针对我国发酵企业规模相对较小而控制要求较高的情况,开发了适用于发酵过程优化控制的低成本、开放型、高性价比的集散控制系统。硬件采用分层阶递的分布式结构,软件采用面向对象的模块式编程方法。针对非线性、时变、大滞后的发酵过程,将智能控制技术融入传统的集散控制系统中。采用模糊控制、专家系统与常规控制相结合的技术,设计了罐温复合模糊控制系统、PH参数自调整模糊控制系统、溶氧变区域专家控制系统。控制精度与常规控制方法相比提高50%。自主研制、开发的FPC2000发酵过程集散控制系统具有方便、灵活、易用、简单、可靠、高性能的特点,已在10多家单位成功地推广应用。  相似文献

Repetitive processes are a distinct class of 2D systems of both theoretic and practical interest. The robust H-infinity control problem for uncertain stochastic time-delay linear continuous repetitive processes is investigated in this paper. First, sufficient conditions are proposed in terms of stochastic Lyapunov stability theory, Itˆo differential rule and linear matrix inequality technology. The corresponding controller design is then cast into a convex optimization problem. Attention is focused on constructing an admissible controller, which guarantees that the closed-loop repetitive processes are mean-square asymptotically stable and have a prespecified H-infinity performance γ with respect to all energy-bounded input signals. A numerical example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed design scheme.  相似文献

While the long term behaviour of a stationary stochastic process is concisely summarized by the probability density function (PDF), many well-established regulatory control techniques focus only on two quantities derived from the PDF, the mean and variance, as key design targets. This paper presents a technique for the design of control laws that shape all aspects of the PDF of a first-order process. By developing relationships between the moments of the PDF and the coefficients in a control law parameterization, an approximate control law is developed to shape the process PDF as desired.  相似文献

This paper presents coprime-factorized model predictive control. The main idea of the proposed approach is in process-output prediction based on a coprime-factorized process model. The proposed approach provides a framework to design the control for a wide range of processes such as: higher order, phase non-minimal, unstable and also multivariable. In the paper the coprime-factorized predictive design methodology was studied and implemented on unstable processes with a time-delay which are very difficult to control. The proposed methodology leads to a simple analytical control law, which results in much better performance than previously known control methods.  相似文献

In this paper the coprime‐factorized model predictive functional control for single‐input single‐output processes with an arbitrary number of unstable poles is presented. The predictive functional control algorithm gives a framework for designing the control for a wide range of processes. The main idea in the case of unstable poles is based on the prediction of the process output based on the coprime‐factorized process model. The robust stability of the proposed control algorithm is also discussed, using the small‐gain theorem, which provides a sufficient condition for stability. In this paper we review the recent advances in three sub-areas of iterative learning control (ILC): 1) linear ILC for linear processes, 2) linear ILC for nonlinear processes which are global Lipschitz continuous (GLC), and 3) nonlinear ILC for general nonlinear processes. For linear processes, we focus on several basic configurations of linear ILC. For nonlinear processes with linear ILC, we concentrate on the design and transient analysis which were overlooked and missing for a long period. For general classes of nonlinear processes, we demonstrate nonlinear ILC methods based on Lyapunov theory, which is evolving into a new control paradigm.  相似文献

The history of technology is the history of the birth, weaning and (mostly) death of ideas. Action based on consensus requires a thorough understanding of all significant opposing points of view. Standardization deliberations employ formal consensus processes and (in the United States) are the most common forums to do so. But in a larger sense, consensus processes are central to scientific and technological progress. Controllers for dissolved oxygen reference trajectory tracking for activated sludge processes are proposed and investigated. A nonlinear model predictive controller and a direct reference adaptive controller are investigated. Both the nutrient and the phosphorous removal from a wastewater by its biological treatment using an activated sludge technology are considered. An approach to the controller design utilises a structure of the dissolved oxygen dynamics and its two time scales: fast and slow. The predictive controllers offer good tracking performance and robustness. The direct model reference adaptive controller is much simpler to implement. However, it is more difficult to compromise between tracking accuracy and rate of change and magnitudes of the control actions. The controllers are validated by simulation using real data sets and an ASM2d model of the biological reactor.  相似文献
