针对模糊互补判断矩阵的一致性修正问题,指出了模糊互补判断矩阵一致性修正方法的不足,从模糊一致矩阵传统定义出发,讨论了检验模糊判断矩阵是否满足完全一致性的方法,推导出模糊一致性指标,并给出了模糊判断矩阵一致性改进的方法,从理论上分析了该算法的可行性,这种算法不仅简便实用,而且为专家对原始判断信息进行针对性修正提供了参考依据.  相似文献

互联网技术的发展导致网络信息的安全问题日益突出,世界各国每年都会因网络信息的安全问题遭受巨大的损失,如何评估网络安全成为网络管理的重要部分。文中在传统的模糊矩阵判别法的基础上,加入随机过程的思想,提出基于随机过程的模糊矩阵判别法。对影响网络信息安全的因素进行定量分析,既保留了传统模糊矩阵评价结果简洁直观等优点,同时又弥补了其实时性的不足,评价效果得到了提高。  相似文献

教育软件的可用性作为教师满意度的主要因素成为共识。为了支持以教师为核心的教育软件开发模式,促进教育软件的可用性质量,依据软件可用性属性指标的特性,通过教师满意度模糊综合评测,确定教育软件属性对于教师可用性的权重评测和满意度评测隶属矩阵,计算教育软件评测向量集,通过坐标分布进一步分析提高教育软件可用性质量改善的因素优先顺序以及全因素改进策略。最后以教育软件ESClassLab可用性评测分析相应的软件质量改进顺序和策略因素。  相似文献

针对模糊层次分析法中存在的模糊判断矩阵一致性检验和修正困难、元素权重计算繁琐的问题,从模糊判断矩阵的定义角度出发,构建了基于粒子群算法的模糊层次分析模型(PSO-FAHP),提出了包含模糊判断矩阵一致性修正及各元素排序过程的非线性带约束优化问题,引入粒子群算法实现了问题的求解,并分析了模型的合理性。最后通过数值算例对比了模型的计算结果,验证了模型的正确性。对模糊层次分析法的实践应用具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

针对模糊互补判断矩阵的一致性修正问题,指出了模糊互补判断矩阵一致性修正方法的不足.从模糊一致矩阵传统定义出发,讨论了检验模糊判断矩阵是否满足完全一致性的方法,推导出模糊一致性指标,并给出了模糊判断矩阵一致性改进的方法.从理论上分析了该算法的可行性.这种算法不仅简便实用,而且为专家对原始判断信息进行针对性修正提供了参考依据.

由于事物的不确定性、信息获取的限制、甚至专家知识的局限性,决策者在决策过程中很难用精确数来表示其偏好,而喜欢用模糊语言来表示。当决策者给出的模糊互补判断矩阵不满足加性一致性,加性一致性指标阈值的确定是一个值得研究的问题。一般来说,决策者给出的模糊互补矩阵具满意一致性,且加性一致性模糊互补矩阵一定是满意一致性模糊互补矩阵。MATLAB中计算机仿真方法构造了大量的满意一致模糊互补判断矩阵,通过计算其加性一致性指标值及其概率分布,获取模糊互补矩阵的加性一致性指标的逼近阈值(0.2)。如果模糊互补判断矩阵的加性一致性指标值小于等于0.2,则矩阵是可接受的;否则需要修订。  相似文献

通过Web日志中记录的客户对Web页面的访问情况建立Web页面的用户访问矩阵,在此基础上构造模糊相似矩阵,根据模糊相似矩阵由最大树算法进行聚类。分析和算例表明,通过模糊相似矩阵进行聚类避免了构造模糊等价矩阵的大计算量,具有简单、快捷,适合处理高维数据的特点。  相似文献

针对目前有关Web服务QoS的研究很少考虑到QoS非功能服务现状,在Web服务模糊匹配框架的基础上,从消费者需求的角度出发,通过引入模糊逻辑,提出了一种一致性QoS适度的模糊匹配方法.该方法将消费者的意见进行模糊相似聚类计算,使消费者达到对某个QoS属性值的一致性认识,然后通过实验对这种方法进行验证.实验表明,该方法在模糊匹配过程中采用了相对客观的QoS值,能够有效的提高Web服务的查准率.  相似文献

在深入研究核Fisher判别方法的基础上,提出一种新的模糊核Fisher判别算法应用于说话人识别。采用模糊C均值聚类方法选择样本数据的同时,得到样本的模糊隶属度矩阵和聚类中心向量,进而对核Fisher判别算法中的类间离散度矩阵和类内离散度矩阵进行改进,生成模糊核Fisher判别算法,将其应用于说话人语音识别。  相似文献

