Necessary and suffcient conditions for the existence of a Lyapunov function in the Lur'e form to guarantee the absolute stability of Lur'e control systems with multiple non-linearities are discussed in this paper. It simplifies the existence problem to one of solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), If those LMIs are feasible, free parameters in the Lyapunov function,such as the positive definite matrix and the coefficients of the integral terms, are given by the solution of the LMIs. Otherwise, this Lyapunov function does not exist. Some sufficient conditions are also obtained for the robust absolute stability of uncertain systems.A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Using the framework of predictive control algorithms and the analysis results of unconstrained predictive control systems, the desired pole placement is achieved by the coefficient mapping between the characteristic polynomials of the closed-loop system and the open-loop plant. The designed control law can not only ensure the dynamical performance of the closed-loop system, but also provide plentiful degrees of freedom to satisfy input-output constraints. Based on the theory of invariant set, this paper derives some sufficient conditions for the satisfaction of constraints with these degrees of freedom and presents an approach to design corresponding constrained controller.The constrained controller with performance guarantee can be designed off-line. Furthermore, it has convenient on-line computation and satisfies all constraints. A simulation example is presented to illustrate the proposed approach.  相似文献

The robust H∞ control problem for discrete-time uncertain systems is investigated in this paper. The uncertain systems are modelled as a polytopic type with linear fractional uncertainty in the vertices. A new linear matrix inequality (LMI) characterization of the H∞ performance for discrete systems is given by introducing a matrix slack variable which decouples the matrix of a Lyapunov function candidate and the parametric matrices of the system. This feature enables one to derive sufficient conditions for discrete uncertain systems by using parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions with less conservativeness. Based on the result, H∞ performance analysis and controller design are carried out. A numerical example is included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

This paper considers the torque control problem for robots with flexible joints driven by electrical actuators. It is shown that the achievable closed-loop tracking bandwidth using PI torque controllers may be limited due to transmission zeros introduced by the load dynamics. This limitation is overcome by using positive feedback from the load motion in unison with PI torque controllers. The positive feedback is given in terms of load velocity, acceleration and jerk. Stability conditions for designing decentralized PI torque controllers are derived in terms of Routh-Hurwitz criteria. Disturbance rejection properties of the closed system are characterized and an analysis is carried out investigating the use of approximate positive feedback by omitting acceleration and/or jerk signals. The results of this paper are illustrated for a two DoF (degrees of freedom) system. Experimental results for a one DoF system are also included.  相似文献

Actuator faults usually cause security problem in practice. This paper is concerned with the security control of positive semi-Markovian jump systems with actuator faults. The considered systems are with mode transition-dependent sojourntime distributions, which may also lead to actuator faults. First, the time-varying and bounded transition rate that satisfies the mode transition-dependent sojourn-time distribution is considered. Then, a stochastic co-positive Lyapunov function is constructed. Using matrix decomposition technique, a set of state-feedback controllers for positive semi-Markovian jump systems with actuator faults are designed in terms of linear programming. Under the designed controllers, stochastic stabilization of the systems with actuator faults are achieved and the security of the systems can be guaranteed. Furthermore, the proposed results are extended to positive semi-Markovian jump systems with interval and polytopic uncertainties. By virtue of a segmentation technique of the transition rates, a less conservative security control design is also proposed. Finally, numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the validity of the presented results.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of inverse quadratic optimal control over finite time-horizon for discrete-time linear systems is considered. Our goal is to recover the corresponding quadratic objective function using noisy observations. First, the identifiability of the model structure for the inverse optimal control problem is analyzed under relative degree assumption and we show the model structure is strictly globally identifiable. Next, we study the inverse optimal control problem whose initial state distribution and the observation noise distribution are unknown, yet the exact observations on the initial states are available. We formulate the problem as a risk minimization problem and approximate the problem using empirical average. It is further shown that the solution to the approximated problem is statistically consistent under the assumption of relative degrees. We then study the case where the exact observations on the initial states are not available, yet the observation noises are known to be white Gaussian distributed and the distribution of the initial state is also Gaussian (with unknown mean and covariance). EM-algorithm is used to estimate the parameters in the objective function. The effectiveness of our results are demonstrated by numerical examples.  相似文献

