In this paper, the issue of adaptive neural control is discussed for a class of stochastic nonstrict-feedback constrained nonlinear systems with input and state unmodeled dynamics. A dynamic signal produced by the first-order auxiliary system is employed to deal with the dynamical uncertain terms. Radial basis function neural networks are used to reconstruct unknown nonlinear continuous functions. With the help of the mean value theorem and Young's inequality, only one learning parameter is adjusted online at recursive each step. Using the hyperbolic tangent function as nonlinear mapping, the output constrained stochastic nonstrict-feedback system in the presence of unmodeled dynamics is transformed into a novel unconstrained stochastic nonstrict-feedback system. Based on dynamic surface control technology and the property of Gaussian function, adaptive neural control is developed for the transformed stochastic nonstrict-feedback system. The output abides by stochastic constraints in probability. By the Lyapunov method, all signals of the closed-loop control system are proved to be semi-global uniform ultimate bounded (SGUUB) in probability. The obtained theoretical findings are verified by two numerical examples.  相似文献

This article studies the adaptive fuzzy finite-time quantized control problem of stochastic nonlinear nonstrict-feedback systems with full state constraints. During the control design process, fuzzy logic systems are used to identify the unknown nonlinear functions, integral barrier Lyapunov functions are employed to solve the state constrained problem. In the frame of backstepping design, an adaptive fuzzy finite-time quantized control scheme is developed. Based on the stochastic finite-time Lyapunov stability theory, it can be guaranteed that the closed-loop system is semiglobal finite-time stable in probability, and the tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood of the origin in a finite time. Finally, two simulation examples are provided to testify the effectiveness of the developed control scheme.  相似文献

This article investigates the issue of adaptive finite-time tracking control for a category of output-constrained nonlinear systems in a non-strict-feedback form. First, by utilizing the structural characteristics of radial basis function neural networks (RBF NNs), a backstepping design method is extended from strict-feedback systems to a kind of more general systems, and NNs are employed to approximate unknown nonlinear functions. In addition, the system output is constrained to the specified region by applying the barrier Lyapunov function (BLF) technique. Furthermore, the finite-time stability of the system is proved by employing the Bhat and Bernstein theorem. As a result, an adaptive finite-time tracking control scheme for the output-constrained nonlinear systems with non-strict-feedback structure is proposed by applying RBF NNs, BLF, finite-time stability theory, and adaptive backstepping technique. It is demonstrated the finite-time stability of the system, the prescribed convergence of the system output and tracking error, the boundedness of adaptive parameters and state variables. Finally, a simulation example is implemented to illustrate the effectiveness of the presented neural control scheme.  相似文献

In this article, the adaptive finite-time fault-tolerant control problem is considered for a class of switched nonlinear systems in nonstrict-feedback form with actuator fault. The problem of finite-time fault-tolerant control is solved by introducing a finite-time performance function. Meanwhile, the completely unknown nonlinear functions exist in the switched system are identified by the neural networks. Based on the common Lyapunov function method with adaptive backstepping technique, the finite-time fault-tolerant controller is designed. The proposed control strategy can guarantee that the tracking error converges to a prescribed zone at a finite-time and all system variables remain semiglobally practical finite-time stable. Numerical examples are offered to verify the feasibility of the theoretical result.  相似文献

The article investigates the finite-time adaptive fuzzy control for a class of nonlinear systems with output constraint and input dead-zone. First, by skillfully combining the barrier Lyapunov function, backstepping design method, and finite-time control theory, a novel adaptive state-feedback tracking controller is constructed, and the output constraint of the nonlinear system is not violated. Second, the fuzzy logic system is used to approximate unknown function in the nonlinear system. Third, the finite-time command filter is introduced to avoid the problem of “complexity explosion” caused by repeated differentiations of the virtual control signal in conventional backstepping control schemes. Meanwhile, a new saturation function is added in the compensating signal for filter error to improve control accuracy. Finally, based on Lyapunov stability analysis, all the signals of the closed-loop are proved to be semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded, and the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood region of the origin in a finite time. A simulation example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness for the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive neural output feedback control scheme is investigated for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems with unmeasured states and four kinds of uncertainties including uncertain nonlinear function, dynamic disturbance, input unmodeled dynamics, and stochastic inverse dynamics. The unmeasured states are estimated by K‐filters, and stochastic inverse dynamics is dealt with by constructing a changing supply function. The considered input unmodeled dynamic subsystem possesses nonlinear feature, and a dynamic normalization signal is introduced to counteract the unstable effect produced by the input unmodeled dynamics. Combining dynamic surface control technique with stochastic input‐to‐state stability, small‐gain condition, and Chebyshev's inequality, the designed robust adaptive controller can guarantee that all the signals in the closed‐loop system are bounded in probability, and the error signals are semi‐globally uniformly ultimately bounded in mean square or the sense of four‐moment. Simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper investigates an adaptive fuzzy control method for accommodating actuator faults in a class of uncertain stochastic nonlinear systems with both immeasurable states and unmodeled dynamics. The considered faults are modeled as both loss of effectiveness and lock‐in‐place. To deal with the immeasurable states, a novel state observer containing the actuator faults is designed. Combining with the backstepping technique and stochastic small‐gain theorem, an adaptive fuzzy output feedback control method is developed. The presented design scheme can guarantee that the closed‐loop system is input‐to‐state practically stable in probability. Finally, a simulation example is shown to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control method.  相似文献

