针对整流装置运行环境恶劣、故障率高和维护困难的特点,在分析了GSM网络特点的基础上,基于短消息(short messagesystem)技术开发一个远程监控与故障诊断系统;该系统由客户端和服务器组成,客户端负责采集数据、下达指令。服务器软件采用组态的方式开发,实现整流装置的在线监控、故障诊断报警、数据综合管理等。服务器与客户机之间采用SMS短消息进行远程通信;该监控系统具有使用方便、成本低等特点。该系统已成功应用于工业现场。  相似文献

随着移动通讯技术的迅猛发展,利用移动通讯技术实现远程控制已经有着越来越广阔的理论和实践方面的研究价值,本文通过对现代通讯方式的讨论,提出了利用现有GSM网络的短消息业务实现的远程通讯的种种优势,并将这种优势应用于人体特征信息的远程监控上。采用先进的M22通讯模块和单片机互连的终端系统,通过AT指令,实现了个人心率、血压和体温等生命信息的远程监护。  相似文献

Abstract. Short message service (SMS) is very popular in China. While many reports indicate that the SMS market has great potential, little is known about why people adopt SMS. This study uses the technology acceptance model and network externalities to examine the factors influencing the adoption of SMS for personal communication in China. Using data collected from 262 mobile phone users, we find that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment and perceived service cost affect SMS use. Perceived network externalities also contribute to higher perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and affect SMS adoption. The results provide insight to SMS marketing strategies.  相似文献

A semiconductor factory contains hundreds of pieces of equipment. More reliable service by equipment managers is required to increase the utilization of equipment and improve product quality and yield. Therefore, developing a reliable service management scheme (SMS) for semiconductor factory management systems is essential. This study presents an SMS that applies Jini Technology and uses the design by contract technologies. The SMS has error-detecting and function-replacing capabilities. The SMS detects the malfunctioning of an equipment manager (service) and sends an event notice to the factory manager. The GEV in the SMS archives the credit values of all of the equipment managers so that the factory manager can select better equipment managers for service by checking their credit values. The illustrative example and the evaluation of the reliability improvement reveal that the proposed SMS provides an efficient, reliable, fault tolerant, and cost-effective mechanism for semiconductor factory management systems. Lastly, this illustrative example is successfully implemented and demonstrated and the core technology of SMS is transferred to and commercialized by Charming Systems Corporation.  相似文献

提出了一种基于短消息的分布式无线信息发布平台,该平台由控制终端和多个短信收发器组成.设计了网络进程间一种基于消息队列异步通信机制和基于TCP/IP的"心跳"检测机制.在控制终端实现了按照消息优先级分级进行排队、管理和消息均衡分发的机制,以及对每条消息发布状态的"实时"跟踪,在发送失败或者发送超时的情况下能将其成功转移到另外一个短信收发器进行发送,并分析了消息队列达到平衡状态的充分条件.介绍了短信收发器发送短信和接收短信的过程,提出无线信息发布平台具有良好可扩展性,可根据业务量增加而扩展短信收发器数量,能广泛应用到布置有线网络有困难的场所.  相似文献

SMS, being an almost instantaneous communication medium that connects people, is now a phenomenon that has grown and spread around the globe at an amazing speed. Given the current trend of SMS usage and its potential growth, this paper will provide an insight of the extent to which how service quality and the value perceived by the SMS users have an impact on their extent of the SMS usage in the post SMS adoption phase. Specifically, this article will examine how service quality of the service providers and perceived value affect customer satisfaction and how customer satisfaction will affect their behavioural intention to continue to use SMS which in turn affects the extent of SMS usage in the local context. Using partial-least-squares, an analysis was conducted based on the 150 surveys collected to test for the proposed relationships. The results showed that the tangibles, empathy and assurance dimensions of service quality are antecedents of customer satisfaction and a positive relationship exists between customer satisfaction and customers' behavioural intentions to continue to use SMS. Additionally, the positive relationship between customers' behavioural intentions to continue to use SMS and the extent of SMS usage is also significant. These results were similar to the results shown by Cronin and Taylor (1992) studies. The perceived value/customer satisfaction relationship investigated in this research was in line with Fornell et al.(1996) and Cronin et al.(2000) where perceived value was one of the determinants of customer satisfaction. Specially, the results revealed that perceived value, together with tangibles, empathy and assurance aspects of the service quality, played an important role in determining customer satisfaction for SMS. Implications of the above results for research and practice are discussed.  相似文献

As we all know, Short Message Service (SMS) has brought about junk emails or nonsense messages coming from advertisement providers, called SMS spam. It does bother subscribers and make them distress to check SMS messages of mobile system. Statistically, each mobile subscriber receives an average number of 8.29 short messages every week. Thus, to furnish legitimate message service to the mobile subscribers, engineers have strived to figure out an interactive service system which can certify the user-participation in a communicatory session. If a system can verify whether the communicating party is human being or not, the machine tries can be detected to mitigate the risk. To realize this essential, we aim to develop an interactive SMS confirmation mechanism using the famous techniques – CAPTCHA and secret sharing. Experimental results show that it takes slight computation costs to complete the authentication including the identity verification and the check of user-participation. This has led to predominance that the new method is suitable for mobile environment.  相似文献

Short message service (SMS) is a widely used service in modern mobile phones that allows users to send or receive short text messages. Current SMS, however, has two problems of inconvenient input and short message length. These problems can be resolved if a phone has an ability of automatic word spacing. This is because users need not put spaces in sending messages and longer messages are possible as they contain no space. Thus, automatic word spacing will be a very useful tool for SMS, if it can be commercially served. The practical issues of implementing it on the devices such as mobile phones are small memory and low computing power of the devices. To tackle these problems, this paper proposes a combined model of rule-based learning and memory-based learning. According to the experimental results, the model shows higher accuracy than rule-based learning or memory-based learning alone. In addition, the generated rules are so small and simple that the proposed model is appropriate for small memory devices.  相似文献

SMS远程监控系统利用GSM网络的SMS(手机短信业务)和低成本的硬件电路构建家居设备的远程监控。在GSM覆盖的地域里,用户可以发送短消息来控制连接到系统的家电设备的开关状态。同样,系统也可以向用户告知其工作状态。用户可以设定特殊短信来监视家中是否发生了特定事件。将GSM/GPRS MODEM主控系统与无线模块相结合,系统构建了一个一主多从的控制网络,从而实现智能化家居监控网络。  相似文献
