采用自制载钛壳聚糖(TCTS)与聚硅酸铁(PSF)制备出一种新型复合絮凝剂载钛壳聚糖复合聚硅酸铁(TCTS-PSF),考察了该絮凝剂对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)废水的处理效果,并通过紫外光谱、XRD和拉曼光谱对絮凝剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,TCTS中的OH不仅与PSF中的Fe~(3+)之间存在配位作用,还与PSF中的OH形成了氢键,TCTS与PSF成功复合。复合后的样品结晶性好,晶粒较小,絮凝性能优良。  相似文献

研究了以废铁渣为原料,在常压通氧的条件下,用工业硫酸浸取制备高效絮凝剂聚硅酸铁(PSF)的方法,确定了合理的生产工艺和操作条件。用该絮凝剂处理工业废水,并与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)的处理效果比较,CODCr和色度去除率提高约22%和28%,SS去除率提高约11%,同时探讨了该絮凝剂处理废水的反应机理。  相似文献

以马铃薯淀粉为原料,经苛化后,与丙烯酰胺接枝聚合,再引入叔胺基团而制备絮凝剂(PSF)。探讨了PSF对高岭土悬浊液及工厂排泄废水的絮凝作用,以及投药量、体系pH值对絮凝效果的影响。实验表明:PSF对制糖及制革厂废水具有良好的絮凝作用。  相似文献

研究了以铝厂赤泥为原料,在常压通氧的条件下,用稀硫酸浸取制备无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸铁(PSF)的方法,确定了合理的生产工艺和操作条件:硫酸质量分数为35%,液固质量比为4.5:1,酸浸温度为90℃酸浸时间为2h,氧流量为每升酸浸液30cm^3/min,铁浸出率大于95%。用该絮凝剂处理工业废水,并与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)的处理效果比较,化学需氧量(CODcr)和色度的去除率提高约20%和25%,  相似文献

通过正交实验研究了用废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(PS)、硫酸、氢氧化钠、硫酸铁和硅酸钠制备有机无机复合絮凝剂的工艺条件。合成条件为:磺化温度为45℃,磺化时间为3h,n(Fe)/n(Si)为1.5,聚硅酸铁(PSF)/聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(NaPSS)的质量比为9。与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)比较了处理印染废水的效果,表明该复合絮凝剂具有良好的絮凝性能,化学耗氧量CODcr和浊度的去除率分别可达80.5%和95.3%。  相似文献

以硫铁矿烧渣为原料酸浸制取硫酸亚铁,并与硅酸钠制备高效絮凝剂聚硅酸铁(PSF)。研究了硫铁矿烧渣的酸浸条件,当质量分数40%的硫酸用量为理论值的1.2倍,质量液固比为5∶1,浸出温度为100℃,搅拌速度为400r/min时,浸取3h,硫铁矿烧渣中全铁的浸出率可达95%。探讨了影响PSF絮凝性能的主要因素,如铁硅摩尔比、硅酸活化时间、PSF的用量、熟化时间、污水的初始pH值等。结果表明PSF处理低温低浊水效果较好,pH适应范围宽。在n(铁)∶n(硅)=1∶1、硅酸活化40min、25℃时熟化3d的条件下,PSF对东湖污水的最大絮凝率可达86%。  相似文献

聚合硫酸铁是一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂,广泛用于各种工业污水的混凝净化处理。本文综述了聚合硫酸铁的制备方法并比较了各自的优缺点,同时还介绍了聚合硫酸铁在改性方面的研究进展,但在改性聚合硫酸铁及其分子设计方面的研究还比较欠缺。如何加强对PSF的改性研究,以进一步提高其絮凝性能,仍是尚待攻克的课题。  相似文献

研究了用聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)及改性蒙脱石等不同无机-有机高分子絮凝剂复配使用处理炼钢厂连铸含油废水的除油效果,考察了不同絮凝剂的复配以及絮凝剂的不同复配比例对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,用PAC+PFS+PAM三种絮凝剂复配使用除油效果最佳,当三种絮凝剂的复配摩尔比为2:2:3时,除油效果最好,除油率达到88.2%,处理后废水达到国家排放标准。  相似文献

研究了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂PDA对一种废纸再生造纸废水中的污泥的絮凝脱水处理过程,探讨了絮凝剂PDA的投加量,电荷密度,平均相对分子质量对絮凝脱水效果的影响,并比较了各种不同絮凝剂的处理效果,研究结果表明,絮凝剂PDA的电荷密度越大,相对分子质量越高,其絮凝脱水效果越好,在与无机絮凝剂PAC复配使用的相同条件下,实验室自制的絮凝剂PDA的絮凝脱水效果优于其他作对比的市售多种阳离子聚丙烯酰胺类絮凝剂。  相似文献

以水玻璃、硫酸亚铁及氯酸钠为原料,制备聚硅酸铁(PSF)混凝剂;用透射电镜观察PSF的微观形态,针对模拟水及松花江水,采用正交实验从GT值来研究搅拌条件对PSF混凝效果的影响。结果表明,PSF是由许多链节样物种连接而成的分维数很大的敞开式枝状结构,并且形态大小不均,覆盖范围很宽。对于不同的水质,PSF的最佳搅拌动力学条件基本一致,快搅200r/min,2min,慢搅梯度为:60r/min,3min,40r/min,5min,20r/min,2min;快搅和慢搅要密切配合,才能达到最佳的混凝效果;快搅GT值是决定混凝平衡、絮体破碎的关键因素,同时要求适度的快搅速度、稍长的快搅时间,并且要求初始速度较快的慢搅时间较长。  相似文献

