某棉纺厂使用1999年郑纺机开发生产的ZGA-203双浆槽浆纱机,可对1600支头的低支棉到9000支头的高支棉、张力从800N到3000N的多种纱线进行浆纱,该设备属当时国产同类设备中的先进产品.
该设备原传动方案采用的是单变频 机械无级调速,即通过台达VDF-A变频器(18.5KW)调节主牵引电机(15KW)的转速,主牵引电机再通过4个机械无级调速器(可人工微调机械变比)到其他各自传动点,形成速度链,以保持各区间张力.而收卷部分则由主电机带动气动机械无级调速器,通过人工调节气压来调节卷取张力,并自动稳定收卷张力.…… 相似文献

To meet the dynamically changing market requirements, production enterprises are collaborating in the form of production chains to share life cycle engineering data/knowledge as well as to improve production efficiency and product quality. This paper proposes a model-based control mechanism and intelligent control layer, which is used to control the operation of chained production enterprises. The control mechanism is achieved by defining control levels as mapped to production chain topology using the concept of operation isolation area. Production constraints and control rules are defined as attached to structure elements. The proposed control layer is used to decide the suitable operation of the selected production chain, in view of process constraints and operating conditions. A case study of a generic production chain with recycling is used to show the proposed control mechanism. 相似文献

The optimal operation of a continuous crystallizer is studied by taking a real industrial scale crystallizer as an example. The objective function to be maximized is the production rate of the crystals which are larger than a certain size. Since continuous crystallizers exhibit sustained oscillation, it is important to find the optimal operation under oscillatory condition. In this study, the optimal operating condition is derived for two types of operation: one is the case where the manipulated variables are kept constant (constant input operation), and the other is the case where the values of manipulated variables are changed periodically (time varying input operation). The optimization result of time varying input operation indicates that the production rate of large crystals can be increased if the number of fine crystals in the vessel is reduced by withdrawing along with the product. Furthermore, this study examines the optimal operation of the crystallizer in the case where the sustained oscillation is eliminated by a stabilizing controller. The optimization result clearly indicates that the production rate of large crystals can be significantly increased if the operation is optimized under the condition where crystal size distribution (CSD) is stabilized. 相似文献

In this paper an approach for flexible production scheduling for continuous multi-grade chemical processes is proposed. The approach integrates the economics of production and of company–market interaction for single-machine multi-grade continuous processes. The operation of a continuous multi-grade plant is modeled utilizing the detailed inclusion of grade transitions and sales orders and opportunities. The added value of the operation, which is used as the criterion function, is modeled by analyzing the costs and benefits of plant operation. The model results in a mixed integer linear program which is solved to compute suitable short term production and sales decisions. 物料平衡是炼油企业生产运行和统计的主要业务之一,通过物料平衡,能够清楚地了解全厂物流的走向和收率.炼油企业的物料平衡主要包括生产运行管理需要的装置级平衡和全厂平衡,以及满足生产统计管理需要的物料统计平衡.在现场仪表测量实时数据和手工录入数据的基础上,依据工艺流程、物料路由等条件建立数学模型,通过一定的工具和算法,求解平衡方程,得到平衡结果.通过不同层次平衡结果的应用,可以及时掌握企业生产情况,更好地调整生产和优化生产,降低成本,提高效益. 相似文献

根据单芯片集成电路封测生产线的特点,通过对比分析三种常见的生产计划管理系统:物料需求计划/制造资源计划/企业资源计划、准时制生产方式、约束理论,分析它们的优缺点,并综合这三种不同的生产管理系统,找出一种适合单芯片集成电路封测生产线多品种小批量特点的生产计划管理系统。多品种小批量的生产计划管理可分为三个层次,由单位机关职能部门组成的上层机构,由单位运营部门组成的中层机构,由单位车间等作业部门组成的下层机构,每个层次适用于不同的生产计划管理手段。通过图表,说明这种生产计划管理系统在实际生产中的应用。 相似文献
