针对三软综放沿空巷道围岩大变形、难支护的特点,提出采用锚网索支护新技术,通过对试验巷道数值模拟以及表面位移、围岩深部位移和围岩应力的现场监测,分析了试验巷道矿压显现活动规律,掌握了试验巷道在锚网索支护下的围岩变形规律,这为锚网索支护在三软煤层巷道的推广应用和支护参数设计提供了科学依据.  相似文献

在分析三软煤层极不稳定煤巷矿压特点基础上,研制了适应两帮大变形的可缩性工字钢支架、适应两帮及顶底严重变形特别是底鼓的U29可缩性环形支架,设计了锚架注联合支护的参数与工艺,并在同一采区先后进行了工业性试验.采用数值模拟方法研究了三软条件下锚梁网索支护不同参数选取、不同布置形式对围岩变形的控制效果,优选了支护参数并进行了现场试验,比较试验结果,表明极不稳定煤巷围岩变形主要特点是强烈和持久的两帮移近及底鼓,锚梁网索支护是控制围岩大变形的有效方法,其技术关键是提高锚杆初锚力、布置底角锚杆及顶角锚索.  相似文献

平顶山矿区深部主采煤层回采巷道矿压显现强烈,普通锚网支护难以适应深部开采的要求,高强度、高刚度、高预紧力的强力支护是控制深部围岩变形的有效途径.采用正交数值方法对平顶山矿区主采煤层回采巷道的支护参数进行了模拟分析,确定了影响围岩变形主次因素.应用多元回归分析法,拟合了巷道断面收敛系数与综合岩体强度、顶板锚索根数、锚杆预紧力、垂直应力和动载系数的关系式,对平煤股份十一矿高强锚网索支护的丁5-6-26071风巷断面收敛变形进行了预测,与现场矿压测试结果基本吻合.  相似文献

根据黄沙矿2147采煤工作面地质条件,通过理论计算,设计2147采煤工作面切巷的锚网索支护参数,并提出具体的施工工艺,为切巷施工提供了技术依据.切巷的支护效果观测表明,切巷的表面位移量、顶板离层量及锚杆锚固力均控制在切巷围岩变形允许的范围内,切巷锚网索支护效果较好,满足了切巷的服务要求.  相似文献

Engineering geomechanics characteristics of roadways in deep soft rock at Hegang Xing’an Coal Mine were studied and the nature of clay minerals of roadway surrounding rock was analyzed. This paper is to solve the technical problems of high stress and the difficulty in supporting the coal mine, and provide a rule for the support design. Results show that mechanical deformation mechanisms of deep soft rock roadway at Xing’an Coal Mine is of IABIIABCIIIABCD type, consisting of molecular water absorption (the IAB-type), the tectonic stress type + gravity deformation type + hydraulic type (the IIABC-type), and the IIIABCD-type with fault, weak intercalation and bedding formation. According to the compound mechanical deformation mechanisms, the corresponding mechanical control measures and conversion technologies were proposed, and these technologies have been successfully applied in roadway supporting practice in deep soft rock at Xing’an Coal Mine with good effect. Xing’an Coal Mine has the deepest burial depth in China, with its overburden ranging from Mesozoic Jurassic coal-forming to now. The results of the research can be used as guidance in the design of roadway support in soft rock.  相似文献

Geomechanics in deep mines becomes more complex and structural support in soft rock can be very difficult. Highly stressed soft rock subject to expansion deformation is particularly difficult to control. The Tiefa Coal Industry Group Daqiang Coal Mine is used as an example. A ventilation shaft, ?550 horsehead, is located in tertiary soft rock. Analysis of the reasons for deformation shows an intumescent rock, which is easily damaged. Field observations and theoretical analysis led to a design capable of stabilizing the rock. A combination of spray, anchors, anchor bolts, and soft corner coupled truss supports allowed the deformation to be controlled. This provides a model for similar designs when support of a horsehead roadway is required.  相似文献

Based on the engineering background of a soft rock roadway in Qinan Coal Mine 82 Area,Huaibei Mining Group,three creep models with different support patterns in soft rock roadway were established by using geotechnical software of FLAC2D.According to the calculation results of different models,the change law of mechanical properties with the time of bolt-grouting support structure was obtained.Furthermore,for the test bolt-grouting support roadway,the deformation law of surrounding rock got by underground industrial experiment and field observation accords with the creep law got by numerical calculation.The results of numerical calculation and field observation show that,compared with other supports,the creep of bolt-grouting support roadway enters the steady-state creep stage from tertiary creep stage ahead,the deformations of roof,floor and two sides are decreased greatly,the plastically deforming area in surrounding rock is reduced obviously,and the distribution ranges of maximum and minimum principal stress are shrank obviously.All those fully show that the bolt-grouting support has its remarkable advantages in controlling surrounding rock creep and improving the whole strength of surrounding rock and self-bearing capacity.  相似文献

针对煤矿矸石地表堆积对人类生存环境和条件带来的威胁与危害,研究了矸石井下处理技术.该项技术运用开采沉陷理论预计地表允许沉陷范围内充填区域矸石充填压实后残余空间的最大高度,确定矸石充填巷的布置;基于数值模拟方法分析了充填巷两侧煤柱应力分布、消除充填巷开掘时的“多洞效应”问题,优化矸石充填巷掘进顺序;设计了矸石充填工艺.此项技术在邢东矿井得到成功应用,实现了矸石井下处理与建筑物下煤炭资源的开采利用.  相似文献

In order to study stability control methods for a deep gate group under complex stresses, we conducted field investiga-tions and analyses of reasons for damage in the Xuzhou mining district. Three reasons are proposed: deep high stress, improper roadway layout and support technology. The stability control countermeasures of the gate group consist of an intensive design technology and responding bolt-mesh-anchor truss support technology. Our research method has been applied at the -1000 m level gate group in Qishan Coal Mine. Suitable countermeasures have been tested by field monitoring.  相似文献

Floor heave of a roadway is a dynamic phenomenon that often happens in the roadways of coal mines. It seriously affects safe production in the coal mine. Floor heave has long been one of the most difficult problems to be resolved during coal mining. An analysis of floor heave in the soft rock surrounding the roadway, and the factors influencing it, allowed the deformation mechanism in the west wing double track haulage roadway of the Tingnan Coal Mine to be deduced. Three types of floor heave are observed there: intumescent floor heave, extrusion and mobility floor heave, and compound floor heave. Control measures are proposed that have been adopted during a recent repair engineering project. Control of the floor heave in the west wing track haulage roadway was demonstrated. The reliability and rationality of a combined support technology including floor anchors, an inverted arch, and anchoring of both sides was verified by mine pressure data and the field observations. Waterproofing measures were also undertaken to assist in the control of floor heave.  相似文献
