Increasing numbers of organizations have set up material on their Web portals as a way of providing users with information about their products or services. This study developed and validated an instrument to measure user perceived service quality of such portals. Based upon conceptual models in the areas of IS and technology adoption, and using responses from 1992 users, we validated a five-dimension service quality instrument involving: usability, usefulness of content, adequacy of information, accessibility, and interaction. This scale provides a useful instrument for researchers who wish to measure the service quality of Web portals and for portal managers who want to improve their service performance.  相似文献

根据农村信息化建设需要,帮助农民依靠科技致富,保障农务管理畅通,开发农业信息综合服务平台。平台通过手机短信、WAP、互联网、语音热线等方式,实现农业信息发布、业务订购、客户管理、统计分析等一体化功能。平台基于.NET架构开发,包括门户网站、业务经营管理系统、业务合作商管理系统、内容提供商管理系统等子系统。重点分析平台开发中多角色信息通道网络、信息高度匹对接入技术、二维信息检索技术、短信彩信网关接口技术等关键技术的实现。经推广应用表明,农民在农业产供销各环节均实现信息化,实现增产增收。  相似文献

Web Services作为一种部署在Internet上的新型的可复用软件资源,得到广泛的重视和应用。但是,现有通用搜索引擎并不能很好地支持Web Services的发现,这使得软件开发人员需要花费很大的代价寻找合适的Web Services。鉴于此,提出了一种基于Internet的Web Services获取方法,采用通用搜索引擎和特定Web Services信息发布网站相结合的方法,从Internet上收集Web Services,并从Web Services的相关网页中抽取相关描述信息。利用收集到的Web Services数据,对当前互联网上的WebServices现状进行了统计分析。这些统计结果一定程度上反映了WebServices的发展现状。  相似文献

Internet technology holds many promises for enterprise information integration. Web information systems are applications that facilitate intra- and inter-firm processes and integration of myriad enterprise information systems. However, these applications require sound planning to really tap into the unique promises of the Internet and the Web technologies and add value to the enterprise. Heavy machinery industry, typified by Samsung Heavy Industries presents a good case in point. Static conventional home pages do not facilitate a manufacturer’s needs of information management in its core production and business functions. Instead, dynamic Web client capabilities must be connected with real-time enterprise databases in a cohesive plan to enhance integration of business processes. Planning of Web information systems needs a proactive review of the capabilities of the Internet technology to serve the particular needs of a firm and its customers. In this paper we describe the application of a generic Web information systems (WIS) planning framework to the construction equipment division of Samsung Heavy Industries of Korea to enhance its core business. The framework is rooted in economic principles that are shown to be the drivers of modern WIS. Further, the framework is applied to the task of developing a strategic plan of WIS for the marketing and service activities of the construction equipment division of the firm. The planning process is shown to cover most of the systems development life cycle from high level information goal setting to design of Internet-based new order managing and service part requisition sub-systems.  相似文献

Web service composition is a promising solution for building distributed applications on the Internet in which Web service discovery is a key step. With a number of Web services having similar functionality, it is necessary to rank those services to select the best Web services for a request. QoS information which can reflect user’s expectation and experience of using a service is often used as a distinguish factor in a service ranking algorithm. Different service providers and participants may use different QoS concepts for describing service quality information. Therefore, it leads to the issue of semantic interoperability of QoS. In this paper, we propose a novel approach for designing and developing a QoS ontology and its QoS-based ranking algorithm for evaluating Web services. The QoS ontology can support not only describing QoS information in great detail but also facilitating various service participants expressing their QoS offers and demands at different levels of expectation. The QoS-based ranking algorithm adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a multiple criteria decision making technique, as an underlying mechanism for developing a flexible and dynamic ranking algorithm. The proposed QoS ontology and ranking algorithm can be used in various applications in order to facilitate automatic and dynamic discovery and selection of Web services.  相似文献

传统分布式计算技术CORBA,DCOM和RMI不适合于在松散耦合、异构的、有防火墙的Internet网络环境下进行电子商务应用系统的设计开发,而基于XML/Web服务的分布式电子商务系统则满足了远程的数据交互、异构平台上不同应用间相互通讯以及穿越防火墙等一系列复杂的功能需求。文中主要针对电子商务系统结构、异构数据集成、公共数据格式等几个关键性问题进行了深入的研究,从而解决在Internet/Intranet环境下构建基于XML/Web服务的跨平台的分布式电子商务应用系统中所存在的问题。  相似文献

简单地说,Web服务(Web Services)就是自描述模块化的业务应用程序,它可以通过可编程接口经由Internet将业务逻辑发布为服务,并通过XML,SOAP,WSDL,UDDI和ebXML等标准协议来查找、订阅和调用这些服务。文中针对日益增长的Web服务管理的需求以及存在的问题,对Web服务管理(Web Service Management)、Web服务管理原则和管理模式等做了深入的研究探讨,提出了一个Web服务管理框架设计方案,同时阐明了框架的内部组成模块以及各部分之间的相互关系。  相似文献

