A novel framework for fuzzy modeling and model-based control design is described. Based on the theory of fuzzy constraint processing, the fuzzy model can be viewed as a generalized Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model with fuzzy functional consequences. It uses multivariate antecedent membership functions obtained by granular-prototype fuzzy clustering methods and consequent fuzzy equations obtained by fuzzy regression techniques. Constrained optimization is used to estimate the consequent parameters, where the constraints are based on control-relevant a priori knowledge about the modeled process. The fuzzy-constraint-based approach provides the following features. 1) The knowledge base of a constraint-based fuzzy model can incorporate information with various types of fuzzy predicates. Consequently, it is easy to provide a fusion of different types of knowledge. The knowledge can be from data-driven approaches and/or from controlrelevant physical models. 2) A corresponding inference mechanism for the proposed model can deal with heterogeneous information granules. 3) Both numerical and linguistic inputs can be accepted for predicting new outputs. The proposed techniques are demonstrated by means of two examples: a nonlinear function-fitting problem and the well-known Box-Jenkins gas furnace process. The first example shows that the proposed model uses fewer fuzzy predicates achieving similar results with the traditional rule-based approach, while the second shows the performance can be significantly improved when the control-relevant constraints are considered. 相似文献

This paper presents an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy permutation method with likelihood-based preference functions for managing multiple criteria decision analysis based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. First, certain likelihood-based preference functions are proposed using the likelihoods of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy preference relationships. Next, selected practical indices of concordance/discordance are established to evaluate all possible permutations of the alternatives. The optimal priority order of the alternatives is determined by comparing all comprehensive concordance/discordance values based on score functions. Furthermore, this paper considers various preference types and develops another interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy permutation method using programming models to address multiple criteria decision-making problems with incomplete preference information. The feasibility and applicability of the proposed methods are illustrated in the problem of selecting a suitable bridge construction method. Moreover, certain comparative analyses are conducted to verify the advantages of the proposed methods compared with those of other decision-making methods. Finally, the practical effectiveness of the proposed methods is validated with a risk assessment problem in new product development. 相似文献

生产调度是为实现某一目的而对共同使用的资源进行时间上的分配.调度中存在大量的模糊因素,将模糊的思想运用到调度领域可以帮助决策者进行有效决策.本文提出一种基于模糊规划的间歇过程生产调度建模方法及其模糊优化的新算法.应用模糊集合论的方法,在已有模糊规划模型的基础上,针对间歇生产过程,分析调度中存在的模糊信息以及出现的形式和方式,将确定型生产调度模型的约束条件和目标方程中的参数模糊化,采用非精确的量化形式,以隶属函数来表示,建立基于模糊参数的生产调度模糊线性规划模型MIFCLP.通过对一个调度问题实例进行了仿真,仿真结果证明,采用模糊模型更容易得到可行解,采用模糊线性规划解决间歇生产调度问题是一种有效方法. 相似文献

针对鱼病诊断中存在随机性、诊断信息的模糊性和信息获取的不完备性等不确定因素。首先给出模糊的鱼病诊断过程,由于该方法存在模糊诊断矩阵较难获取的缺点。利用粗糙集理论无需先验知识的优点,将粗糙集理论和模糊集结合用于鱼病的诊断中。鱼病的症状模糊集形成条件属性,疾病模糊集形成决策属性构成模糊信息表,给出了模糊信息表属性约简和鱼病诊断规则获取的算法步骤,最后以实例演示了鱼病诊断的规则获取过程。论文为鱼病的诊断提供了一种全新的方法。 相似文献
