研究一种多对多供应链中的相互依赖订单分配问题.其中,来自需求方的需求由一系列相互依赖订单组成,并同时考虑供应商的能力约束以及订单多属性约束,包括完成时间、数量、成本等.为了消解由于制造商依赖订单和供应商同时订单所导致的冲突,采用自动协商方法.在定义供应链相互依赖订单分配模型的基础上,提出一种两阶段协商协议和不同的协商策略.协商协议集成了投标和辩论两种协商流程,可以实现制造商与供应商之间的信息交流,规定协商双方的行为准则;而协商策略则确定了制造商和供应商的决策规则.仿真实验验证了自动协商方法的可行性,同时分析和比较不同供应链环境下的订单分配效果.实验结果表明,在不同供应链环境下,通过协商的方法能够有效地消解冲突,解决所研究的订单分配问题.  相似文献

Despite the increasing attention to the service supply chain management by both practitioners and academics, the performance measurement of service supply chains still remains unexplored. Most service firms realize that, in order to evolve an efficient and effective service supply chain, service supply chain management needs to be assessed for its performance. A literature review was conducted on performance measurement issues of service supply chains. This paper develops a framework of service supply chain performance measurement. Based on the strategic, tactical and operational level performance in a service supply chain, measures and metrics are discussed. The emphasis is on performance measures dealing with service supply chain processes such as demand management, customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, capacity and resource management, service performance, information and technology management and service supply chain finance. And to prioritize service supply chain performance measurement indicators to improve service supply chain performance, a methodology based on the extent fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is stressed. The developed framework of service supply chain performance measurement is applied to the hotel supply chain. The results of this study are useful both to practitioners in the service supply chain and to researchers carrying out further studies in the field.  相似文献

Supply chain management and customer relationship management are concepts for optimizing the provision of goods to customers. Information sharing and information estimation are key tools used to implement these two concepts. The reduction of delivery times and stock levels can be seen as the main managerial objectives of an integrative supply chain and customer relationship management. To achieve this objective, business processes need to be integrated along the entire supply chain including the end consumer. Information systems form the backbone of any business process integration. The relevant information system architectures are generally well-understood, but the conceptual specification of information systems for business process integration from a management perspective, remains an open methodological problem. To address this problem, we will show how customer relationship management and supply chain management information can be integrated at the conceptual level in order to provide supply chain managers with relevant information. We will further outline how the conceptual management perspective of business process integration can be supported by deriving specifications for enabling information system from business objectives. The Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is gradually being adopted and deployed for product flow management in the supply chain. In order to track RFID-tagged products efficiently in the RFID-enabled, large-scale supply chain, this paper first presents the design of a product tracking system that can collaborate with the EPC Network, a suite of network services for RFID data management in the supply chain. Next, we explain a product monitoring procedure that is performed by comparing the actual path of a product with its planned path. Finally, we develop an adaptive product search algorithm based on a reinforcement learning technique to efficiently locate a product deviated from its planned path. Experiment results are provided to show the performance of the search algorithm.  相似文献

Supply chain management (SCM) is a new approach to satisfy customers of products and services via an integrated management for the whole business processes of the manufacturing from the raw material procurement to the product or service delivery to customers. With the rapid development of the information technology and global market environment the company is required to manage whole supply chain network to gain the competitiveness in business. Typically semiconductor industry is the one whose supply chain network is distributed all over the world, and its manufacturing process has the particular characteristics which has to be considered in the modeling of supply chain. In this paper we suggest the push and pull type supply chain models and their mathematical formulation for the semiconductor industry of the global market. Die bank between the front-end and back-end in the semiconductor manufacturing process is assumed to be the decoupling point by which two models are divided. Push supply chain model is based on the high throughput and the balance of the WIP flow, which takes the characteristics of re-entrant mechanism into account. Pull supply chain model is constructed considering order-based manufacturing, distribution and transportation process in order to meet customer's request appropriately. Development issues of the system and its implementation are also discussed.  相似文献

One of the important aspects of supply chain management is inventory management because the cost of inventories in a supply chain accounts for about 30% of the value of the product. The main focus of this work is to study the performance of a single‐product serial supply chain operating with a base‐stock policy and to optimize the inventory (i.e. base stock) levels in the supply chain so as to minimize the total supply chain cost (TSCC), comprising holding and shortage costs at all the installations in the supply chain. A genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed to optimize the base‐stock levels with the objective of minimizing the sum of holding and shortage costs in the entire supply chain. Simulation is used to evaluate the base‐stock levels generated by the GA. The proposed GA is evaluated with the consideration of a variety of supply chain settings in order to test for its robustness of performance across different supply chain scenarios. The effectiveness of the proposed GA (in terms of generating base‐stock levels with minimum TSCC) is compared with that of a random search procedure. In addition, optimal base‐stock levels are obtained through complete enumeration of the solution space and compared with those yielded by the GA. It is found that the solutions generated by the proposed GA do not significantly differ from the optimal solution obtained through complete enumeration for different supply chain settings, thereby showing the effectiveness of the proposed GA.  相似文献
