异步电机参数离线辨识改进算法 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为实现变频调速系统的自运行(self-commissioning),提出了一种异步电机参数离线辨识的改进算法,该算法能直接辨识出与无速度传感器定子磁场定向矢量控制相关的大部分电机参数。利用直流实验辨识定子电阻,并通过分析逆变器的开关状态,得到直流实验的等效控制电路。采用单相交流堵转实验辨识定子总漏感和转子电阻,并通过分析异步电机相量图得到单相交流堵转实验稳定运行的工作条件。恒压频比空载实验辨识定子自感,对电机定子频率进行补偿以消除可能出现的定子电流振荡。利用直流侧电压和PWM占空比来重构定子电压,并根据电机电流极性补偿逆变器死区引起的电压误差。最后,在两台不同功率等级的异步电机上进行了参数辨识和无速度传感器定子磁场定向控制的实验研究。实验结果表明,参数辨识结果对直流侧电压不敏感,辨识得到的电机参数能满足无速度传感器矢量控制系统对电机参数准确性的要求。 相似文献

感应电机等效电路参数的准确计算对电机的性能预测和精确控制有重要意义。该文对大型高压笼型感应电机建立有限元模型,利用二维时谐场计算结果求解多转差下转子电阻折算值。分析定转子齿顶漏磁链路径,判断是否改变定转子气隙材料属性,在不同转差下,采用冻结磁导率求解定子槽漏感和齿顶漏感以及转子槽漏感折算值。利用等效电路参数以及节点电流方程、回路电压方程求解相应等效励磁电阻和励磁电感。最后,根据等效电路参数得到转矩随转差的变化曲线,并与有限元转矩随转差变化曲线对比,同时将计算所得转子铜耗和电磁转矩与有限元结果及负载试验数据对比,验证了文中求取等效电路参数方法的正确性,为异步电机等效电路建模提供了参考。 相似文献

直线感应电机(LIM)具有机械间隙大、定转子漏感差别明显、边缘效应影响等特点,准确测量电机参数难度较大.通常的电机空载试验参数测量方法在直线轨道上难于实施,特别是用于地铁和磁浮列车牵引的直线电机,由于运动位置重复性差,在线辨识实现困难.本文提出一种新的基于变频器驱动的直线感应电机等效电路参数辨识方法,利用不同频率时的电机推力、变频器输出电压和电流等静态堵转特性,结合最小二乘法推算出适合控制用的直线感应电机等效电路中的初级电阻、漏感、次级等效电阻和漏感参数.测量设备即为实际驱动电机的变频器.对一台基于直线感应电机牵引系统的测试结果表明了该方法的有效性. 相似文献

针对直线感应电机初级漏感和次级漏感不相等的特性,提出一种基于PWM逆变器的直线感应电机离线参数辨识方法。首先,在电机静止的条件下,先向电机中通入单相直流电压来获得初级电阻,再依次通入单相高频交流电压和单相低频交流电压来依次获得互感、次级漏感、初级漏感和次级电阻。其次,讨论了电机参数的辨识误差与频率变化的关系,给出了使用该方法时高频实验和低频实验中适用的频率范围,并建立了直线感应电机离线参数辨识模型来进行仿真实验。最后,针对不同功率的直线电机,将该方法辨识结果与传统的空载和堵转实验方法的辨识结果进行对比。结果表明,提出的辨识方法由于考虑了直线电机初、次级漏感不相等的特性,其辨识精确度更高。 相似文献

In the vector control system using the slip frequency control method, the rotor resistance of an induction motor is used to calculate a slip frequency. Thus the change in temperature of the rotor resistance causes the deterioration of the torque control characteristic. This paper presents a new method of compensating for the rotor resistance change which is robust for the stator resistance change. A current control loop is composed of the λ-δ axes in which the λ axis is coincident to the stator current. In this method, the stator voltage error on the δ axis which is directly obtainable from this current control loop was used. The change in the stator voltage was able to be detected accurately, therefore the torque control accuracy was improved, particularly in the low-speed region. The experimental results of the current response and the compensation for the rotor resistance deviation also are shown. Moreover, although the mutual inductance has been treated as an invariable value, the value does change by a frequency and an exciting command. In this control method, an initial tuning of the equivalent mutual inductance was achieved by detecting the deviation component of the stator voltage on the δ axis at the no-load running condition. Furthermore, in the region with the constant power where the field weakening control was achieved, the excellent experimental results of the compensation for the deviation of the equivalent mutual inductance are shown. 相似文献

This paper deals with a rotor temperature estimation scheme for fan-cooled mains-fed squirrel-cage induction motors. The proposed technique combines a rotor resistance estimation method with a thermal equivalent circuit. Usually, rotor resistance estimation works quite well under rated load conditions. By contrast, if the motor is slightly loaded, rotor resistance estimation becomes inaccurate due to the small slip. Therefore, rotor temperature estimation under low-load conditions may be estimated by a thermal equivalent model. In order to determine the rotor resistance and, thus, rotor temperature accurately, several machine parameters have to be obtained in advance. Load tests provide the leakage reactance and the iron losses of the induct machine. The stator resistance has to be measured separately. The parameters of the thermal equivalent model are a thermal resistance and a thermal capacitance. These parameters are derived from a heating test, where the reference temperature is provided from the parameter model in the time domain. This lumped thermal parameter model is based on the assumption that the total rotor temperature increase is caused by the total sum of the losses in the induction machine. Measuring results of a 1.5-kW and an 18.5-kW four-pole low-voltage motor and a 210-kW four-pole high-voltage motor are presented and compared. 相似文献

传统感应电机高性能控制方案中,电机模型忽略了电机铁耗的影响,与实际物理模型有一定的偏差。基于包含铁耗等效电阻的感应电机模型,建立新的励磁电流计算方法,对电流和电压信号进行高精度的采样和离散处理,并对电机模型进行数学推导,得到基于递推最小二乘法(RLS)的辨识模型,实现了对铁耗电阻、转子电阻等重要电机参数的在线辨识。建立了MATLAB仿真模型,对参数辨识算法进行验证。仿真试验结果表明:所提方法可以在不同工况下实现较高精度的辨识,并可以快速地跟随待辨识参数的变化,为感应电机高性能控制奠定了基础。 相似文献

针对永磁同步电动机伺服系统,其电阻、转动惯量等参数会发生变化,使系统控制环性能变差的情况,介绍了一种对电阻、电感与转动惯量进行辨识的自适应控制方法。该方法首先辨识电机的电感与电阻,设计电流环;然后采用改进的朗道离散时间递推,提出模型参考自适应算法,辨识转动惯量,设计电压环。仿真与实验结果表明,系统可以快速地跟踪参数的变化,并较之于传统的PID控制,系统的超调量小,速度响应快,具有良好的鲁棒性与稳定性。 相似文献
