本文介绍了无模型控制器又称非建模自适应控制器的基本理论和近年来在理论和应用方面研究的进展,无模型控制器的设计途径是一种非经典的途径。该途径的特点是:建模和反馈控制一体化,冲破经典PID的概念和控制器设计的线性框架,采用了功能组合设计方法。建模与控制一体化的手续,使设计出来的控制器具有一定的结构自适应性,本文还介绍了无模型腔制器大量成功应用的实例。 相似文献

针对在非线性、时变不确定系统中,常规PID控制器难以获得满意效果的问题,仿照传统PID控制器结构,设计了一种基于T-S模型的模糊神经网络PID控制器。该控制器基于T-S模糊模型,将PID结构融入模糊控制中,充分发挥了模糊系统非线性、可解释性的特点;然后又利用神经网络的学习算法,实现了对模糊控制器的参数调整,使控制器具有了适应时变、不确定系统的自学习和自组织能力。针对非线性、时变系统,将此控制器与传统PID控制器对比进行了仿真研究,并应用于啤酒发酵领域,其结果表明,该控制器取得了令人满意的效果。 相似文献

本文介绍了采用多变量无模型自适应控制器(Model-FreeAdaptiveController,简称MFA)控制工业蒸发器的应用。文中介绍了无模型自适应控制的概念,讨论了其系统结构及应用步骤。MFA控制器在这一严重耦合及非线性的蒸发器系统中的成功应用显示了其独特的优点。使用者无需进行控制器设计、过程辨识、也不需知道过程的定量知识就可以将控制器投入运行。即使过程的动态特性有很大变化,也不需重新整定控制器参数。 相似文献

Fuzzy logic control was originally introduced and developed as a model free control design approach. However, it unfortunately suffers from criticism of lacking of systematic stability analysis and controller design though it has a great success in industry applications. In the past ten years or so, prevailing research efforts on fuzzy logic control have been devoted to model-based fuzzy control systems that guarantee not only stability but also performance of closed-loop fuzzy control systems. This paper presents a survey on recent developments (or state of the art) of analysis and design of model based fuzzy control systems. Attention will be focused on stability analysis and controller design based on the so-called Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy models or fuzzy dynamic models. The intuitive and simple ideas that support model predictive control (MPC) along with its capabilities have been the key to its success both in industry and academia. The contribution this paper makes is to further enhance the capabilities of MPC by easing its application to industrial batch processes. Specifically, this paper addresses the problem of ensuring the validity of predictions when applying MPC to such processes. Validity of predictions can be ensured by constraining the decision space of the MPC problem. The performance of the MPC control strategy relies on the ability of the model to predict the behaviour of the process. Using the model in the region in which it is valid improves the resulting performance. In the proposed approach four validity indicators on predictions are defined: two of them consider all the variables in the model, and the other two consider the degrees of freedom of the controller. The validity indicators are defined from the latent variable model of the process. Further to this, these are incorporated as constraints in the MPC optimization problem to bound the decision space and ensure the proper use of the model. Finally, the MPC cost function is modified to enable fine case-specific tuning if desired. Provided the indicators are quadratic, the controller yields a quadratic constrained quadratic programming problem for which efficient solvers are commercially available. A fed-batch fermentation example shows how MPC ensuring validity of predictions improves performance and eases tuning of the controller. The target in the example provided is end-point control accounting for variations in the initial measurable conditions of the batch. 相似文献

基于内模控制原理,针对典型的工业过程对象,给出了PID控制器的设计方法,并根据现代控制理论的观点,证明了该方法符合线性二次型最优控制的选型原则,将该方法应用于典型的工业过程对象的仿真研究,结果表明所设计的PID控制系统,只有滤波器的时间常数是需要整定的参数,方法比较简单,并且在系统特性变化的情况下具有很强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。此外,该方法在现有的可编程控制器(PLC)、智能仪表、集散控制系统(DCS)和现场总线控制系统中都很容易实现,无需增加硬件投资,具有较高的工程应用价值。 相似文献

拉盖尔(Laguerre)级数是一类L2空间上的正交级数,具有很好的函数逼近能力,目前在自动控制领域用于连续动态过程建模以及数字控制器设计;为了拓展拉盖尔级数在连续控制器设计方面的应用范围,文章将0型拉盖尔级数型传递函数模型,改进为1型拟拉盖尔级数型传递函数模型,提出了一种具有积分行为的拟拉盖尔控制器;比较了拟拉盖尔控制器与工业常用PID控制器的频域特点;通过将拟拉盖尔控制系统模型和期望模型的麦克劳林(Maclaurin)展开,给出了拟拉盖尔控制器参数的整定规则;在三类不同被控对象的仿真实验中,将拟拉盖尔控制器和PID控制器的系统逼近性能以及抗扰性能进行了对比研究;结果表明,拟拉盖尔控制器只需要三阶展开项,即可获得高于PID控制器的系统逼近能力和抗扰能力,具有较好的应用前景. 相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of linear adaptive control for a class of uncertain continuous-time single-input single-output (SISO) nonaffine nonlinear dynamic systems. Using the implicit function theory, the existence of an ideal controller which can achieve control objectives is firstly demonstrated. However, this ideal controller cannot be known and computed even if the system model is well known. The aim of our work is to construct this unknown ideal controller using a simple linear controller with the free parameters updated online by a stable adaptation mechanism designed to minimise the error between the unknown ideal controller and the used linear controller. Since the mathematical model of the system is assumed unknown in this work, the proposed control scheme can be regarded as a simple model free controller for the studied class of nonaffine systems. We prove that the closed-loop system is stable and all the signals are bounded. An application of the proposed linear adaptive controller for a nonaffine system is illustrated through the simulation results to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 相似文献

This paper is focused on optimization based design methodology and application of PID controller in restructured, competitive electricity market environment, for AGC problem. The paper compares two search algorithms for designing of PID controller used for AGC in multiarea power system. The optimal parameters of PID controller have been determined with the use of Imperialist Competitive Algorithm (ICA). A deregulated scenario has been considered to develop the model of the multiarea AGC scheme. This paper presents that the ICA tuned PID (ICA-PID) controller can optimally regulate the generators output and can provide the best dynamic response of frequency and tie-line power on a load perturbation. The performance of proposed controller has been checked on 2-area thermal power system and 3-area thermal-hydro power system with the consideration of generation rate constraint (GRC). The results obtained by ICA-PID controller and genetic algorithm tuned (GA-PID) controller have been compared on the basis of performance parameters (settling time and oscillations). It is seen that ICA-PID controller shows the better performance as compared to GA-PID controller. 相似文献
