我国转基因食品安全管理存在的主要问题 ——由美国转基因产品野黄金大米冶引发的思考

由于转基因食品安全性的不确定，整个世界有关转基因食品的安全管理受到全社会的伦理审视和极度重视，各国制定极为 严格的监管政策对转基因食品的研发、生产、流通与国际贸易等环节进行规制和管理。通过对国际上和中国对转基因食品安全管 理的对比认识，提出转基因食品安全管理的基本思路，有助于国家制定既能保障食品安全，同时又能促进转基因技术创新发展的 安全管理制度，为中国转基因技术的突破及转基因产品的商业化提供理论依据。     

The digitization of a food package’s life cycle: Existing and emerging computer systems in the logistics and post-logistics phase

At present, the food and food packaging industry is increasingly confronted with and gently forced by consumers and governmental organizations to resolve issues related to food fraud, counterfeit, theft, food quality and safety, and package reuse and recycling. This requires the development and/or integration of new or existing technologies such as intelligent food packages or wireless sensor networks to improve monitoring capabilities during logistics and sales and consumption, allow interaction with consumers, and improve the reuse or recycling of food packages. In this review paper, an extensive overview is provided of computer systems that are used in the logistics and post-logistics phase of a food package’s life cycle and that to a certain extent integrate the aforementioned technologies. These systems offer the perspective to improve the efficiency of logistics operations on food packages to reduce food loss, better inform consumers through food packages, and support package reuse and recycling. The main purpose of this review paper is to encourage the academia and engineers to tackle existing research challenges and resolve technical issues related to the development of new integrated computer systems.     

食品安全大数据的融合及分类技术综述

食品是人们赖以生存和发展的基本物质基础,食品安全不仅仅关乎广大消费者的切身利益,甚至关系到国家经济的稳步发展和社会的繁荣昌盛。食品安全大数据具有数据容量大、来源多样、更新速度快、价值密度低却应用价值大的特点,通过将多源的食品安全大数据进行融合及分类并行处理可以帮助人们实现更多的价值。对食品安全大数据融合及分类技术进行了综述。首先,总结了食品安全大数据的来源特征以及数据处理关键技术,阐述了食品安全大数据预处理过程,分析了食品安全大数据融合三种融合层次以及融合关键技术,介绍了食品安全大数据的并行计算模式;然后,归纳了并行分类算法以及几种常见的分类算法,如朴素贝叶斯、决策树、神经网络等;最后,对食品安全大数据做出总结和展望。

基于B/S结构船舶食品仓库管理信息系统设计与实现

为了改善船舶食品出入库繁重的手工录入与统计,提高数据采集效率,增强库存数据准确性与可视性,同时规范大型船舶食品保障流程,提出构建基于B/S结构的船舶食品仓库管理信息系统。介绍系统的需求分析、总体结构、开发环境及功能模块设计,并以食品出库为例详细说明食品库存管理模块的具体实现过程。系统基本实现了船舶食品仓库信息化管理,具有较好的实用价值。     

The digitization of a food package’s life cycle: Existing and emerging computer systems in the pre-logistics phase

Traditional design and production methods for food packages become less and less suitable to rapidly respond to ever-changing requirements and regulations. Computer systems applied in discrete manufacturing (ranging from computer-aided-technologies to image analysis systems) are now also specifically developed for and gradually adopted by the food package industry to improve efficiency in terms of material usage, operational costs, and food loss, and to allow the development of more performant and sustainable food packages. In this paper, an extensive overview is provided of such systems that, when combined, offer the perspective to realize a more holistic research, design and production approach that fits within the spirit of the fourth industrial revolution. Special attention is given to the importance of information from and knowledge about the logistics and post-logistics phase of a food package's life cycle in the manufacturing process. The main purpose of this review paper is to provide, for the first time, a complete and coherent overview of the digitization of a food package's life cycle that can be used as a blueprint for future research, development and discussion in this emerging research topic.     

我国进口食品安全监管存在的问题及对策建议

食品是人类最直接、最重要的消费品。食品安全状况是衡量一个国家经济发展水平和人民生活质量的重要指标。随着我国进口食品的数量和品种逐年增加,我国进口食品安全问题也日益突出。根据国家质检总局统计数据显示:2008年查获的不合格的食品和化妆品共3162批次,2009年共1591批次,2010年共1645批次,2010年前两个月共252批次。不断发生的进口食品安全问题凸显了我国食品安全监管法律制度的漏洞。为确保我国进口食品安全和保护我国消费者食品安全消费需求,完善我国进口食品安全监管法律制度,构建科学合理的进口食品安全监管体系是当务之急。     

逆向思维趋向于个性化的食品包装色彩设计

色彩作为食品包装设计中的第一要素,如果按常规的思维方式进行创作,设计出来的作品可能就会缺乏想象力和创造性。本文针对目前食品包装色彩普遍缺乏个性,提出了运用逆向思维打破以往食品包装色彩刻板、单一、从众的局限性,大胆而前瞻地运用色彩,拓展食品包装色彩设计的空间,充实食品包装色彩设计的内涵,丰富食品包装色彩设计的语言,全方位、多角度的寻找与时代发展相匹配的色彩元素,塑造独特而充满个性的食品包装形象。     

Supplier development practice: Arising the problems of upstream delivery for a food distribution SME in the UK

The paper aims to emphasize on the impacts of the supplier development on reducing the defects in supplier quality for a food distribution small–medium sized enterprise (SME). An empirical study was conducted to measure the performance of the suppliers in three different key performance indicators of the outsourcing and supplier’s performance to arise the existing problems via information exchange, data collection and data analysis. It was found that supplier development through data and information exchange and better communication by any food distribution SME raises the problems more promptly. This can dramatically change the supplier’s behavior to improve the quality of the supplier’s service and products. It is suggested that more research is required to raise other key performance indicators and their related problems and to develop more improvement practices. Six sigma methodologies could be the potential good practices to be focused in future research studies. Supplier performance measurement, which encompasses data exchange and data collection, develops the systematic flow of information, which potentially improves the flow of goods and the whole food supply chain to address the final consumer satisfaction. The research took a novel approach in adopting some transport related key performance indicators of the food supply to the food distribution and retailing sector, which is almost a new approach in food industry.     

Eating Your Own Dog Food

Back in the 1980s when actor Lorne Greene served as the pitchman for Alpo dog food, the TV commercials were careful to point out that he indeed fed Alpo to his dogs. So, the idea that someone would use the products they were making became known as "eating your own dog food." An alternative explanation for the term I've heard is that each year the president of Kal Kan Pet Food would eat a can of the company's dog food at the annual shareholders' meeting.Regardless of its genesis, the software industry has adopted the phrase to mean that a company uses its own products. Somewhere along the line, the noun "dog food" appears to have morphed into a verb. It's said that Microsoft has aggressively adopted the concept of dogfooding, at least within its development groups. Likewise, the Eclipse development group will tell you that they all use Eclipse as a development platform and therefore "eat their own dogfood." There are many markets and applications where dogfooding might indeed be possible. The question is, should we care?
