对2种不同磷效率基因型小麦幼苗水培结果表明,NO3-N和NH4NO3-N对小麦植株地上部生长的影响无明显差异,但是对根系生长的影响明显不同。NH4-N对小麦幼苗的生长有明显的抑制作用,且对根系生长的抑制程度显著大于对地上部;对磷低效基因型Jing411的抑制程度明显大于对磷高效基因型Xiaoyan54。NH4NO3-N处理有利于提高植株地上部氮含量和植株的氮吸收效率。Xiaoyan54的植株吸氮量在NH4NO3-N处理中最高,Jing411在NO3-N处理中最高。不同处理对营养液pH值的影响明显不同。NH4NO3-N和NH4-N处理导致营养液pH值降低,NO3-N处理使营养液pH值升高,不同磷效率基因型小麦使营养液pH值降低或升高的程度不同。小麦磷效率基因型差异的表现与否和氮素形态有关,以植株地上部干重为磷效率指标的基因型差异在供应NO3-N时不表现。磷高效基因型Xiaoyan54的生长显著优于磷低效基因型Jing411。 相似文献

针对植株形态建模过程中由于缺乏生理生态特性而导致模型无法真实再现植株生长发育规律的问题,提出了一种基于生长动力学的植株形态变化模型构建方法。以芦苇属植株为例,首先研究了植株生长动力学特性,并以有效积温、生长速率变化等为驱动力构造了植株形态建成模型;其次,应用开放式L系统(Open-L)方法描述了植株冠层拓扑演变过程;最后,通过耦合植株拓扑与器官形体的几何模型及显示模型,给出了植株虚拟生长模型构建算法。实验结果表明,该方法实现了植株形态的可视化,并反映了植物生长机理,有利于动态掌握和预测植物生长发育状况。 相似文献

以番茄L402为供试作物,以等氮、等磷、等钾为前提条件。采用沼液,化肥,化肥 沼液混施3种施肥类型做对比试验,辅以根外追施沼液,研究施肥量,施肥种类及叶面喷施沼液浓度的不同水平组合对番茄植株生理活性指标及其产量的影响。结果表明;施用沼液或化肥 沼液混合肥料,辅以植株液面喷施沼液,对提高番茄植株生理活性及其产量有明显的作用。番茄植株多酚氧化酶及抗坏血酸氧化酶活性比对照分别提高114.7%和206.4%。叶绿素含量比对照提高11%,番茄产量比对照提高51.7%。 相似文献

在水培条件下,研究了营养液低氧胁迫对网纹甜瓜幼苗生长指标、光合作用和生理代谢物质含量的影响。结果表明,低氧处理显著抑制了幼苗的生长,鲜重、干重等生长指标和叶绿素含量、净光合速率等光合指标均显著降低;低氧胁迫诱导幼苗不定根和根系活力显著增加;低氧胁迫下幼苗MDA、H2O2含量显著增加,但是幼苗体内可溶性糖、氨基酸、游离态多胺和热稳定蛋白含量也显著提高。与西域一号相比,星光生长较快,较高的光合速率、根系活力和生理代谢物质含量,缓解了低氧胁迫对幼苗的伤害。 相似文献

在砂质土壤条件下,研究了追施硫肥对冬小麦产量和品质的影响。结果表明:拔节期追施硫肥显著提高小麦子粒产量,千粒重随着追施硫肥用量的增多而提高,不同追硫处理与对照相比均达到差异极显著水平;追施硫肥显著提高了小麦子粒容重和子粒硬度,改善了小麦的磨粉品质和面团流变学特性,尤其对小麦的淀粉糊化特性指标影响较大,高峰粘度、低谷粘度、最终粘度、稀懈值与对照相比均达到极显著水平。比较不同硫肥追施量对产量和品质的调控作用以及投入成本来看,以拔节期每公顷追施30kg纯S的效果较好。 相似文献

Abstract— The stability and uniformity of the emission current of FEAs are important parameters in determining their viability for display applications. The electron emission from an FEA was magnified by using an emission microscope, and the stability of the individual microtips was increased. The number of observable microtips increased when the total emission current of the FEA was considered, and it approached 90%. Some of the microtips showed unstable emission and the number of such unstable microtips increased when the total emission current was increased. We performed 2-D DIGE on proteins prepared from serum obtained from patients with osteosarcoma (OS) and controls, to identify differentially expressed proteins that might serve as serum biomarkers for OS prognosis. Proteins found to be differentially expressed were identified by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometric analysis, coupled with database interrogation. We compared serum samples from four individuals with OS to four age- and sex-matched healthy controls. We identified 24 protein spot-features that were significantly increased, and 34 that were significantly decreased in serum from patients with OS relative to the controls. The MS analysis revealed 18 unique proteins that were increased, and 25 unique proteins that were decreased in OS serum samples. Western blot and ELISA analysis confirmed increased levels of amyloid-related serum protein (SAA) in the OS serum samples. The increased expression levels of SAA were decreased after using MTX and cisplatin combination chemotherapy, and were further decreased after operation. Moreover, increased expression levels of sera SAA were seen in the relapsed patients. Our results suggested that the determination of serum SAA in OS patients might be utilized as a marker for relapse and in evaluation of the efficacy of therapy. 相似文献

The Most Comfortable Listening Level (MCLL) was determined for a running speech signal in a sample of 799 subjects, ranging in age from 17 to 92 years of age. The MCLL increased monotonically with increasing chronological age, in a non-linear relationship. Before the age of 40 MCLL increased approximately one-third of a dB per annum, while after the age of 65 MCLL increased by more than one half dB per year. Over the 75 year age range MCLL rose by 34 dB. Confirming earlier reports, MCLL was also found to be related to hearing sensitivity. Some implications for the design of sound systems are suggested. 相似文献

针对夜间城市交通视频中各类车辆轨迹的完整提取,提出结合车辆类型与轨迹反馈修正的跟踪系统。在视频远中近区域筛选复原车灯光斑后,用面积重叠法获得车灯初始轨迹,再应用反馈纠正误匹配;通过单应性矩阵推算实际车宽,并依此给车辆分类后,按照时空相似度完成车灯配对;最后修正、优化车辆跟踪结果,实现相邻两个监控点间车辆轨迹的完整提取。与同类算法相比,车辆跟踪帧数增加了500帧,车灯匹配率提高了11.33%,车辆跟踪率提高了10%。 相似文献

论述了小波变换在相对运动的接收机问信号参数的估计和提取中的应用,研究了线性运动时延的无限和有源估计的小波算法,起到了噪音过滤作用,提高了时延和多普勒估计的精确性。此外,利用小波变换处理了旋转体回波信号,仿真结果表明,采用波变换后,信号的参数估计的可靠性明显提高,通过选择比例范围,能够获得比常规方法更高的分辩率。 相似文献
