无刷起动发电机由双向变换器与同步电机构成,由于具有起动、发电双功能而成为机载电气技术研究的一个热点。该文研究基于两象限斩波器调压的无刷直流起动发电机系统的主电路扩拓与原理,起动机的起动持性以及发电机的调压特性与外特性,最后以实验室一台同步电机为例构成无刷直流起动发电机原理实验系统,实验结果表明该系统具有良好的起动、发电性能。 相似文献

In this paper, the combined k-out-of-n : G model and reliability block diagram model is used to analyze the reliability of a switched reluctance starter/generator system. First, the different operational modes of a switched reluctance motor starter/generator are analyzed, and the fault states of the system are briefly described. Then the fault criteria of the system in different operational states are put forward. Secondly, a reliability block diagram model is established to calculate the system-level reliability, and the k-out-of-n : G model is adopted to analyze the reliability of each part of the switched reluctance starter/generator system. To verify effectiveness, the first-order Markov model is also used to analyze the reliability of each part of the switched reluctance starter/generator system. Considering the computational complexity and accuracy of the system, the k-out-of-n : G model is more suitable for system component level reliability analysis. Finally, a 6/4 switched reluctance motor is used as the simulated and experimental platform motor. The final results verify the effectiveness of the reliability analysis model. 相似文献

The notion of a more electric airplane figures strongly in the design of new aircraft. The task that has to be done is to integrate an electric machine directly with a high- and/or low-pressure aircraft-engine shaft. As a result, it is possible to reduce the engine’s weight–size parameters, attain better reliability and fuel saving, and cut down aircraft maintenance costs. To realize this, it is necessary to design a highly efficient high-temperature starter generator able to work in harmful environmental temperatures with minimal technological possibilities for cooling. This article presents a design of the starter generator with an external rotor for integration with a high-pressure aircraft-engine shaft. To attain better parameters and characteristics of the proposed design, optimization by multiple criteria in the Ansys Maxwell software package is conducted. The optimal dimensions of the SG with an external rotor are determined by genetic algorithms. The optimized starter generator has minimal weight–size parameters and high energy performance and works with minimal losses. The operability of the starter generator is assessed by computer modeling on the basis of which a test mockup is designed. The tests are conducted in no-load and loaded modes. The test results show the appropriateness of the selected design, the operability of the starter generator, and its efficiency for integration with the HP shaft. 相似文献

为了克服输入定子侧的低次谐波和控制复杂的问题,提出了基于自关断器件的新型软起动。与传统晶闸管控制的软起动不同,由于采用了自关断器件,因此新型软起动的控制简单,开关器件的触发信号不需要与主电路同步,容易实现,而且还能开环控制。分析了新型软起动的运行原理和定子上电压和电流的谐波特性,并给出了仿真结果。实验验证了新型软起动的正确性。 相似文献

核电厂发电机机端与升压变压器之间都装设发电机出口断路器,而且装设了发电机出口断路器失灵保护。文中分析核电厂发电机所配置的保护及其定值,发现发电机出口断路器失灵保护设计存在问题:某些启动跳发电机出口断路器、灭磁、关闭主汽门的电气保护,因电流判据不满足而不能直接有效地启动发电机出口断路器失灵保护;汽轮发电机组在程序跳闸过程中,发电机出口断路器发生故障而不能跳开,也不能启动发电机出口断路器失灵保护。对上述问题所造成的危害,文中提出核电厂发电机出口断路器失灵保护设计的改进措施,完善了核电厂发电机出口断路器失灵保护设计。 相似文献

This paper presents the results of simulations of the process of self-excitation of the asynchronous generator by using a starter in the form of residual voltage on excitation capacitors. A generator model that was developed in the three-phase inhibited coordinate system and implemented in MATLAB Simulink is described. The results of simulations have shown that the use of the starter in the form of residual voltage on excitation capacitors is initially accompanied by a high-frequency decaying oscillatory process that proceeds smoothly in an increasing oscillation process with the frequency of the EMF generator. The role of the starter in the launch of a self-excitation process is considered. It was found that, during self-maintained conditions, i.e., the presence of positive feedback, it is sufficient to have an arbitrarily small starter to start the process of self-excitation. In addition, the time of self-excitation of the generator can increase to “arbitrarily large” values. It is shown that, in the case of a violation of self-maintained conditions, a powerful starter can change the parameters of the generator up to the establishment of self-maintained conditions followed by the launch of an asynchronous self-excitation. 相似文献
