针对使用C语言编写嵌入式软件的工作量大、寄存器配置相对复杂等问题,结合基于模型的设计方法,实现了控制算法从数学模型到嵌入式软件的无缝转化。首先,建立Matlab/Simulink模型,并自动生成代码,然后将该代码加载到控制器硬件中,并将控制器实物接入xPC半实物仿真系统,参与硬件在回路仿真实验。根据xPC半实物仿真结果表明,控制算法的设计,使得旋转导弹能够保持飞行姿态稳定,验证了基于模型设计的优势。在导弹飞控系统设计的初始阶段,将Matlab/Simulink模型嵌入控制器实物中验证,可缩减研发周期,节约经费,提高效率。  相似文献

本文重点介绍了用于某型应用卫星上的星敏感器姿态确定系统的设计与半实物实时仿真系统的建立。卫星姿态确定系统采用了双探头星敏感器加速率陀螺联合定姿技术与扩展Kalman滤波算法。该系统的设计与实现,采用了CAD与实时仿真一体化技术,即在Matlab/RTW设计工具集与dSPACE专用仿真机支持下完成的。该系统的设计、分析、数学仿真与半实物仿真都取得较满意的结果。  相似文献

Axiomatic design and design structure matrix (DSM) are two popular design methods at the moment, while most related researches only apply the basic ideas of axiomatic design or DSM to some use cases. This paper analyses the disadvantages of both axiomatic design and DSM. The axiomatic design method guides the designer finding suitable design parameters to meet the needs of function requirements. But axiomatic design cannot support the designer to know the interactions amongst the design parameters, including geometry, spatial layout, interfaces (e.g. logical and physical connectivity), which will decide the quality of the design. DSM has the advantages at recording and analysing the interaction relationship between existing product elements. However, at the conceptual design stage or for a new product that has never been designed before, it is difficult to make the DSM. After deep investigations, it has been found that there are strong complementarities between axiomatic design and DSM, and integration of both sides is advocated for better-quality design. The main outcome of this work is the formal interpretation of the integration logic between axiomatic design and DSM. Under such integration context, the conceptual design process can be seen as a recursive interaction of axiomatic design's design matrix (DM) and corresponding DSM. In this way, axiomatic design and DSM can benefit from each other. A computer-aided conceptual design system has been developed to realize the proposed integration model of axiomatic design and DSM.  相似文献

The cell phone is an information appliance that has been widely used. It provides instant access to information and makes people more 'connected'. The objective of our study is to investigate the relationship among the design features of the cell phone and identify the most important design features and design factors. In our survey study, we asked 1,006 college students using a 7-point Likert scale structured questionnaire to evaluate their preference of the design features and overall satisfaction of their current cell phone. Nine design factors were derived. Ten cell phone design features and five design factors that significantly impact a user's satisfaction were identified. The most important design features are: the physical appearance, size and menu organisation, which together account for 42% of the total variance of a user's overall satisfaction.  相似文献

Data on the physical strength capabilities of users are fundamental to the safe and usable design of products. It is recognised, however, that there are many 'gaps' in the ergonomics data available to designers. Whilst considerable research on human capabilities and limitations has already been carried out, few data exist which are directly applicable in the design process. This paper describes a two-stage research project which was undertaken to try to address some of these data 'gaps'. Potential needs for design-relevant data were identified in Stage 1 of the research and in Stage 2 new data were collected to meet some of those needs. Data were collected on children through to the older adult on a series of six strength measurements, all of which were intended to be directly applicable to design: (1) finger push strength, (2) pinch-pull strength, (3) hand grip strength, (4) wrist-twisting strength, (5) opening strength, and (6) push and pull strength. The methodology, findings and data from this research are presented and discussed.  相似文献