This paper investigates L2-gain analysis and anti-windup compensation gains design for a class of discrete-time switched systems with saturating actuators and L2 bounded disturbances by using the switched Lyapunov function approach.For a given set of anti-windup compensation gains,we firstly give a sufficient condition on tolerable disturbances under which the state trajectory starting from the origin will remain inside a bounded set for the corresponding closed-loop switched system subject to L2 bounded disturbances.Then,the upper bound on the restricted L2-gain is obtained over the set of tolerable disturbances.Furthermore,the antiwindup compensation gains aiming to determine the largest disturbance tolerance level and the smallest upper bound of the restricted L2-gain are presented by solving a convex optimization problem with linear matrix inequality(LMI) constraints.A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of delay-dependent stability and stabilization for networked control systems(NCSs)with multiple time-delays. In view of multi-input and multi-output(MIMO) NCSs with many independent sensors and actuators, a continuous time model with distributed time-delays is proposed. Utilizing the Lyapunov stability theory combined with linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) techniques, some new delay-dependent stability criteria for NCSs in terms of generalized Lyapunov matrix equation and LMIs are derived. Stabilizing controller via state feedback is formulated by solving a set of LMIs. Compared with the reported methods, the proposed methods give a less conservative delay bound and more general results. Numerical example and simulation show that the methods are less conservative and more effective.  相似文献

在假定被控系统满足非退化、没有退化跃迁和完全连通的理想条件下,借助于带有附加自由度的Lyapunov函数研究了混合态量子系统的稳定化问题.基于LaSalle原理推导了闭环系统的最大不变集和任一初始态下的收敛状态集,给出了系统对最大不变集中任一平衡态渐近稳定化的自由度的构造原则.最后通过一个两能级系统的数值仿真,验证了所得理论结果的正确性.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of global practical stabilization of discrete-time switched affine systems via state-dependent switching rules. Several attempts have been made to solve this problem via different types of a common quadratic Lyapunov function and an ellipsoid. These classical results require either the quadratic Lyapunov function or the employed ellipsoid to be of the centralized type. In some cases, the ellipsoids are defined dependently as the level sets of a decentralized Lyapunov function. In this paper, we extend the existing results by the simultaneous use of a general decentralized Lyapunov function and a decentralized ellipsoid parameterized independently. The proposed conditions provide less conservative results than existing works in the sense of the ultimate invariant set of attraction size. Two different approaches are proposed to extract the ultimate invariant set of attraction with a minimum size, i.e., a purely numerical method and a numerical-analytical one. In the former, both invariant and attractiveness conditions are imposed to extract the final set of matrix inequalities. The latter is established on a principle that the attractiveness of a set implies its invariance. Thus, the stability conditions are derived based on only the attractiveness property as a set of matrix inequalities with a smaller dimension. Illustrative examples are presented to prove the satisfactory operation of the proposed stabilization methods.   相似文献

A Lyapunov function based on a set of quadratic functions is introduced in this paper. We call this Lyapunov function a composite quadratic function. Some important properties of this Lyapunov function are revealed. We show that this function is continuously differentiable and its level set is the convex hull of a set of ellipsoids. These results are used to study the set invariance properties of continuous-time linear systems with input and state constraints. We show that, for a system under a given saturated linear feedback, the convex hull of a set of invariant ellipsoids is also invariant. If each ellipsoid in a set can be made invariant with a bounded control of the saturating actuators, then their convex hull can also be made invariant by the same actuators. For a set of ellipsoids, each invariant under a separate saturated linear feedback, we also present a method for constructing a nonlinear continuous feedback law which makes their convex hull invariant.  相似文献

A translational oscillator with a rotational actuator (TORA) is an underactuated mechanical system with two degrees of freedom. This paper presents a new method to solve the global stabilisation control problem for this underactuated system. First, a set of suitable state variables is chosen for the TORA. It transforms the system into a cascade affine nonlinear system. Then, a positive-definite Lyapunov function is constructed based on the structural characteristics of the system. A control law is designed to guarantee that the derivative of the Lyapunov function is non-positive. Finally, the global stability of the closed-loop control system is analysed using the Lasalle invariance principle. The condition on the control parameters is presented to globally stabilise the TORA at the origin. The effectiveness and robustness of the method are verified by a numerical example.  相似文献

