针对自然语言处理中短文本相似度问题,提出一种基于有序神经元长短期记忆神经网络(Ordered Neurons-Long Short Term Memory,ON-LSTM)的短文本相似度匹配方法.将神经元经过特定排序使层级结构融入到LSTM中,自动学习到层级结构信息,更好地表示文本深层次语义信息,并通过Independent Component(IC)层加快收敛速度,结合整体语义信息表示来计算语义相似度.在数据集上进行多组实验表明,该模型取得81.05%的准确率,有效提升短文本相似的准确率,且收敛速度更快,在一定程度上提高文本语义分析能力.  相似文献

目前传统的文本相似度方法大多数存在未考虑语义及结构信息,容易忽略文本特征细节信息等问题.针对上述问题,提出多模型加权融合的文本相似度计算算法.利用词频、词性、词句位置3个特征共同计算句子相似度;为发现文本的结构信息方面,提出分层池化IIG-SIF用于计算文本的相似程度;结合前两个环节的相似度模型构建一种线性加权模型,汇集两个算法使结果更为精确.实验结果表明,该算法能够提高准确率和召回率,在不同语种和粒度的数据集上均得到更优的实验结果.  相似文献

为降低文本向量维度,提高文本间语义相似度度量性能,综合利用统计方法与语义词典的优势,提出一种文本相似度算法.基于文本生成元数据特征向量,减少向量空间维度,设计基于子树匹配的文本相似度算法,借助子树加速对文本相似度的计算,并通过将文本元数据特征向量与子树进行相似度语义匹配,提高文本相似度计算时语义相似度度量的准确性.该算法考虑到对元数据中同义词的语义理解,加强文本之间相似度度量时的语义覆盖能力.实验结果表明文中所提出的方法是可行和有效的.  相似文献

随着语义Web服务技术研究工作的不断深入,因特网上语义Web服务数量急剧增加。如何快速便捷地定位可用语义Web服务已经成为一个迫切且关键的问题。在语义Web服务匹配技术研究中,其中一个重要的研究主题就是语义Web服务匹配结果的排序机制。本文在综合概括和分析各种关于语义Web服务匹配结果排序机制的基础上,提出了一种基于语义距离度量模型的语义Web服务匹配结果排序机制,利用该排序机制,计算待匹配语义Web服务的语义相似度量,并依据此度量对语义Web服务匹配结果进行排序。该度量模型将语义Web服务引用概念间的语义关系转换成可精确比较的量化度量值,对属于相同语义匹配类型的匹配候选服务也能够分别计算语义距离,区分出相同匹配类型的候选服务与服务请求的匹配程度,从而达到改善用户对语义Web服务的搜索体验的目的。  相似文献

为了更好地提高短文本语义相似度分析能力,提出了基于神经网络和组合语义的短文本语义相似度分析算法。利用神经网络构建词义表示模型,结合局部和全局上下文信息学习词语在实际语境下的表示;通过句法分析,得到文本的依存关系,并依此构建组合关系树,使用组合语义模型得到整个文本的语义表示;通过计算两个语义表示结果之间的相似性来计算文本的语义相似度。实验分析结果表明,该方法能够在一定程度上提高文本语义分析能力。  相似文献

在传统TF-IDF模型基础上分析中文短信文本中特征词的语义信息,提出一种中文短信文本相似度度量方法。对短信文本进行预处理,计算各词语的TF-IDF值,并选择TF-IDF值较高的词作为特征词,借助向量空间模型的词语向量相似度,结合词语相似度加权,给出2篇短信文本相似度的计算方法。实验结果表明,该方法在F-度量值上优于TF-IDF算法及词语语义相似度算法。  相似文献

针对软件行为的可信性进行了测试方法与度量标准的研究.在测试方法上,通过在软件开发阶段植入可信埋点模块的方式获取行为的动作路径,以"言行一致"思想为依据,将软件的行为声明与动作路径做比对,得到可信性测试的新方法.在判定标准上针对动作路径提出显性可信性判断指标和隐性可信指标,在度量上提出基于K-means聚类的隐性指标判定模型,并将此应用在单一行为的可信度计算以及相似行为的可信甄别上.通过实验验证了方法的可行性,为可信性测试提供了新的思路.  相似文献

针对传统文本搜索返回结果不准确、不满意的问题,提出一种基于可信语义深度学习的文本搜索方法。首先为了充分挖掘文本的可信语义,通过文本中的信任事实,以及人机交互标注的方式计算文本的可信度。利用网络爬虫抓取大量文本文献学习训练数据,并且构建深度学习神经网络模型,以文本的语义矩阵为输入,以文本的可信度为输出,通过有监督学习,训练出评估文本可信度的深度学习神经网络模型。最后应用该神经网络模型实现文本文献的搜索。通过“中国政治党建”领域的搜索实验表明:该方法在平均可信度方面优于传统搜索方法。  相似文献

针对现有度量方法中考虑因素不够全面和因子权重计算依据经验确定的不足,提出粒子群优化BP神经网络(PSO-BP)的地理本体概念语义相似度度量模型。该模型利用本体属性、本体结构和语义关系的相似度,结合权重信息计算概念的综合相似度;同时,利用粒子群算法优化的BP神经网络获取因子权重,避免现有方法中因子权重确定的人为主观干扰。最后,从基础地理信息概念中提取出200组样本,用其中190组作为训练集,对神经网络模型进行训练,以获取权重;剩余10组作为测试集。将该模型和几种常用算法进行对比,通过分析测试集的各算法求解结果和专家判定结果之间的相关系数,结果表明该模型计算地理本体概念的相似度更为准确,符合人类认知特性,效果更好。  相似文献

The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. 为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献
