In this article, different fundamental strategies for integrating CICS applications into e-business applications are presented and their constraints and advantages are explained in some detail. The possible solutions discussed here comprise the implementation of a standard product (e. g. CTG), the integration by using XML wrapping methods (XWRAP) which implies a medium implementation effort, as well as a reengineering concept (XCDS) with an implementation effort ranging from medium to high. The main advantage of the CTG solution is that the host applications hardly need to be modified and, hence, this solution can be used immediately. However, owing to some system related restrictions this solution is mainly suited for application systems used internally within companies. The XWRAP solution offers XML access to a limited number of e-business applications but there are some restrictions due to the compatibility to the BMS format. Hence, this solution is mainly suited for application systems in maintenance without major future development. The main benefit of the XCDS solution is that the resulting application systems are well-structured and, thus, maintenance activities are facilitated. However, the implementation effort is rather high. Therefore, this solution is mainly suited for application systems which are subject of future development and enhancements and, at the same time, need to be integrated into e-business solutions with external access.  相似文献

A model-based system development cycle involves two semantically distinct aspects: the requirements specification and the implementation model. Due to the conceptual and semantic differences between these two major system lifecycle stages, the transition from requirements to implementation is inherently a noncoherent process. Consequently, the system requirements are not faithfully transformed into the working system. This paper introduces an effective solution via an Integrated Modeling Paradigm (IMP) that combines the requirements and implementation domain models into a unified system model that continuously represents the system as it evolves. The IMP was implemented in an Object–Process Methodology (OPM) development environment. This implementation reinforces OPM with the capability to bridge the significant conceptual gap that lies right at the heart of the development process. A user survey has shown that this OPM-based solution is easy to use and can indeed help bridge the information gap, yielding a better match between the required and implemented systems than the currently accepted practice.  相似文献

In relation with development of computer capabilities and the appearance of multicore processors, parallel computing made it possible to reduce the time for solution of optimization problems. At present of interest are methods of parallel computing for genetic algorithms using the evolutionary model of development in which the main component is the population of species (set of alternative solutions to the problem). In this case, the algorithm efficiency increases due to parallel development of several populations. The survey of basic parallelization strategies and the most interesting models of their implementation are presented. Theoretical ideas on improvement of existing parallelization mechanisms for genetic algorithms are described. A modified model of parallel genetic algorithm is developed. Since genetic algorithms are used for solution of optimization problems, the proposed model was studied for the problem of optimization of a multicriteria function. The algorithm capabilities of getting out of local optima and the influence of algorithm parameters on the deep extremum search dynamics were studied. The conclusion on efficiency of application of dynamic connections of processes, rather than static connections, is made. New mechanisms for implementation and analysis of efficiency of dynamic connections for distributed computing in genetic algorithms are necessary.  相似文献

One of the major new developments in computing technology is the mini-computer. This paper presents the results of the implementation of the ANSYS computer program (a large-scale structural analysis system) on a mini-computer.The implementation of ANSYS started with an evaluation of the existing and proposed mini-computer hardware and software systems, relative to a set of criteria derived from the structural software requirements.After benchmarking several systems to compare the claimed performances with the actual performance, the system which most nearly met the requirements for the ANSYS program was selected and ordered.The configuration chosen for this development machine is illustrated and variations from the development configuration which would be desirable for a production environment are discussed.The results of the implementation of ANSYS on the selected mini-computer system are presented. Included in the presentation are run times, run costs, accuracy of results and computer storage requirements.Finally, this paper discusses the future directions which will be pursued in this development effort. Included are discussions of the interface between the mini-computer and a larger central computer, the limits on problem size imposed by core memory and solution time and suggestions for the improvement of the performance of structural problems in a mini-computer environment.  相似文献

The article presents development of the algorithm of adaptive construction of hierarchical neural network classifiers based on automatic modification of the desired output of perceptrons with a small number of neurons in the single hidden layer. The conducted testing of the new program implementation of this approach demonstrated that the considered algorithm was more computationally efficient and provided higher quality of solution of multiple classification problems in comparison with standard multi-layer perceptron.  相似文献
