分析了目前图像融合算法存在的问题,提出顾及源图像质量的可见光和红外图像融合的算法。以图像融合理论方法为基础,引入图像质量评价方法,构建了顾及源图像质量的图像融合基本框架。以区域加权信息熵作为可见光和红外图像评价方法,并以图像质量评价结果作为小波变换的系数权值来进行图像融合,分别以图像的平均灰度、标准差、信息熵、空间频率作为评价指标对融合后的图像进行质量评价,提出了基于区域加权信息熵的可见光与红外图像融合算法。最后选取多组可见光和红外图像进行图像融合实验。实验结果表明:顾及源图像质量的可见光和红外图像融合算法是完全可行和有效的。 相似文献

在实时数字图像融合系统中需要对融合图像的质量进行客观评价。针对传统客观评价方法存在与人眼视觉系统(Human Visual System,HVS)主观评价结果不相符的缺陷,提出了一种基于视觉信息保真度(Visual Information Fidelity,VIF)的融合图像质量客观评价方法。在假设图像源符合GSM(Gaussian Scale Mixture,GSM)模型,并将图像融合处理作为图像信号失真通道,而且考虑人眼视觉噪声特性的前提下,建立了基于VIF的数字融合图像质量客观评价理论模型,提出了一种融合图像质量评价指标FVIF。实验结果表明:该方法能够对融合图像质量进行综合评价,与其它方法相比,FVIF客观评价方法的性能更好,其评价结果与主观评价结果基本一致。 相似文献

基于深度图像的虚拟视点绘制(Depth Image Based Rendering, DIBR)在双视图像融合后存在重叠、伪影和空洞等问题,为提高融合后图像质量,提出一种利用背景信息的虚拟视点图像后处理方法.首先,在图像融合时引入深度信息解决像素重叠问题.其次,根据视点移动方向定位左、右虚拟视图伪影区域,利用互补视点的背景像素擦除伪影.最后,利用不同视点参考图像信息之间的冗余性将左、右参考视点进行融合并消除前景像素,再进行正向映射得到虚拟视点背景图像填充双视融合后剩余的空洞.与基于图像分割的虚拟视点绘制算法相比PSNR值提高了0.6357dB,实验结果表明,该算法能有效提高绘制图像质量. 相似文献

图像质量评价的研究已成为图像信息工程的基础技术之一。由于图像的最终接受者是人,所以评价图像质量的关键在于其是否符合人类视觉系统特性。为了建立一种新的符合人眼视觉特性的图像质量评价方法,利用小波变换与人类视觉系统的多通道特性相匹配的特点,结合对比敏感度函数的带通特性,同时考虑计算的复杂性,给出了一种与人对图像质量评价保持良好一致的图像质量评价算法。实验结果表明,其评价结果与主观评价方法平均评价分数的相关系数达0.95,而对应的客观评价方法峰值信噪比与平均评价分数的相关系数为0.81。 相似文献

因子分析是一种有效的评价融合图像质量的方法。文中采用了小波sym5进行了多尺度图像融合的研究,并且通过主成分分析方法提取了细节信息因子和光谱信息流失因子等参数,作为图像的客观质量评价标准。实验证明,对于小波变换多尺度融合后的图像,该方法能够客观有效地评价其反映细节信息的参数(如信息熵和清晰度)以及反映光谱信息的参数(如扭曲程度和偏差指数)的变化趋势。理论分析结果,因子综合得分和观众评价得分结果具有良好的一致性。 相似文献

针对虚拟视点图像存在与普通图像不同失真的问题,提出了一种基于偏度和结构特征的无参考虚拟视点图像质量评价方法.首先,将输入图像分为H、S、V三个通道,每个通道都均分为九个小块,对每个小块提取偏度特征;然后,利用局部二值模式算子对结构特征映射进行编码,计算质量感知分数;最后,将偏度特征和结构特征输入支持向量机进行训练,得到无参考的虚拟视点图像回归与视觉质量预测模型来预测图像质量.在IRCCyN/IVC和MCL-3D两个公共虚拟视点图像数据库上对提出方法进行了实验.实验结果表明,提出方法的皮尔逊线性相关系数(PLCC)分别为0.8538和0.9534,斯皮尔曼秩相关系数(SROCC)分别为0.7966和0.9159.提出方法的PLCC和SROCC均高于自回归加阈值(APT)等10个虚拟视点图像质量评价方法和BRISQUE等6个通用的无参考质量评价方法.该方法采用的偏度和结构特征能很好地评价虚拟视点图像的视觉质量,评价结果与主观感知有较好的一致性. 相似文献

为了提高图像融合评价的准确性,提出了多尺度PSNR的图像融合客观评价方法。该方法首先对标准图像和融合图像按同种方式进行多尺度划分,得到每个标准图像块与相应融合图像块之间的PSNR;然后将它们组合成多尺度PSNR;最后应用灰色关联分析作为图像融合结果的优劣评判标准。实验结果表明,这种评价方法考虑了图像像素的整体和局部灰度分布特性,能正确对融合图像质量进行评价,其客观评价结果与主观评价结果具有一致性,且评价方法具有较好的有效性和简洁性。 相似文献

