对敏捷制造系统重构中的制造资源选择问题进行了分析,建立了数学模型,提出了一种适合求解该问题的遗传算法。该算法与解决同类问题的已有算法相比,编码方案和遗传算子均比较简单。实验结果表明,遗传算法在解的质量、稳定性和收敛速度方面具有优良性能。  相似文献

Manufacturing agility is the ability to prosper in an environment characterized by constant and unpredictable change. The purpose of this paper is to analyze team attributes necessary to facilitate agile manufacturing, and using Balance Theory as a framework, it evaluates the potential positive and negative impacts related to these team attributes that could alter the balance of work system elements and resulting "stress load" experienced by persons working on agile teams. Teams operating within the context of agile manufacturing are characterized as multifunctional, dynamic, cooperative, and virtual. A review of the literature relevant to each of these attributes is provided, as well as suggestions for future research.  相似文献

针对敏捷制造寻找潜在合作企业问题, 提出了基于企业能力匹配和任务承接能力计算的候选企业搜索方法。该方法首先对加工任务和企业能力进行特征建模,并以加工任务特征为约束进行企业的匹配搜索,构成对应加工任务特征的匹配企业集;然后求解匹配企业集中各企业的任务承接能力,并选择任务承接能力较强的若干企业构成加工任务的候选企业集。应用表明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

As product life cycle becomes shortened, high product quality becomes necessary for survival, and continuous and unexpected change becomes key obstacles in success, the need for a method of rapidly and cost-effectively developing products, production facilities and supporting software including design, process planning, shop floor control systems becomes urgent. The essence of this concept of manufacturing would be characterized by adopting a new term “agility”. Agile manufacturing can be successfully accomplished using various well-defined system architecture. This paper provides a primary sketch of architectural requirements for rapid development of agile manufacturing systems.There are several aspects of system architecture : control, function, process, information, communication, distribution, development, and implementation.In the past, the confusion of those architectures prohibited the successful construction of the automated CIM systems.  相似文献

The ultimate aim of this research is to facilitate the diagnosis of diabetes, a rapidly increasing disease in the world. In this research a genetic programming (GP) based method has been used for diabetes classification. GP has been used to generate new features by making combinations of the existing diabetes features, without prior knowledge of the probability distribution. The proposed method has three stages: features selection is performed at the first stage using t-test, Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, Kullback–Leibler divergence test, F-score selection, and GP. The results of feature selection methods are used to prepare an ordered list of original features where features are arranged in decreasing order of importance. Different subsets of original features are prepared by adding features one by one in each subset using sequential forward selection method according to the ordered list. At the second stage, GP is used to generate new features from each subset of original diabetes features, by making non-linear combinations of the original features. A variation of GP called GP with comparative partner selection (GP-CPS), utilising the strengths and the weaknesses of GP generated features, has been used at the second stage. The performance of GP generated features for classification is tested using the k-nearest neighbor and support vector machine classifiers at the last stage. The results and their comparisons with other methods demonstrate that the proposed method exhibits superior performance over other recent methods.  相似文献

Decision making in early production planning phases is typically based on a rough estimation due to lack of a comprehensive, reliable knowledge base. Virtual planning has been prevailed as a method used to evaluate risks and costs before the concrete realization of production processes. The process of product assembly, which yields a high share in total production costs, gets its particular importance. This paper introduces a new approach and its initial implementation for knowledge-based design for assembly in agile manufacturing by using data mining (DM) methods in the field of series production with high variance. The approach adopts the usage of bulk data with old, successful designs in order to extrapolate its scope for assembly processes. Especially linked product and process data allow the innovative usage of DM methods in order to facilitate the front loading in the product development. The concept presents an affordable assistance potential for development of new products variants along the product emergence process (PEP). With this approach an early cost estimation of assembly processes in series production can be conducted using advanced DM methods as shown in an industrial use case. Companies in either manufacturing or servicing have to be restructured or re-organized in order to overcome with challenges of the 21st century in which customers are not only satisfied but also delighted. In this competitive environment, organizations should use a flexible, adaptive and responsive paradigm that can be entitled by a unique term: agile manufacturing (AM). An AM system is able to develop a variety of product at low cost and in a short time period. For this, it has some of useful enabling technologies and physical tools. Among these, concurrent engineering (CE) is a systematic approach to the integrated, concurrent design of product and their related processes, including manufacture and support. It is then a useful and beneficial approach to reduce the development time and manufacturing cost, while simultaneously improving the quality of a product in order to better respond to the customer expectations. The aim of this study is to underline the synergistic impact of new product development (NPD) and CE, (which can be called CNPD), and to survey their methods and tools in association with the AM.  相似文献
