本文提出了整车随机路面激励时域模型的建立方法,为工程车辆ADAMS平顺性仿真分析准备输入,为车辆的悬架设计提供理论依据。当今计算机技术飞速发展,虚拟样机技术也应运而生,已经成为与物理样机实验同样重要的研究手段。机械工程中又把虚拟样机技术称为多体机械系统动态仿真技术,其中最优秀的虚拟样机软件是由美国MDI公司开发的ADAMS,它是集建模、求解、可视化技术于一体的虚拟样机软件,可真实地仿真其运动过程,并且迅速地分析和比较多种参数方案,直至获得优化的工作性能,从而大大地减少了昂贵的物理样机制造的次数,提高产品设计质量,大幅度地缩短产品研制周期和费用。 相似文献

针对多体系统建模效率低、模型重用困难等问题,研究了复杂多体系统模型的子系统建模技术.提出支持系统分解和模型重用的子系统结构,采用虚部件定义子系统外部拓扑连接关系,通过主控参数封装模型设计知识和内部参数信息,从而建立自顶向下的层次化子系统结构模型;然后依据子系统主控参数关联关系及层次化结构特点,提出复杂多体系统参数化求解与装配算法.最后以卡车整车建模实例,介绍复杂多体系统的子系统建模过程. 相似文献

针对火箭滑车底盘设计中的应用,提出一种变密度多载荷拓扑优化方法.在分析火箭滑车底盘优化设计要点的基础上,采用变密度多载荷拓扑优化方法,基于ANSYS系统实现了火箭滑车底盘的拓扑优化建模和求解,并对滑车底盘拓扑优化结果进行处理及分析,获得火箭滑车底盘的结构优化布局.实例结果表明,该方法能够提高产品设计质量与效率,可以为火箭滑车设计人员提供参考. 相似文献

针对发生执行器故障的多智能体系统,论文提出一种新型分布式中间观测器的设计方法,可以同时估计系统的状态和故障.本文设计的观测器可以应用于严格正实条件和观测器匹配条件不满足的系统.针对多智能体系统的通讯拓扑是有向图和无向图的情况,分别获得估计误差系统稳定的条件.观测器的参数矩阵可以通过求解线性矩阵不等式(Linear matrix inequality,LMI)计算.针对具有有向拓扑的多智能体系统,本文方法所需求解的LMI的维数,等于对单个智能体系统设计观测器所需求解的LMI的维数.这表明应用本文方法进行故障估计时,计算量不会随着系统中智能体数目的增加而增加.针对多智能体系统通讯拓扑是无向图的情况,利用Laplacian矩阵的对称性,可以得到保守性更小的结论.最后,仿真算例验证了本文方法的有效性. 相似文献

研究了弹塑性梁系统的动力学特性.从弹塑性梁的非线性本构关系出发,同时考虑几何非线性,用虚功原理建立单个梁的动力学变分方程,利用假设模态法离散.在此基础上引入运动学约束关系,建立了弹塑性梁系统的刚-柔耦合动力学方程.对重力作用下的柔性单摆和双摆数值仿真结果表明,塑性应变引起横向变形绝对值增大和横向振动振幅衰减,在角加速度突变时塑性效应最为显著. 相似文献

The design of robotic mechanisms is a complex process involving geometric, kinematic, dynamic, tolerance, and stress analyses. In the design of a real system, the construction of a physical prototype is often considered. Indeed, a physical prototype helps the designer to identify the fundamental characteristics and the potential pitfalls of the proposed architecture. However, the design and fabrication of a prototype using traditional techniques is rather long, tedious, and costly. In this context, the availability of rapid prototyping machines can be exploited in order to allow designers of robotic mechanisms to build prototypes rapidly and at a low cost. In the article, the rapid prototyping of mechanisms using a commercially available computer-aided design (CAD) package and a fused deposition modeling (FDM) rapid prototyping machine is presented. A database of lower kinematic pairs (joints) is developed using the CAD package, and parameters of fabrication are determined experimentally for each of the joints. These joints are then used in the design of the prototypes where the links are developed and adapted to the particular geometries of the mechanisms to be built. Also, a procedure is developed to build gears and Geneva mechanisms. Examples of mechanisms are then studied and their design is presented. For each mechanism, the joints are described and the design of the links is discussed. Some of the physical prototypes built using the FDM rapid prototyping machine are shown 相似文献

研究离心力和温度变化引起的附加弯曲变形对复合材料柔性多体系统振动特性的影响.从本构关系和非线性应变与位移关系式出发,用虚功原理和有限单元法建立了复合材料柔性梁的动力学变分方程,在此基础上建立了复合材料柔性多体系统的动力学方程.对曲柄-连杆-滑块机构的数值仿真表明,对于非对称的复合材料梁,各层弹性模量和热膨胀系数的差异会引起附加弯曲变形,从而影响系统的振动特性. 相似文献

The article describes the control design, the development process and the overall performance of a semi-active suspension control for a heavy truck. The control software is developed, debugged and preliminarily tuned within a dedicated Matlab/Simulink environment, in time and frequency domain, utilising a simplified vehicle model. After a preliminary virtual evaluation, the system performance is then tested on a real prototype truck, owing to the rapid prototyping technique application. Virtual prototyping (VP) technology has been regarded as a cost-effective way of envisaging real circumstances that enhance effective communication of designs and ideas, without manufacturing physical samples. Different from recent interactive VPs that are only based on multi-body systems, our VP platform is based on a multi-body coupled with fluid system, that is, the performance and functions of a VP will not be independent of environment factors or disturbances but interact with each other and constitute a whole system. Using this platform designers can simulate a robot through vacuum, air, water environments, etc., so it can provide a better support to the generality and quality of a VP. As for interactive manipulation, designers can modify the constraints between bodies, apply force/torque to interested bodies and change the parameters of forces/torques. Corresponding to user interaction, the platform automatically updates the dynamic behavior of the VP under current condition in the simulation loop. Furthermore, we implemented a virtual MiniBaja vehicle to verify the interactivity and effectiveness of this platform. 相似文献