Currently there is an explosively growing amount of back-end services available (e.g., business to business (B2B) commerce, business to consumer (B2C) commerce, and infomercial services) in the Internet. These services are mostly accessible through static HTML web pages at a few specific web portals. Advertising in TV broadcasting has shown that multimedia is a very effective means to present merchandise and attract shoppers. This has been applied to the Web by including animated multimedia banner ads on web pages. However, the issues of coupling interactive browsing, shopping, and secure transactions, e.g., from inside a multimedia banner, have only recently started to being explored. In this paper, we will investigate the feasibility of using interactive multimedia banners as pervasive access point for the B2C, B2B, and infomercial services. We present a system architecture that involves a layer of middleware agents functioning as the bridge between the interactive multimedia banners and back-end services. The findings suggest that the middleware agents can not only convey the B2B services to the individual consumers via multimedia banners, but also simplify the design of the middleware agents by using the standardized B2B application interfaces. As a specific case study, the use of interactive multimedia banners, communicating with a browsing/transaction middleware agent in accessing the catalog and shopping services, over the Internet will be discussed and prototyped. The system architecture under study consists of an interactive multimedia banner (such as a banner-ad, or the display of merchandise in a catalog), a browsing agent, and a transaction agent. Such interactive multimedia banners allow users to browse and buy the merchandise in the e-mall directly from the banner. The browsing agent enables interactive browsing within the banner. The transaction agent interfaces with various e-commerce servers and existing e-malls to complete the transaction securely. We implement a pure Java based shopping system to investigate the feasibility of this architecture. The initial implementation results indicate that this architecture provides a tight and general integration between multimedia browsing and secure transactions and significantly reduces user interactions needed to choose the merchandise and close the transaction.  相似文献

Web services promise the interoperability of various applications running on heterogeneous platforms over the Internet, and are gaining more and more attention. Web service composition refers to the process of combining Web services to provide value-added services, which has received much interest in supporting enterprize application integration. Industry standards for Web Service composition, such as WSBPEL, provide the notation and additional control mechanisms for the execution of business processes in Web service collaborations. However, these standards do not provide support for checking interesting properties related to Web Service and process behavior. In an attempt to fill this gap, we describe a formalization of WSBPEL business processes, that adds communications semantics to the specifications of interacting Web services, and uses a formal logic to model their dynamic behavior, which enables their formal analysis and the inference of relevant properties of the systems being built.  相似文献

随着Web服务技术的不断成熟和发展,互联网上出现了大量的公共Web服务.在使用Web服务开发软件系统的过程中,其文本描述信息(例如简介和使用说明等)可以帮助服务消费者直观有效地识别和理解Web服务并加以利用.已有的研究工作大多关注于从Web服务的WSDL文件中获取此类信息进行Web服务的发现或检索,调研发现,互联网上大部分Web服务的WSDL文件中普遍缺少甚至没有此类信息.为此,提出一种基于网络信息搜索的从WSDL文件之外的信息源为Web服务扩充文本描述信息的方法.从互联网上收集包含目标Web服务特征标识的相关网页,基于从网页中抽取出的信息片段,利用信息检索技术计算信息片段与目标Web服务的相关度,并选取相关度较高的文本片段为Web服务扩充文本描述信息.基于互联网上的真实数据进行的实验,其结果表明,可为约51%的互联网上的Web服务获取到相关网页,并为这些Web服务中约88%扩充文本描述信息.收集到的Web服务及其文本描述信息数据均已公开发布.  相似文献

Web服务交互消息受到不可预知的网络环境的影响,因特网环境中的个体Web服务的性能表现与访问者的地域位置有关。于是,服务组合的性能则更加容易受到网络环境因素的影响。同时,服务组合的性能还会受到服务组合流程中不同的分支执行概率的影响。在这种情况下,服务组合建模只考虑组合本身,而不考虑网络环境因素和分支执行概率,这将会对模型的预测结果造成较大的偏差。为了能够真实地评估服务交互行为、网络环境与分支执行概率之间的关系,提出了一种基于广义随机Petri网的Web服务组合性能预测模型,该模型不仅引入了伙伴服务性能方面的因素,而且充分考虑了网络环境因素和分支执行概率,从而能够对被建模系统进行定性和定量分析,进而指导服务组合性能优化。  相似文献

随着互联网的高速发展,各领域企业的信息化程度越来越高,快速开发高质量、易维护的企业业务信息系统是必然的趋势.由于不同企业在搭建业务信息系统时存在一些十分相似的功能需求,为了高效而有保障地满足信息化系统的建设,信息系统的开发人员选择使用第三方企业开发的服务并以松耦合的方式整合其共性服务的开发.开发人员从而可以将更多的精力投入于其核心商业逻辑的构建.然而,众多的基于第三方提供的各种服务给系统开发人员带来了适配难、质量无保障等困难,极大地阻碍了业务信息系统的建设.针对上述问题,提出了一种业务信息系统共性服务接入与集成方法.该方法集成了搭建业务信息系统所共性需求的各种第三方共性服务,为各领域、各行业的业务信息系统提供具有统一接口格式的、可互联互通的,且支持服务保障和服务运营支撑功能的可定制集成服务的共性服务基础设施.详细阐述了该方法的功能、结构与特点,提出了一种共性服务组合流程抽象描述语言以系统地描述与开发,并举例深入阐述系统的特点.  相似文献

随着Web服务的流行,如何发现Web服务为研究者们提出了挑战.文中将描述Web服务的信息分为服务操作信息(OWSDL)、服务功能信息(一般属性)和服务约束信息(实例属性).基于描述服务的三部分信息,分三步实现服务查找.第一步,基于领域本体商业规范OWSDL实现服务操作同构;第二步,基于服务概要描述的一般属性,满足服务的功能需求;第三步,应用服务匹配度模型,基于概要描述的实例属性,按需为消费者提供恰当的服务.最后,通过实例证明了该方法是一种有效的Web服务发现策略.  相似文献
