随着科学技术的发展,新的探测器不断地升空,卫星光学遥感数据经历了长周期的积累和更新。如何有效地开发与利用巨量遥感数据,从中挖掘出隐藏的信息和信息的知识化是当前面临的严峻挑战。首先分析了地面物质和结构光谱与卫星遥感信息之间的关系,建立了空间角度模型;然后以多维遥感信息的象元矢量和波段趋势面分析为基础,分析了当前用来处理光学遥感数据的商业化“最优化”算法在处理遥感数据时经常出现的“欠优”结果的原因;最后,通过对美国陆地卫星TM 数据的处理与挖掘说明基于空间角度算法在处理多波段遥感数据时的数学能力  相似文献

针对绿潮遥感信息提取过程中容易出现的几种易混淆因素,开展了多源卫星绿潮遥感信息提取易混淆因素分析研究。基于多源遥感卫星图像,分析了光学和微波遥感数据在提取绿潮过程中常见的几种易混淆因素。结果发现:(1)HJ 1卫星CCD遥感影像上,岛屿、船只、堤坝、云都是易混淆因素。在信息提取中,需结合基础地理资料或“天地图”,将岛屿识别出来,此方法同样适用于MODIS和SAR数据。对于堤坝、船只和有云覆盖的绿潮区域,则需要通过人机交互的方式进行识别。(2)MODIS遥感影像中散布的小面积云和条带噪声是易混淆因素,因此需在MODIS数据预处理中进行云掩膜和条带噪声去除。(3)ENVISAT ASAR遥感影像中船只是易混淆因素,需通过人机交互的方式进行区分。  相似文献

辐射校正与几何校正是遥感信息定量化应用的重要步骤,对真实反映目标和背景特征以及实际地理位置是至关重要的。提出了LANDSAT-5 TM数据的辐射校正方法与使用精确星历参数进行数据处理后的几何定位精度,并以实际数据检验了修正后的中国遥感卫星地面站的LANDSAT-5卫星数据产品的辐射精度与几何定位精度,检验结果表明,中国遥感卫星地面站对LANDSAT-5卫星数据的系统处理方法有效地消除了成像过程中的系统性误差。  相似文献

从光学遥感、微波遥感、大气遥感等方面对我国90年代陆基遥感测试研究工作进行回顾。研究工作表明,陆基遥感测试研究对空基遥感信息的分析和应用是不可缺少的基础性工作,对提高遥感信息应用的定量化水平有着重要作用。分析中也得出陆基遥感测试研究存在的问题,主要表现在陆基遥感测试的频度和稳定程度较低,需要在时间和空间维上加强陆基遥感测试工作,为空基遥感信息的定量分析提供有效的地面数据支持。  相似文献

针对传统恶劣气象监测预警系统的检测准确率低、预警时效性较差的问题,提出基于卫星遥感数据的恶劣气象监测预警系统。利用GDAL软件自带的读写功能,处理已读取的遥感影像基本信息,再根据辐射定标与亮温计算数值,完成卫星遥感影像的预处理模块设计。连接插件模块的逻辑结构,利用待集成的平台插件,控制下级遥感信息显示与预警模块,实现恶劣气象监测预警系统的设计与应用。按照系统多线程的同步与通信关系,完成遥感数据的云识别处理,实现卫星遥感程序与恶劣气象监测预警模块之间的实时交互。选取风向指标作为实验对象,分析对比实验数据可知,在不同风向条件下,卫星遥感型监测系统所检测出的风向指标均呈现显著性状态,能够及时响应系统主机的预警指令。  相似文献

信息提取的能力与效率已成为限制遥感应用发展的瓶颈问题。数据开采(DM)与知识发现(KDD)概念的提出及其理论体系的建立为解决这一问题提供了一种全新的视角。基于对DM和KDD的过程分析和对卫星遥感数据的信息论理解,提出了针对地质应用的卫星遥感数据开采与知识发现的技术框架。以此为主线,把时相选择考虑为知识发展过程的一个特定步骤;在研究地质遥感信息的时间效应基础上,探讨了目标知识发现的“微差信息处理”方法和信息融合技术,应用实例证明该框架的合理性及其相应方法的实际意义。  相似文献

遥感数据作为重要的空间数据源,在众多领域发挥着不可或缺的作用。遥感信息获取技术的不断发展与遥感数据应用领域的不断扩展,促进了遥感信息提取方法的不断进步。随着人工智能算法不断被提出及成功应用,遥感信息提取领域也在逐步引入智能算法实现高效的信息提取。在对遥感信息提取方法的研究进展进行深入分析的基础上,剖析了群智能方法应用于遥感信息提取领域的潜力与优势。并应用微粒群优化方法进行遥感数据的分类,实现了微粒群优化方法应用于遥感数据分类的技术流程,取得了很好的实验结果。因此,群智能方法能够为遥感信息提取领域提供一种新的有效智能处理方法。  相似文献

The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. 为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献
