基于PLIB标准面向零件族的零件库信息模型及其表达   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
建立零件库的目的是通过有效的零部件供应渠道和整个供应链的信息集成实现企业间和企业内部零件资源共享.不同应用系统(如CAD)间的数据表达与交换成为零件库资源共享的关键和瓶颈问题.本文基于PLIB(ISO13584)标准,面向零件族,用形式化的方法和统一的数据格式表达零件库信息,建立零件库信息模型.文章首先分析了对零件库信息表达的需求,然后介绍了PLIB标准,最后描述基于PLIB标准的零件库信息模型,并且结合法兰盘零件族,介绍了基于ISO10303-21的零件族信息物理文件表达.  相似文献

为了有效地管理和利用标准化设计资源,真正意义上实现数据共享,对零件族的层次结构和事物特性表进行了分析,提出了一种基于数据库ADO技术的动态零件族的信息建模方法。它是一种零件族表达与信息模型无关、信息容量大且实用性强的零件族信息模型的建模方法,能有效地解决零件信息来源不同的问题。运用VC 的MFC AppWizard和数据库ADO等知识,给出了零件族的建立过程,实现了对零件族进行添加、修改和删除等动态信息维护。这为零件库信息模型更高层次的实现提供了基础。  相似文献

为了解决ISO10303和ISO14649标准的数控代码兼容性问题,基于可拓理论中的基元理论,建立了表达ISO6983标准中数控G代码知识的信息模型——复合元RG-function。根据STEP标准的要求,给出了G代码信息模型的EXPRESS语言描述模型,并在此基础上实现对G代码描述模型的实例化,从而生成STEP文件。构建了数控G代码向STEP文件转换的系统模型,介绍了其主要组成模块,并重点讨论了中间文件生成模块的算法流程。  相似文献

提出基于功能结构一结构视图模型的零件族建模方法,将零件变型设计的对象层次定义到有一定工程语义、表达工程功能的结构,将零件描述为由功能结构以一定的组合关系构成的可扩展网络.组成零件的功能结构通过施加空间布局约束和拼接约束建立零件族模型.通过修改参数尺寸可以实现零件大小的变化;通过对功能结构的修改或替换达到零件实例结构的变型和变异;通过提高零件变型对象的层次实现零件功能结构的变异.  相似文献

针对目前计算机辅助工艺设计中基于实例的工艺相似性重用问题,提出一种基于本体映射的零件工艺实例重用方法。在分析零件工艺实例信息的基础上,建立了新零件工艺知识本体和零件库零件工艺实例本体。基于本体映射的方法,通过本体间相似度计算,完成新零件工艺实例的检索和重用,并以轴类零件来说明该方法的有效性。  相似文献

A considerable number of software suppliers report improvements in product and service quality, development costs and time to market achieved with the help of the ISO 9000 standards. Nevertheless, the ISO 9000 family has received unfavourable criticism in journals, textbooks and at software quality conferences. The paper summarizes, discusses and reviews eleven of the most popular arguments against the ISO 9000 standards. The review of the criticism is based on findings of two empirical surveys among European software suppliers that have implemented an ISO 9000 quality system. The paper concludes with suggestions and guidelines for advances in software quality management concepts, such as the ISO 9000 family, CMM, BOOTSTRAP and the emerging SPICE standard.  相似文献

STEP-NC (formalized as ISO 14649 and ISO 10303 AP238) is a new interface (or language) standard for the CAD-CAM-CNC chain, currently under establishment by ISO TC184 SC1 and SC4. Upon completion, it will replace ISO 6983, so called M & G codes used for CNC since 1950s. As the new language is being established, a new CNC controller called STEP-CNC (STEP-compliant CNC), capable of carrying out various intelligent tasks using the new language as an input, receives worldwide attention. Shop-floor programming (SFP) system is a computer-assisted part programming system interfaced with STEP-CNC. Its primary function is to generate part program in ISO 14649 (or STEP AP238) to machine the part geometry given by STEP AP203 or AP224 file. In this paper, we first present an architecture for the SFP system, followed by implementation technology including: (1) STEP physical file interpretation, (2) feature recognition, (3) process planning, (4) part program generation, and (5) verification. The developed methodology was implemented in a prototype called PosSFP, and tested with Korea STEP-NC system.  相似文献

This article presents ISO’s most successful information security standard ISO/IEC 27001 together with the other standards in the family of information security standards — the socalled ISO/IEC 2700x family of information security management system (ISMS) standards and guidelines. We shall take a brief look at the history and progress of these standards, where they originated from and how became the common language of organizations around the world for engaging in business securely. We shall take a tour through the different types of standard at are included in the ISMS family and how the relate and fit together and we will finally conclude with a short presentation of ISMS third party certification. The material used in this article has been derived directly from the many articles and books by Prof. Humphreys on the ISO/IEC 2700x ISMS family and they are implemented and applied in practice in business, commerce and government sectors.  相似文献

In 2006-2008 we performed a case study for the purpose of assessing the industrial application of the seven part Control Centre (CC) design standard ISO 11064 to identify positive and negative experiences among stakeholders in the Norwegian petroleum sector. We mainly focussed on ISO 11064 Part 1, because this was the most commonly used among the identified stakeholders. ISO 11064 is generally appreciated and applied in the industry, but we did observe a significant variance in use between the different parts of the standard. We also identified potential areas for improvements, like scope and application adaptation. Thus we suggest a more goal-based approach based on one normative part only.  相似文献

Plant three-dimensional (3D) computer-aided design (CAD) models typically consist of logical configuration, equipment specifications and ports, and 3D shapes. Because 3D CAD models are used as master information throughout a plant’s entire lifecycle and many stakeholders are involved in such lifecycle, providing a method for sharing plant 3D CAD models among various stakeholders is very important. Standard 15926 from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 15926) is a family of standards that is intended to support the sharing and integrating of all information during the life of a process plant. Therefore it is important for ISO 15926 to support plant 3D CAD models. In order to address this issue, this study investigates a standardized method to exchange plant 3D CAD models using ISO 15926. Information requirements regarding plant 3D CAD models are established, and then ISO 15926 reference data (classes, attributes, and templates) are extended to cover information requirements. For demonstration of the proposed method, we developed a prototype platform where plant 3D CAD models in ISO 15926 are loaded and retrieved.  相似文献

The Graphical Kernel System (GKS) was published as an ISO standard for computer graphics programming in August 1985. GKS is now undergoing revision in ISO/IEC and at the time of writing the text of the Draft International Standard of GKS-9x was being finalized. This paper presents the results of an international questionnaire survey that was developed to analyse how the potential addressees of the ISO 9241 part 10 standard—human factor (HF) experts engaged in the design, evaluation, purchase, and application of software systems—accept the first committee draft of this standard. It reports how HF experts from nine countries evaluated the First Committee Draft of ISO 9241 Part 10. Inquiries were made about whether the standard provides a framework for the design and evaluation of dialogue systems, or whether the subject of the standard is mature enough to be published as an international recommendation. Results indicate a widespread approval among 90 HF experts of the form and content of ISO 9241 Part 10.  相似文献

The authors demonstrate that the recommendations for analyzing productivity in the appendix to the ISO/IEC 15939 standard are inappropriate. They also show that problems with the ISO/IEC advice can be compounded if software engineers attempt to apply statistical process-control techniques to software productivity metrics. They recommend using small meaningful data sets as the basis for productivity analysis and using effort-estimation models to assess productivity rather than productivity metrics.
