针对卷积混合盲分离问题,文章提出了一张基于张量平行因子分解的盲分离算法。该算法通过将接收信号的频域相关矩阵叠加成三阶张量,再对此三阶张量进行平行因子分解,最后利用基于K-means聚类的全排列解模糊算法来完成无排列模糊的混合矩阵估计。通过仿真实验,计算分离信号与源信号的相似系数,结果表明提出的算法具有很好的分离效果,而且实现简单,可满足实际应用的要求。  相似文献

为解决卷积混合频域盲源分离排序不确定问题,研究了分离矩阵行列式变化和频点距离对基于相邻频点幅度相关性排序算法的影响,提出了改进的盲源分离排序算法.改进算法用权重系数来衡量频点对排序的影响,并将分离矩阵作为下一频点分离矩阵的迭代初值,给出了权重系数设定函数.最后对瞬时混合信号、卷积混合信号、实际房间采集信号分别进行盲源分离实验.实验结果表明,与Murata算法相比,改进算法分离信号信噪比提高、分离速度加快、算法鲁棒性强.  相似文献

基于修正离散傅里叶变换的频域卷积混合盲分离   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对频域卷积混合盲分离,依据所导出的卷积混合信号每帧的频域表示模型,提出了一种最小均方误差意义下的最优变换--修正离散傅里叶变换,用于代替频域卷积混合盲分离中常用的离散傅里叶变换.在每个频率片上,卷积混合信号的修正离散傅里叶变换系数在最小均方误差意义下最接近于源信号频谱的瞬时混合.相对于离散傅里叶变换系数,现有瞬时混合盲分离算法能从修正离散傅里叶变抉系数中更精确地估计各频率片上分离矩阵,从而提高现有频域卷积混合盲分离算法的分离性能.仿真结果证明了修正离散傅里叶变换对现有频域卷积混合盲分离算法的有效性.  相似文献

当混合信号的个数多于源信号时,盲源分离模型中的混合矩阵被描述为一个超定矩阵,因此不能直接通过估计逆矩阵的方法来得到分离矩阵。针对该线性超定混合情况提出了一种基于共轭梯度的盲源分离方法。该方法基于最小互信息准则,通过对行满秩分离矩阵的奇异值分解而引入了超定盲源分离的代价函数。利用共轭梯度优化算法推导出了迭代计算分离矩阵的更新公式。在每次迭代计算中,利用随机变量概率密度估计的核函数法在线估计分离信号的评价函数。避免了诸多传统盲分离算法中只能凭经验选取特定的非线性函数来代替评价函数的问题。仿真结果验证了所提算法的有效性。  相似文献

针对欠定盲源分离混合矩阵问题,提出了一种基于二阶统计量平行因子分解,加权增强最小二乘法的欠定混合盲辨识方法。该算法不需要源信号满足稀疏性要求,仅在源信号满足相互独立和最多一个高斯信号的条件下,将独立源信号的空间协方差矩阵构建三阶张量,采用加权增强最小二乘法实现张量的标准分解,完成混合矩阵的估计。由于平行因子分解的唯一性在欠定条件下依然成立,该算法可以解决欠定盲源分离问题。仿真实验结果表明:提出的算法在计算欠定混合时具有很好的辨识效果,而且实现简单,可满足实际应用的要求。  相似文献

频域盲源分离方法通过STFT变换将时域的线性卷积模型转化为频域的瞬时混合模型,可以利用瞬时混合的成熟算法,然而缺点是存在排列和尺度的不确定性,会使逆STFT变换后的信号发生再次混叠。对分离矩阵内部结构进行研究,提出邻频幅角比的概念,通过纠正图样中发生排列错误频点处的分离矩阵结构,达到正确拟合已分离信号的目的。仿真结果表明,邻频幅角比排序算法可以纠正大多数频点上的排序错误,正确进行盲源分离。  相似文献

提出一种基于时频分析的卷积混合盲分离算法.由于信号源与各传感器的距离不同,在传播的过程中会产生不同的幅度衰减和时间延迟.该算法用短时傅里叶变换对语音信号进行时频分析,将其中一个传感器信号作为参考信号,构造了源信号的幅度衰减向量和时间延迟向量.根据语音信号的时频域稀疏性,以这两个向量为特征,在时频域上对传感器信号进行聚类,再通过估计参考信号混合系数来获得源信号时频域表示,进一步得到源信号.该方法可以用于源信号数目大于传感器信号数目的情况.仿真实验证明,算法可以完成欠定情况下卷积混合信号的盲分离,分离结果令人满意.  相似文献

针对欠定盲分离问题,提出了一种新的源恢复方法. 在时频域局部区域采用复高斯分布对源信号进行建模,将语音信号的稀疏性和局部平稳性结合在一起,提出了一种新的混合模型来描述观测信号在局部区域的概率分布.通过该模型,将每个时频点的源信号状态的判断问题转换成模型的参数估计和后验概率的计算问题,最后通过子混合矩阵的逆恢复出源信号. 实验结果表明,该方法具有很快的收敛速度,并且比已有方法具有更好的分离性能.  相似文献

在信号盲分离领域中,信息最大化算法是一种比较成熟的算法,尤其在处理语音信号盲分离问题中,有着较好的效果.通过对水声信号幅值分布的研究,将基于概率密度函数估计的信息最大化算法运用到水声信号盲分离中,并通过仿真实验比较了基于不同概率密度函数的信息最大化算法对水声信号盲分离的效果.ICA算法的成功与否取决于它的概率密度模型是否能较好的拟合信号本身固有的统计分布.通过对船舶辐射噪声信号的盲分离实验证明了GGM能较好的拟合船舶辐射信号及海洋噪声信号这两种不同的概率分布.  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献