In this article, the problem of output feedback tracking control for uncertain Markov jumping nonlinear systems is studied. A finite-time control scheme based on command filtered backstepping and adaptive neural network (NN) technique is given. The finite-time command filter solves the problem of differential explosions for virtual control signals, the NN is utilized to approximate the uncertain nonlinear dynamics and the adaptive NN observer is applied to restructure the state of system. The finite-time error compensation mechanism is established to compensate the errors brought by filtering process. The proposed finite-time tracking control algorithm can ensure that the solution of the closed-loop system is practically finite-time stable in mean square. Two simulation examples are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm.  相似文献

A model-free incremental adaptive fault-tolerant control (FTC) scheme is proposed for a class of nonlinear systems with actuator faults. To deal with actuator faults and guarantee the approximate optimal performance of the nominal nonlinear system without any prior knowledge of system dynamics, a single-network incremental adaptive dynamic programming (SIADP) algorithm based on incremental neural network observer is developed to design an active fault-tolerant control (AFTC) policy. An approximate linear time-varying system is obtained by incremental nonlinear technique, in which the relevant matrix parameters are identified by recursive least square estimation. Then, a SIADP algorithm-based fault-tolerant controller is developed. Based on the redundancy characteristic and function of actuators, a grouping scheme of actuators is introduced. An incremental neural network observer is designed to approximate the actuator faults. The novel SIADP scheme is constructed with a simplified single critic neural network to shorten the learning time and decrease the computational burden in the control process, in which the norm of the weight estimations of critic neural network is updated. Moreover, based on the Lyapunov theorem, the uniformly ultimately bounded stability of the closed-loop incremental system is proved. Finally, simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed FTC scheme.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of observer-based finite time adaptive fault tolerant control for nonaffine nonlinear systems with actuator faults and disturbances. Based on mean value theorem and convex combination method, a adaptive neural observer with virtual control coefficients is designed to estimate the systems states. Then, by using funnel Lyapunov function and backstepping method, a finite time control scheme is designed in the presence of disturbances and actuator faults. The stability analysis proves that tracking errors can converge to the prescribed performance bound in a finite time and all signals are uniformly ultimately bounded. Finally, simulation results verify efficiency of the studied approach.  相似文献

In this study, an adaptive output feedback control with prescribed performance is proposed for unknown pure feedback nonlinear systems with external disturbances and unmeasured states. A novel prescribed performance function is developed and incorporated into an output error transformation to achieve tracking control with prescribed performance. To handle the unknown non-affine nonlinearities and avoid the algebraic loop problem, the radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) is adopted to approximate the unknown non-affine nonlinearities with the help of Butterworth low-pass filter. Based on the output of the RBFNN, the coupled design between sate observer and disturbance observer is presented to estimate the unmeasured states and compounded disturbances. Then, the adaptive output feedback control scheme is proposed for unknown pure feedback nonlinear systems, where a first-order filter is introduced to tackle with the issue of “explosion of complexity” in the traditional back-stepping approach. The boundedness and convergence of the closed-loop system are proved rigorously by utilizing the Lyapunov stability theorem. Finally, simulation studies are worked out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper proposes an adaptive neural‐network control design for a class of output‐feedback nonlinear systems with input delay and unmodeled dynamics under the condition of an output constraint. A coordinate transformation with an input integral term and a Nussbaum function are combined to solve the problem of the input possessing both time delay and unknown control gain. By utilizing a barrier Lyapunov function and designing tuning functions, the adjustment of multiparameters is handled with a single adaptive law. The uncertainty of the system is approximated by dynamic signal and radial basis function neural networks (RBFNNs). Based on Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive tracking control scheme is developed to guarantee all the signals of the closed‐loop systems are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded, and the output constraint is not violated.  相似文献