本文考虑饱和线性反馈下奇异线性系统扩大吸引域估计的问题.根据每个输入是否饱和,将输入空间分成若干子区域.在每个子区域内部,系统模型中没有显示的部分状态的时间导数可被显式表达.利用含有全部系统状态的二次Lyapunov函数,建立一组双线性矩阵不等式形式的改进的不变集条件.该组条件下,二次Lyapunov函数的水平集可诱导出一个吸引域估计.为得到最大的吸引域估计,构建了以这些双线性矩阵不等式为约束条件的优化问题,并为其求解给出了迭代算法.仿真结果表明本文得到的吸引域估计明显大于现有结果.  相似文献

针对包括 Acrobot 和 Pendubot 在内的欠驱动两杆机器人, 提出了一种统一的运动控制策略. 欠驱动两杆机器人的整个运动空间分为两个区域: 摇起区和平衡区, 并对这两个区域分别设计控制律. 首先, 在摇起区, 应用一种基于弱控制 Lyapunov 函数 (Weak-control Lyapunov function, WCLF) 的控制方法, 来增加系统能量和控制驱动杆的姿势. 其次, 为了避免奇异值的出现, 选择弱控制 Lyapunov 函数中的一个参数为系统状态空间的非线性函数. 然后, 通过系统状态调节基于弱控制 Lyapunov 函数的控制律中的另一个设计参数, 来改进系统控制效果. 使用弱控制 Lyapunov 设计的摇起区控制律, 可基于最大不变集原理保证其稳定性; 而机器人离开摇起区后, 利用非光滑 Lyapunov 函数 (Non-smooth Lyapunov function, NSLF) 来保证其稳定. 最后, 结合 WCLF 和 NSLF 保证了控制系统的全局稳定.  相似文献

为保证预测控制的稳定性, 经典的策略是在预测控制的优化问题中加入终端约束集和终端惩罚函数, 并保证终端约束集是一个在终端控制律作用下的正不变集, 终端惩罚函数是受控系统的局部控制Lyapunov函数. 本文提供了一种求解非线性系统终端约束集、终端控制律和终端惩罚函数的新策略. 通过在优化问题中引入新的变量来降低求解终端约束条件的保守性, 并且可以从理论上保证求解得到的终端约束集更大. 通常情况下, 较大的终端约束集将允许选取的预测时域较小, 因而可以降低预测控制的在线计算负担. 从形式上看, 新的变量的引入使得终端约束集和终端惩罚项实现了某种程度的解耦, 即终端约束集不再是终端惩罚函数的水平截集. 最后通过仿真算例验证了所提策略的有效性.  相似文献

This technical note utilizes Minkowski algebra of convex sets to characterize a family of local control Lyapunov functions for constrained linear discrete-time systems. Local control Lyapunov functions are induced by parametrized contractive invariant sets. Underlying contractive invariant sets belong to a family of Minkowski decomposable convex sets and are, in fact, parametrized by a basic shape set and linear transformations of system matrices and a set of design matrices. Corresponding local control Lyapunov functions can be detected by solving a single, tractable, convex optimization problem which in case of polyhedral constraints reduces to a single linear program. The a priori complexity estimate of the characterized local control Lyapunov function is provided for some practically relevant cases. An illustrative example and relevant numerical experience are also reported.   相似文献

According to special geometric or physical meanings, the paper summarizes three Lyapunov functions in controlling closed quantum systems and their controller designing processes. Specially, for the average value-based method, the paper gives the generalized condition of the largest invariant set in the original reference and develops the construction method of the imaginary mechanical quantity; for the error-based method, this paper gives its strict mathematical proof train of thought on the asymptotic stability and the corresponding physical meaning. Also, we study the relations among the three Lyapunov functions and give a unified form of these Lyapunov functions. Finally, we compare the control effects of three Lyapunov methods by doing some simulation experiments.  相似文献

In this paper, the state convergence problem for closed quantum systems is investigated. We consider two degenerate cases, where the internal Hamiltonian of the system is not strongly regular or the linearized system around the target state is not controllable. Both the cases are closely related to practical systems such as one‐dimensional oscillators and coupled two spin systems. An implicit Lyapunov‐based control strategy is adopted for the convergence analysis. In particular, two kinds of Lyapunov functions are defined by implicit functions and their existences are guaranteed by a fixed point theorem. The convergence analysis is investigated by the LaSalle invariance principle for both cases. Moreover, the two Lyapunov functions are unified in a general form, and the characterization of the largest invariant set is presented.
