为了实现二硝基重氮酚生产过程自动化、完全人机隔离,解决该起爆药在民爆行业少(无)人化安全生产,我公司充分利用现有起爆药装备基础,突破生产装备自动化、智能化和信息化技术瓶颈,开发研制了二硝基重氮酚自动化生产线。结果表明:该自动化生产线各子系统运行良好,各生产工序实现了人机隔离要求,产品产量、质量达到要求。研制的二硝基重氮酚自动化生产线达到生产要求。 相似文献

In insect parasitoids, fitness is dependent on the host finding and recognition abilities of the female. Host recognition cues have been described for various host–parasitoid systems, but are still under investigation in aphid parasitoids. Our study aimed to clarify the respective role of physical and chemical cues in recognition of the aphid cuticle. Shed aphid exuviae were used as an elicitor in order to avoid any influence of color, movement, or volatiles present in a living aphid. We assessed the effect of chemical and heat treatments on the texture of the cuticle by using scanning electron microscopy and tested the recognition of treated cuticles by the parasitoid. We showed that recognition cues of the cuticle can be removed chemically (using combined treatments with n-hexane and methanol). Moreover, heat treatment destroyed the physical texture of the cuticle without significantly reducing parasitoid recognition. In a second step, we showed that epicuticular extracts deposited on pieces of paper triggered female attack behavior. First results concerning the chemical composition of the active extract are presented. This study shows that chemical compounds extractable by organic solvents mediate cuticle recognition by aphid parasitoids. 相似文献

This article deals with enantioselective gas chromatography (Es-GC) utilizing cyclodextrin derivatives as chiral stationary phases (CSPs) for chiral recognition in the flavour and fragrance field. It consists of two main parts. The first one concerns cyclodextrins and their use in Es-GC, and it deals with their introduction and evolution as CSPs in GC, together with some theoretical aspects involved with enantiomeric separation and their consequent influence on routine chiral recognition. The second part reports on the strategy of chiral recognition in routine analysis with cyclodextrin derivatives as CSP, illustrated with examples from the authors’ everyday experiences. This part describes how to identify enantiomers or to measure their excess or ratio determination in complex mixtures; in particular, it discusses the opportunities offered by multidimensional and fast GC techniques, the role of mass spectrometry, and the application of total analysis systems to chiral recognition. 相似文献

Porphobilinogen synthase condenses two molecules of 5-aminolevulinate in an asymmetric way. This unusual transformation requires a selective recognition and differentiation between the substrates ending up in the A site or in the P site of porphobilinogen synthase. Studies of inhibitors based on the key intermediate first postulated by Jordan allowed differentiation of the two recognition sites. The P site, whose structure is known from X-ray crystallographic studies, tolerates ester functions well. The A site interacts very strongly with nitro groups, but is not very tolerant to ester functions. This differentiation is a central factor in the asymmetric handling of the two identical substrates. Finally, it could be shown that the keto group of the substrate bound at the A site is not only essential for the recognition, but that an increase in electrophilicity of the carbon atom also increases the inhibition potency considerably. This has important consequences for the recognition process at the A site, whose exact structure is not yet known. 相似文献

Primary structural homology between the hormone binding siteof the LH/CG receptor and the enzyme binding site of chymotrypsininhibitor has been identified. This has led to the applicationof a knowledge-based approach of molecular modelling to describethe interaction of choriogonadotropin (CG) with the LH/CG receptor.A tertiary structural model for the mode of recognition betweenthe hormone and the receptor has been proposed. As in othersuch processes at the molecular level, the recognition betweenCG and its receptor is mediated through non-covalent interactions.The specificity of recognition is achieved by complementarityin van der Waals surfaces, hydrogen bonding and non-polar associations.The model shows nine hydrogen bonds between the hormone andthe receptor involving polar side chains as well as backboneamine and carbonyl groups.
