The element-free method is a new numerical technique presented in recent years.It uses the moving least square(MLS) approximation as its shape function,and it is determined by the basic function and weight function.The weight function is the mainly determining factor,so it greatly affects the accuracy of the computational results.The element-free Galerkin method(EFGM) was applied for the solution to plastic large deformation.The simulation of metal rheological forming was successfully done by programming and its results were visualized by using the plotting and data analyses software Tecplot.Then plastic strain under different stages during rheological forming and the three principal stresses at the last deformation were obtained.The example shows the feasibility of EFGM used for metal rheological forming and provides a new method for numerical simulation of rheological forming of complex parts.  相似文献

针对Burgers方程,给出了一种将再生核有限差分法与惩罚法相结合的一种区域分解算法.首先将整体区域进行分区,将原问题的求解转化为在子区域上进行求解.然后,在各子区域内,空间上应用再生核方法进行离散,时间上应用四阶Runge-kutta法进行离散.对内边界则应用惩罚法进行处理,将各个子区域连同边界条件看成是一个整体进行求解,不必单独考虑边界条件.数值实验结果表明了此方法的有效性.  相似文献

板材多点成形过程中成形力的数值模拟   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
基于动力显式有限元格式,给出了多点成形中成形力的计算公式。对不同材料、不同厚度的圆柱面、球面及马鞍面三种典型形状的成形力进行了数值模拟,分析了成形力的变化过程及影响因素。结果表明:在成形过程中,随着基本体与板料接触数目的增多,成形力会越来越大。厚板成形、硬质材料成形时都将需要较大的成形力。由于变形的复杂性,成形双向曲率的目标面时所需的成形力明显高于单向曲率。这些结果对于选择多点成形设备、更好地控制板材多点成形过程以减少成形缺陷具有重要的指导作用。  相似文献

By combining the wavelet decomposition with kernel method, a practical approach of universal multiscale wavelet kernels constructed in reproducing kernel Hilbert space (RKHS) is discussed, and an identification scheme using wavelet support vector machines (WSVM) estimator is proposed for nordinear dynamic systems. The good approximating properties of wavelet kernel function enhance the generalization ability of the proposed method, and the comparison of some numerical experimental results between the novel approach and some existing methods is encouraging.  相似文献

In order to investigate the process of incremental sheet forming (ISF) through both experimental and numerical approaches, a three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element model (FEM) was developed to simulate the process and the simulated results were compared with those of experiment. The results of numerical simulations, such as the strain history and distribution, the stress state and distribution, sheet thickness distribution, etc, were discussed in details, and the influences of process parameters on these results were also analyzed. The simulated results of the radial strain and the thickness distribution are in good agreement with experimental results. The simulations reveal that the deformation is localized around the tool and constantly remains close to a plane strain state. With decreasing depth step, increasing tool diameter and wall inclination angle, the axial stress reduces, leading to less thinning and more homogeneous plastic strain and thickness distribution. During ISF, the plastic strain increases stepwise under the action of the tool. Each increase in plastic strain is accompanied by hydrostatic pressure, which explains why obtainable deformation using ISF exceeds the forming limits of conventional sheet forming.  相似文献

提出了多点成形与渐进成形技术相结合的板料复合成形新方法,说明了两种复合成形方式的成形原理和成形过程。建立了复合成形分析的有限元模型,对球面件的复合成形过程进行数值模拟,分析了复合成形过程产生的压痕问题及其抑制方法。结果表明,采用弹性垫技术可以有效抑制复合成形过程产生的压痕缺陷,使成形件表面光滑;球面件上等效应力和厚度的变化过程及分布规律表明,随着增量步的加大,板料接触点处的等效应力随之增加,板料的厚度逐渐减薄。复合成形实验显示,数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。  相似文献