In the classical Linear Programming Technique for Multidimensional Analysis of Preference (LINMAP), the decision maker (DM) gives the pair-wise comparisons of alternatives with crisp truth degree 0 or 1. However, in the real world, DM is not sure enough in all comparisons and can express his/her opinion with some fuzzy truth degree. Thus, DM's preferences are given through pair-wise comparisons of alternatives with fuzzy truth degrees, which may be represented as trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (TrFNs). Considered such fuzzy truth degrees, the aim of this paper is to develop a new fuzzy linear programming technique for solving multiattribute decision making (MADM) problems with multiple types of attribute values and incomplete weight information. In this method, TrFNs, real numbers, and intervals are used to represent the multiple types of decision information. The fuzzy consistency and inconsistency indices are defined as TrFNs due to the alternatives’ comparisons with fuzzy truth degrees. Hereby a new fuzzy linear programming model is constructed and solved by the possibility linear programming method with TrFNs developed in this paper. The fuzzy ideal solution (IS) and the attribute weights are then obtained. The distances of alternatives from the fuzzy IS can be calculated to determine their ranking order. The implementation process of the method proposed in this paper is illustrated with a strategy partner selection example. The comparison analyzes show that the method proposed in this paper generalizes the classical LINMAP, fuzzy LINMAP and possibility LINMAP.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to employ the main structure of LINMAP (LINear programming technique for Multidimensional Analysis of Preference) to propose an interval programming method for solving multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in which the ratings of alternatives are taken as hesitant fuzzy elements (HFEs) and all pair-wise comparison judgments over alternatives are represented by interval numbers. The contribution of this study is fivefold: (1) we define the new consistency and inconsistency indices; (2) we construct an interval programming model to determine the hesitant fuzzy positive ideal solution and the optimal weights of attributes, and at the same time present a decision algorithm; (3) we discuss several special cases of the proposed model in detail; (4) we show that compared with intuitionistic fuzzy LINMAP method (Li et al., 2010), the proposed approach reveals more useful information including the interval preference information, and does not need to transform HFEs into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers but directly deals with MAGDM problems and thus obtains better final decision results; and (5) we demonstrate the applicability and implementation process of the proposed approach by using an energy project selection example.  相似文献

This paper is aimed to present a fuzzy decision making approach to deal with the performance measurement in supply chain systems. In the manufacturing environment, performance measurement is based on different quantitative and qualitative factors. Some of these factors may have a larger effect on the performance measure than others. Units of measure of the quantitative factors are different such as time, money, percentage, ratio, and counts. Thus, this paper presents a performance measurement approach based on fuzzy set theory and the pair-wise comparison of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which ensures the consistency of the designer’s assignments of importance of one factor over another to find the weight of each of the manufacturing activity in the departmental organization. In the proposed model, various input factors have been selected, and treated as a linear membership function of fuzzy type. It is tested on a numerical example. The approach provides an effective decision tool for the performance measurement of a supply chain in manufacturing environment.  相似文献

模糊语言决策方法是决策领域的热点研究内容之一.比较现有模糊语言决策方法研究中广泛使用的决策矩阵,提出对象-语言值决策矩阵表示决策专家根据决策属性给出的评价语言信息,分析对象-语言值决策矩阵在区分明晰、部分未知及犹豫的模糊语言决策问题中的优势;借鉴经典TOPSIS决策方法及向量运算,给出基于对象-语言值决策矩阵的正负理想解确定方法以及备选对象与正负理想解的伪距离和贴近度计算方法,分析伪距离和贴近度的相关性质;基于2-元组语言表示模型,提出基于对象-语言值决策矩阵的模糊语言TOPSIS决策方法.通过实例分析,并与已有3种重要的模糊语言决策方法进行比较,比较结果说明所提出的决策方法可以克服已有决策方法的不足, 是一种可选的模糊语言决策方法.  相似文献

