探讨了电泳涂装的温度、电压、时间、极板间距和树脂的中和程度对阴极聚氨酯电泳漆涂装工艺的影响,优化了阳离子聚氨酯电泳漆的涂装工艺参数。实验结果表明,当电压为40V、温度为30℃、电泳时间为60s、中和程度为100%以及极板间距为150mm时,漆膜的性能较为理想。  相似文献

随着我国改革开放,汽车、自行车、五金零件等工业迅猛发展,阴极电泳漆涂装工艺已获得大力推广和应用。本文针对当前中小型企业中,电泳工艺及设计和电泳漆槽管理存在的问题,提出了一系列合理化建议,在电泳工艺设计中,着重提出了电泳槽设计的规范化;双循环装置替代单循环装置的优越性;阴极罩循环一定程度上替代超滤循环的可行性;同时讨论了超滤器应用于浸洗液处理。在电泳涂装中讨论了前处理、电泳涂漆、冲洗及烘干等方面的问题。并根据多年来的工作经验,在电泳漆槽管理中对漆液固体含量、pH值、温度等工艺参数的控制做了具体分析,并提供了可靠的数据。 本文对中小型企业阴极电泳漆涂装、工艺设计及槽液管理具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

Adhesion of cathodic electrocoat films to the aluminum alloys 2024-T3 bare and Alclad 2024-T3 with different pretreatments and with different cathodic electrocoat process parameters was investigated. The pretreatments studied were acetone wipe and alkaline cleaning. The cathodic electrocoat process parameters studied include variation of cathodic electrocoating voltage and time. Adhesion performance was evaluated by measuring the delamination time and percent delamination of the electrocoat from the alloy surface by placing the small specimen of the sample in the N-methyl pyrrolidinone (NMP) solution at 60°C until the film lifts off or for 2 h whichever comes first. NMP times for electrodeposited film delamination from alkaline cleaned surfaces were found to be higher than the acetone wiped and or those of as-supplied metal surfaces. There was not much effect of acetone cleaning of these alloy surfaces on the adhesion performance of the cathodic electrocoat. The voltage–current (of cathodic electrocoating process) relationships for alkaline cleaned surfaces were also found to be significantly different from the other two types of surfaces. The NMP times of cathodic electrocoat delamination at lower cathodic electrocoating voltage and lower electrocoating times were higher than those at higher cathodic electrocoating voltage and electrocoating times for alkaline cleaned 2024 bare surfaces. Electrocoat thickness developed on the surfaces during the electrodeposition process increased with increasing electrodeposition voltage and time as anticipated.  相似文献

The effect of curing temperature on initiation and propagation of filiform corrosion of an epoxy cataphoretic electrocoating deposited on aluminum alloy substrate was studied. EIS measurements were used to follow the evolution of the water uptake of the intact coatings. The occasionally occurring sudden destruction of the used stainless steel anodes during the electrocoating process and the regular consumption of their thickness are due respectively to local and non-local anodic dissolutions. The aim of this paper is to identify the operating conditions that protect the anode from the sudden destruction of local dissolution, and also to assess the non-local dissolution rate in order to predict the mean life of these anodes. Both types of dissolution are known in the field of corrosion, but this field concerns passivation and trans-passivation potential and not higher range, i.e. oxygen evolution reaction potential. Specific tests are performed with stainless steels that contain different concentrations of molybdenum and typical weak acids of anolyte solution that normally also contain traces of chloride, sulphate phosphate and nitrate as impurities. The results of these tests show that the anodes operate in non-safeguard conditions with respect local dissolution when: (i) traces of nitrates are absent from the anolyte solution and (ii) low molybdenum concentration stainless steels are used as anodes. When the safeguard conditions are ensured, the rate of non-local dissolution is easily detected and the results obtained show that its value increases with (i) the increase in molybdenum in the stainless steel, (ii) the decrease the pH value of the anolyte solution (iii) the increase in the temperature and (iv) the decrease in anolyte recycling in the cell. The results obtained show that sudden destruction and the mean life of anodes are the result of added chemicals in the paint bath and from the pre-treatments adopted. In other words, the interactions between pre-treatments, electrocoating and accessories (anodes), is required when the optimization of the electrocoating process is proposed.  相似文献

The present study developed an improved aqueous electrocoating containing an anticratering additive that is a reaction product of silane based on amino-propyl-triethoxy-silane and diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A. Structural characterization was performed using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), epoxy equivalent weight measurement, particle size analysis and SEM. Number of craters on the electrocoated sample was evaluated according to GM9532p. The final electrocoats containing the new anticratering agent showed far fewer craters.  相似文献