This article focuses on the finite-time adaptive fuzzy control problem based on command filtering for stochastic nonlinear systems subject to input quantization. Fuzzy logic systems are employed to estimate unknown nonlinearities. In the control design, the hysteretic quantized input is decomposed into two bounded nonlinear functions, which solves the chattering problem. Meanwhile, an adaptive fuzzy controller is presented by the combination of command filter technique and backstepping control, which eliminates the computational complexity existing in traditional backstepping design. Under the proposed adaptive mechanism, all the closed-loop signals remain bounded while the desired system performance can be realized within finite time. The main significance of this work is that (1) the filtering error can be solved on the basis of the designed compensating signals; (2) the requirement of adaptive parameters is decreased to only one, which simplifies the controller design process and may improve the control performance. Two simulation examples are used to validity of the developed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel direct adaptive neural control approach is presented for a class of single‐input and single‐output strict‐feedback nonlinear systems with nonlinear uncertainties, unmodeled dynamics, and dynamic disturbances. Radial basis function neural networks are used to approximate the unknown and desired control signals, and a direct adaptive neural controller is constructed by combining the backstepping technique and the property of hyperbolic tangent function. It is shown that the proposed control scheme can guarantee that all signals in the closed‐loop system are semi‐globally uniformly ultimately bounded in mean square. The main advantage of this paper is that a novel adaptive neural control scheme with only one adaptive law is developed for uncertain strict‐feedback nonlinear systems with unmodeled dynamics. Simulation results are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The article discusses the adaptive fixed-time control problems for the stochastic pure-feedback nonlinear systems. Different from the existing results, the priori information of unknown virtual control coefficients (UVCC) is no longer needed in this article, which is realized by emplying the bound estimation method and well-defined smooth functions. A novel semi-global practical fixed-time stability criterion for the stochastic nonlinear systems is presented. Correspondingly, a new construction of Lyapunov function is proposed for the nonlinear stochastic system by adding the lower bounds of the UVCC. Based on the fuzzy logical system and fixed time stability theorem, a novel adaptive fuzzy fixed-time tracking control algorithm for stochastic nonlinear system is raised firstly. By theoretical analysis, we can conclude that the whole variables of the controlled system are bounded almost surely and the output can track the desired reference signal to a very small compact set within a predefined fixed-time interval. Finally, the raised method is illustrated by two simulation examples.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of adaptive output‐feedback neural network (NN) control for a class of switched pure‐feedback uncertain nonlinear systems. A switched observer is first constructed to estimate the unmeasurable states. Next, with the help of an NN to approximate the unknown nonlinear terms, a switched small‐gain technique‐based adaptive output‐feedback NN control scheme is developed by exploiting the backstepping recursive design scheme, input‐to‐state stability analysis, the common Lyapunov function method, and the average dwell time (ADT) method. In the recursive design, the difficulty of constructing an overall Lyapunov function for the switched closed‐loop system is dealt with by decomposing the switched closed‐loop system into two interconnected switched systems and constructing two Lyapunov functions for two interconnected switched systems, respectively. The proposed controllers for individual subsystems guarantee that all signals in the closed‐loop system are semiglobally, uniformly, and ultimately bounded under a class of switching signals with ADT, and finally, two examples illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical results, which include a switched RLC circuit system.  相似文献

This paper investigates an adaptive neural tracking control for a class of nonstrict‐feedback stochastic nonlinear time‐delay systems with input saturation and output constraint. First, the Gaussian error function is used to represent a continuous differentiable asymmetric saturation model. Second, the appropriate Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional and the property of hyperbolic tangent functions are used to compensate the time‐delay effects, the neural network is used to approximate the unknown nonlinearities, and a barrier Lyapunov function is designed to ensure that the output parameters are restricted. At last, based on Lyapunov stability theory, a robust adaptive neural control method is proposed, and the designed controller decreases the number of learning parameters and thus reduces the computational burden. It is shown that the designed neural controller can ensure that all the signals in the closed‐loop system are 4‐Moment (or 2 Moment) semi‐globally uniformly ultimately bounded and the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin. Two examples are given to further verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This article investigates an adaptive neural network (NN) output-feedback optimal control design problem for active suspension systems (ASSs) with stochastic disturbance. The ASSs under consideration contain the characteristics of spring nonlinear dynamics, unmeasured states, and state constraints. The NNs are developed to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions. Meanwhile, observer-based output feedback control design method is proposed based on the adaptive backstepping technique. Furthermore, the stability of the closed-loop system is demonstrated by constructing the barrier Lyapunov function, thus ensuring that the full-state constraints are not exceeded. In particular, the simulation validations are given for the cases of bump, C-class, and D-class road displacements inputs. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the studied control strategy.  相似文献