One of the critical activities for outsourcing success is outsourcing provider selection, which may be regarded as a type of fuzzy heterogeneous multiattribute decision making (MADM) problems with fuzzy truth degrees and incomplete weight information. The aim of this paper is to develop a new fuzzy linear programming method for solving such MADM problems. In this method, the decision maker’s preferences are given through pair-wise alternatives’ comparisons with fuzzy truth degrees, which are expressed with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (TrFNs). Real numbers, intervals, and TrFNs are used to express heterogeneous decision information. Giving the fuzzy positive and negative ideal solutions, we define TrFN-type fuzzy consistency and inconsistency indices based on the concept of the relative closeness degrees. The attribute weights are estimated through constructing a new fuzzy linear programming model, which is solved by using the developed fuzzy linear programming method with TrFNs. The relative closeness degrees of alternatives can be calculated to generate their ranking order. An example of the IT outsourcing provider selection problem is analyzed to demonstrate the implementation process and applicability of the method proposed in this paper.  相似文献

In risk assessment and decision analysis, the analytical network process (ANP) is widely used to assess the key factors of risks and analyze the impacts and preferences of decision alternatives. There are lots of comparison matrices for a complicated risk assessment problem, but a decision has to be made rapidly in emergency cases. However, in the ANP, the reciprocal pairwise comparison matrices (RPCM) are more complicated and difficult than AHP. The consistency test and the inconsistent elements identification need to be simplified. In this paper, a maximum eigenvalue threshold is proposed as the consistency index for the ANP in risk assessment and decision analysis. The proposed threshold is mathematically equivalent to the consistency ratio (CR). To reduce the times of consistency test, a block diagonal matrix is introduced for the RPCM to conduct consistency tests simultaneously for all comparison matrices. Besides, the inconsistent elements can be identified and adjusted by an induced bias block diagonal comparison matrix. The effectiveness and the simplicity of the proposed maximum eigenvalue threshold consistency test method and the inconsistency identification and adjustment method are shown by two illustrative examples of emergent situations.  相似文献

Linguistic decision making is an important subject in decision making, many interesting and important linguistic decision making methods have been proposed, in which, alternatives-criteria decision matrix are uniformly used to express linguistic assessments of alternatives provided by decision makers with respect to criteria. Alternatives-criteria decision matrixes have some limitations when we use them to distinguish distinct, partial unknown or hesitant linguistic decision making or carry out linguistic decision making in the huge amounts of decision information and alternatives. In this paper, we propose alternatives-linguistic terms decision matrix to represent linguistic assessments of alternatives, analyze advantages of the decision matrix in representing linguistic assessments and distinguishing distinct, partial unknown or hesitant linguistic decision making. To simple and fast fuse alternatives-linguistic terms decision matrixes, we further provide linguistic multiset or fuzzy linguistic multiset to represent linguistic assessments in alternatives-linguistic terms decision matrixes, analyze the function properties of the fuzzy linguistic multiset. Motivated by fuzzy multiset and the TOPSIS method, we develop the fuzzy linguistic multiset TOPSIS method for linguistic decision making, the method is mainly consisted of transformation, aggregation and exploitation phases. In transformation phase, linguistic assessments of alternatives are transformed into fuzzy linguistic multisets by using alternatives-linguistic terms decision matrixes. In aggregation phase, we use Union, Intersection and Sum operations of multisets to obtain the positive and negative ideal solutions of linguistic decision making, which are different with the positive and negative ideal solutions of the traditional TOPSIS method, in addition, we provide a pseudo-distance between two fuzzy linguistic multisets to fast fuse linguistic assessments of alternatives. In exploitation phase, we define a new closeness degree of alternative by using pseudo-distances between the alternative and the positive and negative ideal solutions, which can be used to obtain the set of most satisfying alternatives. We also design an algorithm to carry out linguistic decision making based on the proposed method. In cases study, we use two practical examples to illustrate the practicality of the proposed method and compare it with the symbolic aggregation-based method, the hesitant fuzzy linguistic TOPSIS method, the hesitant fuzzy linguistic VIKOR method and the probabilistic linguistic term sets TOPSIS method, results indicate that alternatives-linguistic terms decision matrix and fuzzy linguistic multiset are alternative, useful and flexible tools for linguistic decision method and the fuzzy linguistic multiset TOPSIS method is suitable to deal with partial unknown or hesitant linguistic decision making.  相似文献

安全评价是煤矿安全管理系统的重要内容。文章结合层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价(FCE)的基本理论,提出了一种新的基于AHP-FCE的煤矿安全评价系统。该系统针对煤矿安全评价因子建立层次结构模型,采用层次分析法构建比较矩阵,将成对比较矩阵的特征向量作为安全评价的权重,并采用模糊综合评价法对每个评价因子进行综合评价,从而确定评价因子的影响力排序。实例计算结果表明,基于AHP-FCE的煤矿安全评价系统操作简便,通用性好,计算结果较为准确和稳定。  相似文献