目的 客观评价作为图像融合的重要研究领域,是评价融合算法性能的有力工具。目前,已有几十种不同类型的评价指标,但各应用领域包括可见光与红外图像融合,仍缺少统一的选择依据。为了方便比较不同融合算法性能,提出一种客观评价指标的通用分析方法并应用于可见光与红外图像融合。方法 将可见光与红外图像基准数据集中的客观评价指标分为两类,分别是基于融合图像的评价指标与基于源图像和融合图像的评价指标。采用Kendall相关系数分析融合指标间的相关性,聚类得到指标分组;采用Borda计数排序法统计算法的综合排序,分析单一指标排序和综合排序的相关性,得到一致性较高的指标集合;采用离散系数分析指标均值随不同算法的波动程度,选择充分体现不同算法间差异的指标;综合相关性分析、一致性分析及离散系数分析,总结具有代表性的建议指标集合。结果 在13对彩色可见光与红外和8对灰度可见光与红外两组图像源中,分别统计分析不同图像融合算法的客观评价数据,得到可见光与红外图像融合的建议指标集(标准差、边缘保持度),作为融合算法性能评估的重要参考。相较于现有方法,实验覆盖20种融合算法和13种客观评价指标,并且不依赖主观评价结果。结论... 相似文献

In this paper, we study the problem of human position recommendation in mobile photographing and propose a learning-based method to summarize the photographing knowledge from massive social images to improve the robustness and effectiveness. In contrast to existing photographing guide methods, we focus on turning to the collaborative web data source and learning the distribution of human position. To overcome the challenges in landmark image alignment and the relative human position projection, we propose a 3D reconstruction-based method to align the background region and human region into a uniform coordinate system. Finally, a camera-view sensitive human position recommendation strategy is carried out. A dataset containing 30,000 photos of ten landmark scenes is collected from Flickr, and a group of experiments are conducted comparing both our alternatives and various other baseline methods. Moreover, an application is developed on mobile phones to implement the real-time photographing recommendation. The experimental results show that our proposed framework achieves promising results, which demonstrate the robustness and effectiveness of our approach. 相似文献

Image fusion represents an important tool for remote sensing data elaborations. This technique is used for many purposes. Very often it is used to produce improved spatial resolution. The most common situation is represented by a pair of images: the first acquired by a multispectral sensor with a pixel size greater than the pixel size of the second image given by a panchromatic sensor (PAN). Starting from these images fusion produces a new multispectral image with a spatial resolution equal, or close, to that of the PAN. Very often fusion introduces important distortions on the pixel spectra. This fact could compromise the extraction of information from the image, especially when using an automatic algorithm based on spectral signature such as in the case of image classification. In this work we present the analysis of two fusion methods based on multiresolution decomposition obtained using the 'a tròus' algorithm and applied to a pair of images acquired by Thematic Mapper (TM) and Indian Remote Sensing (IRS)-1C-PAN sensors. The methods studied are also compared with two classical fusion methods, the intensity, hue and saturation (IHS) and standardized principal components (SPC). Fused results are studied and compared using various tests including supervised classification. Most of the tests used have been extracted from literature regarding the assessment of spatial and spectral quality of fused images. This study shows that the methods based on multiresolution decomposition outperform the classical fusion methods considered with respect to spectral content preservation. Moreover, it is shown that some of the quality tests are more significant than others. The discussion of this last aspect furnishes important indications for data quality assessment methods. 相似文献

Although iris recognition technology has been reported to be more stable and reliable than other biometric systems, performance
can be degraded due to many factors such as small eyes, camera defocusing, eyelash occlusions and specular reflections on
the surface of glasses. In this paper, we propose a new multi-unit iris authentication method that uses score level fusion
based on a support vector machine (SVM) and a quality assessment method for mobile phones. Compared to previous research,
this paper presents the following two contributions. First, we reduced the false rejection rate and improved iris recognition
accuracy by using iris quality assessment. Second, if even two iris images were determined to be of bad quality, we captured
the iris images again without using a recognition process. If only one iris image among the left and right irises was regarded
as a good one, it was used for recognition. However, if both the left and right iris images were good, we performed multi-unit
iris recognition using score level fusion based on a SVM. Experimental results showed that the accuracy of the proposed method
was superior to previous methods that used only one good iris image or those methods that used conventional fusion methods. 相似文献

Medical image fusion is the process of registering and combining multiple images from single or multiple imaging modalities to improve the imaging quality and reduce randomness and redundancy in order to increase the clinical applicability of medical images for diagnosis and assessment of medical problems. Multi-modal medical image fusion algorithms and devices have shown notable achievements in improving clinical accuracy of decisions based on medical images. This review article provides a factual listing of methods and summarizes the broad scientific challenges faced in the field of medical image fusion. We characterize the medical image fusion research based on (1) the widely used image fusion methods, (2) imaging modalities, and (3) imaging of organs that are under study. This review concludes that even though there exists several open ended technological and scientific challenges, the fusion of medical images has proved to be useful for advancing the clinical reliability of using medical imaging for medical diagnostics and analysis, and is a scientific discipline that has the potential to significantly grow in the coming years. 相似文献