利用浸没沉淀相转化法,以聚砜(PSF)为膜材料,羧基化碳纳米管(MWCNTs-COOH)为添加剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为致孔剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,制备了聚砜/多壁碳纳米管复合膜,系统研究了制备复合膜时碳纳米管的添加量、预挥发时间以及凝固浴组成对其结构和性能的影响。实验结果表明,添加MWCNTs-COOH后,复合膜的亲水性能和抗污性能显著提高,同时复合膜的力学性能也明显增强。复合膜的 SEM 照片显示,随预挥发时间的延长和凝固浴中DMAc 质量分数的增加,复合膜断面由指状孔结构向海绵状孔结构过渡;复合膜的水通量下降,截留率上升。  相似文献

This study describes the treatment of composting leachate by the combination of coagulation and nanofiltration process.Poly ferric sulfate(PSF) was used as coagulant,and the effect of p H value and PSF dosage on the coagulation performance was investigated.The results indicated that the chemical oxidation demand(COD)and turbidity removal efficiency could reach to 62.8% and 75.3%,respectively at an optimum dosage of1200 mg·L~(-1)at p H 6.0.During the nanofiltration process,the operation conditions such as temperature and pressure were optimized,89.7% of COD,78.2% of TOC,72.5% of TN,83.2% of TP,and 78.6% of NH3-N were retained when tested at 0.6 MPa at 25 °C.The final leachate effluent concentration of COD,BOD5,NH3-N,TOC,SS was92 mg·L~(-1),31 mg·L~(-1),21 mg·L~(-1),73 mg·L~(-1)and 23 mg·L~(-1),respectively,which reached the local discharge standard.The combination of coagulation-filtration is useful for composting leachate treatment.  相似文献

通过混凝除磷实验,考察了新型混凝剂聚硅铁的除磷作用并探讨了聚硅铁投加量、Fe/P摩尔比,水样的pH值和初始磷浓度等参数的变化规律。实验结果表明,PSF的除磷效果不仅与PSF的投药量及Fe/P有关,而且与水样的pH值和初始磷浓度密切相关,在投量为0.2mmol·L~-1,pH值为8.0~10.0及Fe/P=2.5的条件下,除磷效果最佳。  相似文献

Asymmetric polysulfone (PSF) gas separation membranes were prepared at different conditions such as non‐solvent concentration, evaporation time (ET) and coagulation bath temperature (CBT). In addition, effects of low‐pressure DC glow discharge plasma on the characteristics of PSF membranes were investigated. PSF membranes both before and after plasma treatment were characterized by several techniques, including contact angle measurement, scanning electron microscope (SEM), dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Furthermore, the performance of membranes was evaluated in terms of permeability of CO2, CH4, O2, and N2 gases. The ideal selectivity of CO2/CH4 and O2/N2 and surface free energy was calculated. Results showed that the EtOH concentration, ET and CBT affect the morphology of PSF membranes. For membranes prepared from a casting solution consisting of PSF 26.0, NMP 28.0, THF 28.0, and EtOH 18.0 wt % and ET for 3 min, the maximum selectivity of untreated membrane is about 69.76 and 12.59 for CO2/CH4 and O2/N2, respectively. After plasma treatment, the ideal selectivity is receded; however, the CO2/CH4 is still higher than 40.41 at pressure of 5 bars. Finally, preparation conditions and DC glow discharge plasmas have significant effects on the characteristics of the PSF membranes and result in an increase of the gas permeation. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this research, novel asymmetric polysulfone (PSF) membranes were prepared from PSF/polyethylene glycol (PEG)/polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate/1‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP) system via immersion precipitation. Pure water was used as gelation media. The variation effect of coagulation bath temperature (CBT) and addition of surfactant on morphology, wettability, and pure water flux (PWF) of the prepared membranes were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), contact angle measuring instrument, and experimental set up. The contact angle measurements demonstrated that hydrophilicity of the PSF membranes was significantly enhanced by small addition of surfactant in the casting solution along with using the lowest level of CBT. Also it was found out that addition of the surfactant in the casting solution along with increasing the CBT incites the formation of the bigger pores on the top surface and results in the formation of membranes with higher thickness and more porous structure in the sublayer. The contact angle measurements demonstrated that the hydrophilicities of the nanoporous PSF membranes were significantly enhanced by addition of a small amount of Tetronic‐1107 surfactant in the casting solution, along with using the lower CBT. 通过微纳纤维素一聚砜制膜液的水通量、截留率、黏度的测定、相分离结构分析及凝胶特性分析等,研究其共混体系的相容性.研究结果表明,一定共混比例下,微纳纤维素在聚砜制膜液中分散均匀,黏度曲线呈非线性,该共混体系为部分相容体系.当聚砜质量分数18%,添加剂为PVP K30,添加质量分数为0.3%,蒸发时间为10 s,凝胶浴为水的制膜条件下,微纳纤维素质量分数为5.%时,复合超滤膜水通量最高可达235.27 L/(m2·h),截留率达95.35%.随着凝胶浴温度升高,复合超滤膜膜孔的梯度变好.  相似文献

新型高分子硅铁混凝剂深度处理腈纶废水研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用自制新型氧化混凝药剂——无机氧化性高分子硅铁混凝剂(PSF)对腈纶废水生化出水进行处理,并与聚合硫酸铁、聚合氯化铝的混凝效果进行对比试验;以出水COD去除率为评价指标,通过单因素试验优化确定出适宜条件。结果表明,在初始pH为9、CaO投加量为1.0 g/L、PSF和聚丙烯酰胺投加量分别为900、6 mg/L的条件下,出水COD去除率可达到30%以上。采用PSF新型混凝剂可以有效去除腈纶废水生化出水中的溶解性大的难降解有机污染物,效果明显优于其它2种混凝剂,可以作为腈纶废水深度处理的一种新型预处理药剂。  相似文献
