以乙醇为溶剂,碘化钠为催化剂,由金属钠,对苯二酚和溴乙烷合成了1,4-二乙氧基苯,考察了影响收率的因素,最佳合成条件为:物料溴乙烷:对苯二酚:金属钠:碘化钠(摩尔比)为2.5:1:2.2:0.13,反应在回流温度下进行,反应时间2h,收率可达92.8%。  相似文献

叙述述了以废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为主要原料,经溶解,生,乳化等步骤研制出性能优异的抗冻粘结剂,最佳配方为废聚苯乙烯:溶剂:异氰酸酯:聚乙烯醇缩甲醇:OP-10=6:6:1.5:2:1.5。产品性能测试表明,常温下粘接强度达3.38MPa,超过了通白乳胶的水平,产品经-18℃冷冻5h后,仍保持良好的粘接能力,显示出产品具有良好的低温性能。  相似文献

Most reported results about phase transition probed by the photoluminescence (PL) spectra of Eu3+ ions are qualitative, but the quantitative analyses of phase transition were presented in this work. We fabricated (Na0.8, K0.2)0.5Bi0.497Eu0.003TiO3 (NKBT20:Eu) ferroelectric ceramics and investigated the phase structures and the PL spectra of NKBT20:Eu ceramics before and after poling at different electric fields. The PL spectra indicate a phase transition from tetragonal phase (T phase) to rhombohedral phase (R phase) within NKBT20:Eu ceramics after poling, consistent with the analyses by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Moreover, the emission intensity ratios of the “hypersensitive” transition to the magnetic dipole transition could be used to calculate the fractions of the phase transition quantitatively, which were further confirmed by XRD Rietveld refinements. This study provides a different perspective to investigate the phase transition induced by electric field for NKBT20:Eu ceramics, qualitatively and quantitatively, and the method is expected to be useful in more cases of phase analyses.  相似文献

针对阿司匹林(ASA)结晶母液经处理后产生的废液,采用搅拌和超声结合的方法制备了乳化液膜体系来回收ASA。以环己烷为膜溶剂,Span80做表面活性剂,石蜡做膜稳定剂,氢氧化钠(NaOH)为内水相,研究了表面活性剂浓度、内水相NaOH浓度、内水相类型、外相pH、油内比、乳水比、搅拌速度、膜溶剂类型、盐浓度、ASA初始浓度等试验条件对ASA萃取效果的影响,并进行了破乳研究。结果表明:在最佳实验条件下[环己烷90%(质量分数)、Span80 6%(质量分数)、C(NaOH)=0.1mol/L、油内比1:1、水乳比1:4、搅拌速度200r/min、ASA初始浓度500mg/L],不对外相进行pH调节时,15min后ASA的萃取率可高达97.4%。对实验后的乳液进行离心破乳,20min后破乳率可达72.9%,破乳后的油相重复利用5次后,对ASA的提取率仍在76%左右。  相似文献

本文研究了用乳状液型液膜提取稀土元素铕的工艺条件,考查了不同因素对铕的传质速率的影响.实验结果表明,以二(2-乙基己基)磷酸为载体,硝酸为解络剂的乳状液型液膜对铕的迁移效果很好.本文重点探讨了该液膜体系的传质机理,推导出本体系的传质通量式,并用实验数据进行了验证,取得了较好的一致性.  相似文献

通过高速逆流色谱从新疆产甘草粗提物中分离得到甘草黄酮醇、甘草素、芒柄花素和甘草异黄酮甲四种甘草类黄酮。溶剂系统为正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(1:2:1:1),上相作为固定相,下相作为流动相,主机旋转方向为顺时针,转速850rpm,流速4.0mL/min,检测波长260nm。经过160min分离,从400mg甘草粗提物中得到甘草黄酮醇26mg、甘草素8mg、芒柄花素12mg、甘草异黄酮甲10mg,纯度分别为96.3%、95.7%、98.5%、98.8%。结构经熔点、UV、MS、^1H—NMR和^13C-NMR鉴定。  相似文献

研究了以甲醇或甲酰胺为极性相,正辛烷为油相,添加不同HLB值的表面活性剂形成的非水微乳体系的三元相图.结果表明,具有适当HLB值的表面活性剂可与正辛烷、甲醇或甲酰胺形成单相区,亲水性强的表面活性剂不利于形成单相微乳体系;在m(表面活性剂):m(正辛烷)=1∶4,甲醇(甲酰胺)增溶量为最大增溶量的50%时,各微乳液相点的粒径在20~60 nm.  相似文献

Intralipid was incubated with pancreatic lipase (EC 3.1.1.3) and/or phospholipase A2 (EC 3.1.1.4) at two bile salts/phosphatidylcholine molar ratios and at two different triglyceride hydrolysis rates using various amounts of lipase. Incubations were studied by gel filtration. Results show: (i) During lipase action, three phases of lipids coexist: an emulsified phase, a micellar phase and an intermediate heavy phase sized between the two others. The equilibrium between each phase is dependent upon the bile salts concentration. (ii) Under these conditions, pancreatic lipase was at 60% bound to the emulsified phase, whereas pancreatic phospholipase A2 was bound at 94% to the micellar phase.  相似文献

Blends of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and a copolyester of bisphenol A–terephthaloylisophthaloyl (PAr) (2:1:1) have been studied both before and after transesterification. The physical blends exhibit phase separation in their amorphous states: a pure PET phase and a mixed PAr-rich phase. In spite of this phase separation, PET crystallinity in blends, normalized to PET fraction, surprisingly goes through a maximum at 25% PAr content. The transesterfied copolymers are noncrystallizable and exhibit a single Tg between those of starting polymers, PET and PAr.  相似文献

The behavior of the desert locust,Schistocerca gregaria (Forskål) (Orthoptera: Acrididae), is adjusted rapidly to population density and is a phase characteristic. We used discriminant analysis to quantify the extent of phase transition from the solitary to the gregarious phase and accurately classify the phase status on the basis of two decisive behavioral parameters: nymphal activity and social interaction. Fecal extracts. examined by olfactometry, attract solitarious nymphs but do not contribute to behavioral phase transition. Neither do visual stimuli alone. Short-range olfaction of airborne volatiles slightly affects behavioral phase transition. Antennectomy abolishes density response. Cuticular lipid extract, containing presumptive contact pheromones, does not attract nymphs, but does significantly affect behavioral phase transition.  相似文献

Membrane reactor technology was used to overcome challenges in biodiesel production. The membrane reactor produces a permeate stream which readily phase separates at room temperature into a fatty acid methyl ester (FAME)-rich non-polar phase and a methanol- and glycerol-rich polar phase. To decrease the overall methanol:oil molar ratio in the reaction system, the polar phase was recycled. Three recycle ratios were tested: 100%, 75% and 50%, at the same residence time and operating conditions. The permeate consistently separated to yield a FAME-rich non-polar phase containing a minimum of 85 wt.% FAME (the remainder being methanol) as well as a methanol/glycerol polar phase. At the highest recycle ratio, the FAME concentration ranged from 85.7 to 92.4 wt.% in the FAME-rich non-polar phase. In addition, the overall molar ratio of methanol:oil in the reaction system was significantly decreased to 10:1 while maintaining a FAME production rate of 0.04 kg/min. As a result, a high purity FAME product was produced.  相似文献
