本文提出了一种基于CMDB的业务可用性评估方法,对业务可用性评估的业务逻辑、数据流和CMDB集成进行了深入分析。该方法充分利用CMDB丰富的数据模型,将应用基础架构和它们对业务服务的影响映射起来。从最终用户、业务和服务水平等的多角度出发,实时检测关键业务流程和系统性能指数,帮助企业主动地发现应用性能问题。根据服务水平和业务优先级来管理应用的可用性。最终可以确保缩短平均故障鉴定时间,提升服务水平。目前该方法已经成功应用到本企业的IT集中运行监控系统,效果良好。  相似文献

提出研发面向业务的IT服务管理系统——SAMP,通过对应用系统及其所依赖的IT基础架构的状态和行为进行监测与分析,实现对应用系统的可用、性能、安全、异常以及关键资源等指标的管理,帮助IT管理人员加快问题定位和故障处理,保障应用系统能够安全可靠地运行。SAMP核心技术包括用于事件关联分析的上下文关联分析引擎,用于提高指标采集效率的指标组和逻辑指标,以及采集调度机制和告警机制。SAMP已经在多个行业投入使用,取得良好的应用效果。  相似文献

电信多业务融合的趋势推动运营商在全国范围内部署全网业务运营支撑系统.但传统的评价体系只关注某些单一指标,且忽视了客户的感知度.针对这个问题,提出将层次分析法应用到运营商的全网业务运营支撑系统的综合评价中.首先,根据实际应用,建立反映系统健康度的层次化的指标体系,进而用层次化方法建立因子集、评价集和权重集,实现对业务运营的质量等级的综合评判.实例表明,通过采用层次分析法计算评价,可以得到较好的层次化的定量和定性的分析.层次分析方法可操作性强、效果好,可在任何业务运营支撑系统质量评价中广泛应用.  相似文献

Information technology (IT) plays an obviously important role in gaining opportunities and taking the competitiveness advantages, and information strategy planning (ISP) becomes the major concern for the effective implementation of information system (IS) among researchers and practitioners. Most companies have difficulties in developing ISP due to its complexity and diversity. Thus, numerous studies have been done on ISP and the methodology for its effective devising process. However, traditional methodologies do not reflect the rapid change of IT markets and business environments. We identify the critical factor for ISP methodology, and develop the new methodology, so-called information strategy planning methodology (ISPM). Also, based on ISPM an evaluation system of ISP is proposed to enhance the quality and practicality of ISP. The evaluation system is composed of two domains, evaluation of ISP procedure and evaluation of ISP supporting systems. The evaluation system is applied to seventeen major Korean companies' ISPs to reveal its value.  相似文献

针对目前业务过程修改和实例迁移系统对使用者的技术背景要求较高的问题,提出了一个面向业务人员的动态业务过程改变方法,进行了一致性分析,并给出了业务过程设计器。业务过程设计器基于业务过程模型和符号2.0规范。该规范易于业务分析人员掌握及建模,并具有可执行语义。针对由于业务过程重组导致的业务过程改变的常见模式,提出了业务过程改变操作类型。业务过程设计器支持业务过程改变操作类型,将IT人员解放出来,降低了业务人员与IT人员交流的成本。  相似文献

Process monitoring phase is one of the service-oriented business process (SOBP) lifecycle phases. Traditional process monitoring approaches have been only achieved at the syntactic level of the process monitoring contexts, which causes the communication problems such as ambiguous understandings and divergent interpretations. To solve the problems, the process monitoring should be achieved at the semantic level as well as at the syntax level of the process monitoring context. In order to support semantic monitoring operations, an ontology-based monitoring framework for the SOBP execution is suggested in this paper. The suggested framework combines a BPEL4WS process model with the semantic monitoring context which is expressed with OWL.  相似文献

In order to improve the performance of business processes often Information Technologies (ITs) are introduced. However, business processes are known to be complex and distributed among multiple business entities. As a result, the impact of new IT on an entire business process is typically hard to assess as quantitative methods for evaluation are missing. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a process-oriented methodology for evaluating the impact of IT on a business process ahead of its implementation. In our method, process mining and discrete event simulation are key ingredients. Based on automatically stored data, process mining allows for obtaining detailed knowledge on a business process, e.g., it can be discovered how a business process is actually executed. Using discrete event simulation, a model can be built which accurately mimicks the discovered process and which can subsequently be used for exploring and evaluating various redesign of the same process.  相似文献

The purpose of this research is to develop a comprehensive information system (IS) evaluation model for IS success linked to organizational performance. The primary focus of this research is to investigate the role of IT investment in business values by means of a group survey of about 300 business executives in Korea. We used the contingency theory to discover the mediation effect of IS investment on strategic alignment and IS success. In contrast to previous research, this study expanded the test scope to IS architecture and organizational structure at the operational level. The results from 273 business executives in Korea indicated that strategy integration with IT is positively related to IT investment, and IT investment is a critical antecedent of IS success. Thus, the implications of the findings are that right-directional IT investment has played an important role in the success of IT companies in Korea.  相似文献

基于扩展WF-Net对配电网故障诊断与抢修流程进行了建模与优化。首先将流程涉及的信息系统封装成具有松散耦合特性的 IT 服务;然后扩展了 WF-net 的时间集和颜色集,提出了基于 IT 服务的赋时有色工作流网(TCWFN-ITS),以显式地表达业务流程与IT服务的调用关系。最后,针对某电力公司配电网故障诊断与抢修流程,采用TCWFN-ITS进行建模,使用Petri网建模工具CPN Tools进行仿真分析,通过并行执行任务、合并任务、优化服务占用端口数量等手段,实现了配电网故障诊断与抢修流程性能提升和 IT 服务的平衡配置,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

This paper presents an iterative mathematical decision model for organizations to evaluate whether to invest in establishing information technology (IT) infrastructure on‐premises or outsourcing IT services on a multicloud environment. This is because a single cloud cannot cover all types of users’ functional/nonfunctional requirements, in addition to several drawbacks such as resource limitation, vendor lock‐in, and prone to failure. On the other hand, multicloud brings several merits such as vendor lock‐in avoidance, system fault tolerance, cost reduction, and better quality of service. The biggest challenge is in selecting an optimal web service composition in the ever increasing multicloud market in which each provider has its own pricing schemes and delivers variation in the service security level. In this regard, we embed a module in the cloud broker to log service downtime and different attacks to measure the security risk. If security tenets, namely, security service level agreement, such as availability, integrity, and confidentiality for mission‐critical applications, are targeted by cybersecurity attacks, it causes disruption in business continuity, leading to financial losses or even business failure. To address this issue, our decision model extends the cost model by using the cost present value concept and the risk model by using the advanced mean failure cost concept, which are derived from the embedded module to quantify cloud competencies. Then, the cloud economic problem is transformed into a bioptimization problem, which minimizes cost and security risks simultaneously. To deal with the combinatorial problem, we extended a genetic algorithm to find a Pareto set of optimal solutions. To reach a concrete result and to illustrate the effectiveness of the decision model, we conducted different scenarios and a small‐to‐medium business IT development for a 5‐year investment as a case study. The result of different implementation shows that multicloud is a promising and reliable solution against IT on‐premises deployment.  相似文献