介绍了一种无需压边圈的防皱多点成形方法,与目前常用的多点模具成形方法不同,在防皱多点成形方法中防皱单元与调形单元交错排列,离散的防皱单元在成形区内对板料进行挟持,且能够随板料的变形上下浮动。运用有限元方法对球形曲面在防皱多点成形方式中的成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了板厚、防皱单元的压力对最大成形曲率的影响,并与多点模具成形进行了对比。研究发现,防皱多点成形方法能够很好地抑制板料在成形过程中的起皱现象。球形曲面采用防皱多点成形方式时能够获得明显大的变形量。板料越薄,防皱多点成形方法所能获得的效果越显著。增大防皱单元的压力能够提高防皱多点成形的防皱能力。  相似文献

为提高板材冲压成形无网格法数值计算的效率,实现接触搜索并加快搜索速度,提出采用矩阵法处理接触搜索,并构造稀疏"矩阵"记录各节点信息,接触搜索时利用该信息可快速找到从节点影响域内的节点,并利用这些节点构造规模减小的矩阵,可加快矩阵行列式的计算,达到快速且精确地处理接触搜索的目的.数值算例表明,采用矩阵法处理接触搜索是合适的.  相似文献

采用有限元数值模拟手段针对多点成形过程中产生的起皱现象以及消除皱纹的措施进行了探讨.对比了多点模具成形和多点压机成形两种不同工艺,分析了不同的成形工艺条件对起皱的影响.用显式动力学软件对0.1 mm与0.5 mm厚度的马鞍型曲面件进行了数值模拟,结果表明,在多点模具成形方式下,采用无压边成形,使用弹性垫,成形0.5 mm厚度的板料时,曲率半径为100 mm的成形件起皱剧烈;但在相同条件下,用多点压机成形工艺的成形件结果良好,甚至成形厚度为0.1 mm的板料也没有起皱.表明多点压机成形方式比多点模具成形方式成形效果好,缺陷少,并且有利于板材的流动,能够得到更大的变形量.  相似文献

对板料成形中的成形极限应力图、最大变薄率、成形极限图以及韧性断裂准则等预测成形极限的方法进行了综述和分析,提出了利用韧性断裂准则能够较好地预测塑性差的板料成形极限,而且还能考虑应变路径的变化.利用有限元方法模拟时,韧性断裂准则既可以运用到完全耦合的弹塑性损伤模型的增量方法中,也可以运用到一步有限元逆算法中.指出了为准确地预测成形极限,除了提高有限元模拟精度外,应找到一种本质地反映材料性能的准则.  相似文献

A method utilizing variable depth increments during incremental forming was proposed and then optimized based on numerical simulation and intelligent algorithm.Initially,a finite element method(FEM) model was set up and then experimentally verified.And the relation between depth increment and the minimum thickness tmin as well as its location was analyzed through the FEM model.Afterwards,the variation of depth increments was defined.The designed part was divided into three areas according to the main deformation mechanism,with Di(i=1,2) representing the two dividing locations.And three different values of depth increment,Δzi(i=1,2,3) were utilized for the three areas,respectively.Additionally,an orthogonal test was established to research the relation between the five process parameters(D and Δz) and tmin as well as its location.The result shows that Δz2 has the most significant influence on the thickness distribution for the corresponding area is the largest one.Finally,a single evaluating indicator,taking into account of both tmin and its location,was formatted with a linear weighted model.And the process parameters were optimized through a genetic algorithm integrated with an artificial neural network based on the evaluating index.The result shows that the proposed algorithm is satisfactory for the optimization of variable depth increment.  相似文献

建立了板料多点拉形有限元模型,确立了用于动态显式算法的拉形加载模式,并应用到典型件的拉形过程数值模拟中。对马鞍形曲面件的多点拉形进行了数值模拟,探讨了成形件上应力、厚度等的分布规律以及回弹和弹性垫的不均匀变形对成形件精度的影响。模拟结果表明,成形件的应力、厚度分布均匀,卸载回弹很小,弹性垫的不均匀变形对成形件精度的影响比回弹要大;为获得精确形状的成形件,提出了一种基于数值模拟结果通过反复修正获得准确的多点拉形模具型面来补偿多点拉形中弹性垫的不均匀变形和回弹的方法。  相似文献
