为了提高网络入侵检测正确率,提出一种遗传优化神经网络的网络入侵特征选择和检测算法。该方法先将网络状态特征和RBF神经网络参数作为遗传算法的个体,把检测正确率作为适应度函数;然后利用遗传算法的选择、交叉和变异等操作对网络状态特征和RBF神经网络参数进行优化,最后利用KDD 1999数据集对算法性能进行测试。测试结果表明:遗传优化神经网络能够快速获得最优网络状态特征和分类器参数,同时提高了网络入侵检测正确率。  相似文献

针对单一神经网络对复杂模型难以实时做出准确预测和BP神经网络自身的缺陷,结合RBF神经网络可以逼近任意函数的特性,提出了基于遗传优化的混合神经网络模型(RBF-BP)。由RBF网络和BP网络并联作为一个神经网络(简称为RBF-BP)的隐层,利用该网络对被控对象进行逼近训练、实时故障检测,该算法同时具有RBF网络和BP网络的优点,适用于复杂非线性系统的故障检测。  相似文献

为了更精确地检测出混沌背景下的微弱目标信号,提高预测效果,文中提出了一种混沌混合粒子群优化RBF神经网络(CHPSO-RBFNN)算法。本算法主要采用了基于群体自适应变异和个体退火操作的混沌粒子群优化RBF神经网络,利用群体自适应变异以及个体退火操作优化混沌粒子群,有效地提高了粒子群算法的全局收敛性,优化了RBF神经网络的结构和参数。把该算法用于预测混沌时间序列、检测混沌背景下微弱目标信号,实验结果表明本算法有良好的非线性预测能力,可以有效地检测出混沌背景下的微弱目标信号。  相似文献

针对小电流接地系统单相短路在不同故障条件下故障特征分量差异明显且信噪比低的问题,采集并融合互补零序电流稳态和暂态的多种故障分量信号,并引入径向基(RBF)神经网络构成多判据选线模型。改进禁忌搜索(TS)算法的要素,在搜索的不同阶段选取不同邻域,优化禁忌表使禁忌范围能更精确地指向无效搜索;结合最大迭代数和允许误差作为迭代终止条件,运用TS算法优化RBF网络参数,提高选线模型的效率和精度。仿真结果表明,改进TS优化的RBF网络收敛速度和泛化能力明显增强,选线准确率高,且不受中性点运行方式、短路位置、接地电阻、合闸角等因素的影响,证明了该方法对复杂故障和信号噪声的鲁棒性。该方法可以有效提高小电流接地系统故障选线的准确性与适应性。  相似文献

提出了一种新的方法来进行模拟电路故障诊断。该方法包括Haar的小波分解,对数据的归一化处理,以及用狼群算法优化RBF神经网络。用Haar小波对所得的电路原始故障数据集进行变换,然后对变换后的数据进行归一化处理,最终得出RBF神经网络训练所需的输入数据。针对RBF神经网络中隐层节点中心、基函数宽度及权值选取困难问题,使用狼群算法来优化训练RBF神经网络,以提高网络训练稳定性与诊断成功率。通过两个电路的诊断实例,来论述这些方法的具体实现过程,验证用该方法进行模拟电路故障诊断的可行性。  相似文献

针对制约径向基函数RBF神经网络发展及其应用的瓶颈问题,提出一种基于粒子群优化算法PSO的改进K-means聚类思想,以确定其隐节点的数目.结合梯度算法,通过最小化目标函数调节隐节点的数据中心、宽度和输出权值,最终达到优化RBF神经网络的目的;同时,将优化后的网络应用于滚动轴承故障模式识别.试验结果表明,该方法能自适应地确定RBF神经网络隐节点的数目并调整其结构参数,使网络具有较快的收敛速度和较高的收敛精度,从而准确地识别滚动轴承的故障模式.  相似文献

采用径向基RBF神经网络对网络流量数据的时间序列进行建模与预测。采用传统的学习算法对RBF网络训练时,对网络流量数据容易出现过拟合现象,提出了自适应量子粒子群优化AQPSO算法,用于训练RBF神经网络的基函数中心和宽度,并结合最小二乘法计算网络权值,改善了RBF神经网络的泛化能力。实验结果表明,采用AQPSO算法获得的RBF神经网络模型具有泛化能力强、稳定性良好的特点,在网络流量预测中有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

为解决电流互感器的零点误差非线性校正问题,提出一种蚁群算法优化径向基函数(RBF)的零点误差非线性校正方法(ACO-RBF).利用蚁群算法对RBF神经网络参数进行优化,并采用优化后的RBF神经网络对电流互感器零点误差进行自适应校正.仿真结果表明,相对于其他校正方法,ACO-RBF可提高电流互感器自动测试系统的测量精度,减少测量误差,较好地反映零点误差变化的特点.  相似文献

针对传统专家系统在断路器故障诊断中存在知识获取困难问题,提出了将RBF神经网络与专家系统融合的诊断方案,并通过引入可信度的概念对RBF神经网络算法进行改进,对原己形成的网络权值和阈值进行修正,使故障诊断算法具有诊断新故障类型的功能,又解决专家系统知识获取困难的瓶颈问题.结果表明,该方案合理可行,为高压断路器的在线监测提供了一种新的途径.  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献

Distributed real-time simulation is a young technology field but its practice is under increasing demands. In recent years the author and his collaborators have been establishing a new approach called the distributed time-triggered simulation (DTS) scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. The concept was initiated in the course of developing a new-generation object-oriented real-time programming scheme called the time-triggered message-triggered object (TMO) programming scheme. Some fundamental issues inherent in distributed real-time simulation that were learned during recent experimental studies are discussed along with some approaches for resolving the issues. An execution engine developed to support both the TMOs engaged in control computation and the TMOs engaged in DTS is also discussed along with its possible extensions that will enable significantly larger-scale DTSs.  相似文献

Die Disziplin Konfigurationsmanagement bildet den methodischen Ansatz, diese Probleme besser zu beherrschen. Software-Konfigurationsmanagement faßt die Herstellung von Softwaresystemen als eine Abfolge von kontrollierten Änderungen an gesicherten Zwischen- und Endergebnissen auf.
