针对过程数据的压缩,提出一种自控精度SDT算法,通过在压缩过程中对参数的动态调整,使误差控制在给定范围内,保证了压缩精度并且获得了更高的压缩比。相比于SDT算法,压缩比提高了60%~75%,实际误差与期望误差的绝对差在10-3数量级。该算法在UWnTek控制工程软件中测试完成并正式使用,具有重要的工程意义。  相似文献

本文提出了由静态的前馈网络和稳定的滤波器构成的非线性系统的辨识模型,在神经网络固有的逼近误差存在的情况下,从理论上讨论了神经网络应用于辨识控制过程中系统的稳定性问题,最后研究了在非线性系统的轨迹跟踪过程中增加滑动控制来偿神经网络的逼近误差,从而提高系统跟踪性能。  相似文献

由于轨道列车限制运行速度过程中,控制量与自动量存在反馈误差,导致相同时间点下的控制量与实际控制出现误差,造成列车整体车速控制精度降低。为了解决控制量与自动量之间的误差问题,通过对城市轨道交通通行列车车速控制相关因素的分析发现,影响列车控制的效果的诸多因素中,客流量及其对应时间关系是影响控制量与实际控制量之间误差值大小的重要因素。因此,提出方法中首先确定轨道交通限制时段的客流条件,其次建立轨道交通限制控制模型,然后引入基于模糊控制的自动控制算法,最后完成自动控制约束输出。通过与PID控制方法的仿真实验证明,提出的控制方法在控制精度上具有显著提升,且方法应用过程稳定,控制效果满足实际应用要求,能够有效解决现有控制方法存在的控制误差过大问题。  相似文献

为提高卷烟包装生产过程质量水平,需进行生产过程质量控制优化设计。提出了基于SPC技术的卷烟包装生产过程质量水平控制模型,进行了卷烟包装生产过程质量水平控制的博弈模型设计。采用质量约束和效益约束结合的方式进行卷烟包装生产过程质量水平的均衡调度模型设计,构建过程控制的统计特征量,采用SPC技术建立卷烟包装生产过程质量水平的控制目标函数,利用约束进化方法优化控制目标函数,使用自适应宏观决策调度方法实现卷烟包装生产过程质量控制优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行卷烟包装生产过程质量水平控制的误差收敛性较为稳定,控制误差较低,提高了卷烟包装生产过程质量水平和效益。  相似文献

为了解决汽车转向过程中防抱死制动稳定性问题,提出一种新的协调控制系统,该协调控制结构由转向控制器和制动控制器组成。在转向控制中,设计基于主动前轮控制器和横摆力矩控制器力求改善汽车动态响应和稳定性;设计汽车防抱死制动控制系统。为了减少针对转向系统和制动系统之间的补偿控制律难以确定的困难,定义了协调误差,提出了基于耦合误差补偿原理与给定控制相结合的新的耦合控制策略,最后用仿真结果验证所设计控制算法的有效性。  相似文献

为保证具有强非线性、建模困难和具有周期性扰动连续浇注过程中钢水液位满足工艺和生产的要求,从而实现连续浇注过程中钢水液位的高品质控制,提出了一种精细迭代控制策略来进一步削弱连续浇注过程中钢水液位的膨胀扰动带来的不利影响.该策略是一种包含P型学习律的迭代学习算法,这种P型学习律除引进遗忘因子和开关装置外,还特别利用了前两次迭代过程中的误差信息(即控制律为PID+遗忘因子+开关函数+误差精细信息的有机组合),以使误差信息精细化,从而进一步改善迭代学习控制的效果;研究表明在系统同时具有模型不确定性,周期性膨胀扰动,可测噪声干扰与初始状态误差情况下能保证系统的输入信号误差、状态误差和输出误差的最终有界性,实现了钢水液位的高品质控制;计算机仿真进一步验证了所提方案的正确性和可行性.  相似文献

根据生物发酵过程中温度的特性,采用模糊PID控制算法对发酵过程中温度进行自动控制,并利用MATLAB的Simulink和Fuzzy工具对模糊PID温度过程控制进行了仿真。实际运行结果表明:与常规PID控制相比,该方法提高了控制精度并减少了静态误差,缩短了调节过程时间,使发酵温度更有效地保持在生物发酵的最适范围,从而提高了产物产量,表明了模糊PID的优越性。  相似文献

融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. 为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献
