会议纪要 第25届中国控制会议于2006年8月7日到11日在哈尔滨国际会议中心顺利召开．中国控制会议由中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会主办，本次会议由哈尔滨工业大学控制理论和制导技术中心承办，并得到IEEE控制系统协会（IEEE／CSS）、日本仪器与控制工程师协会（SICE，Japan）、韩国控制自动化与系统工程学会（ICASE，Korea）、中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院系统科学研究所、黑龙江大学、哈尔滨工程大学协办．会议总主席为中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院陈翰馥院士，会议程序委员会主席是中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院程代展研究员和哈尔滨工业大学段广仁教授，会议组织委员会主席是哈尔滨工业大学姚郁教授和中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院张纪峰研究员．     

第48届国际IEEE—CDC会议在我国召开

2009年12月16日至18日,由美国电子电气工程师协会（IEEE）控制系统学会主办的第48届IEEE决策与控制会议（Conference on Decision and Control,简称IEEE—CDC）,和中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会主办的第28届中国控制会议（CCC）,两会合一（称为IEEE CDC-CCC’09）在上海国际会议中心召开。

第七届全球智能控制与自动化大会（WCICA′08）

全球智能控制与自动化大会（WCICA）是每两年一次在中国召开的重要国际会议。第七届大会（WCICA′08）将于2008年6月25-27日在美丽的山城重庆召开。本次会议由重庆大学主办，由IEEE国家自然科学基金委员会、中国自动化学会、中国人工智能学会协办。     

悼念李耀通教授

悼念李耀通教授中国科学院复杂系统工程学开放实验室主任、中国科学院自动化研究所研究员、国家８６３计划智能机器人主题专家组组长、《自动化学报》副主编李耀通教授，因患癌症医治无治，于１９９６年１０月２０日不幸逝世，终年５３岁．李耀通教授１９６７年毕业于清华...     

中美控制系统学术会议报导

中美控制系统学术会议(Bilateral Meeting On ControlSystems)于一九八一年八月十日至十二日在上海科学会堂举行。这是第一次在我国召开的自动化科学国际性学术会议,是由中国自动化学会和美国IEEE控制系统学会共同举办的。参加会议的美方代表二十四人,有IEEE控制系统学会现任主席S·Kahne博士,哈佛大学何毓琦教授等。中方代表有中国自动化学会理事长宋健教授、付理事长,中国科学院学部委员张钟俊教授等一百一十人。美方代表组织委员会主席为何毓琦教授,麻省理工学院的A·Willsky为会议程序委员会主席。我方组成以宋健同志为首的程序委员会和以疏松桂同志为首的组织委员会领导这次会议的学术活动。     

第五届全国高校自动化系主任（院长）论坛在湖南大学召开

4月18日至19日，第五届全国高校自动化系主任（院长）论坛在湖南大学召开，来自全国70多所高校的自动化系主任（院长）围绕“控制科学与工程国家重点学科战略发展”这一主题，对国内自动化学科的发展以及人才培养等重要课题进行探讨。论坛讨论由清华大学自动化系主任周东华教授主持。周东华教授首先向大会宣读了全国高校自动化系主任（院长）论坛组织条例，并获得与会代表鼓掌通过。结合会议的主题，周东华教授首先对本次论坛的形式和任务进行了定位。周教授认为本次论坛应该定位为工作研讨会和联谊会，而不是学术会议，采取自由发言的形式，并尽量做到与教育部（或相关部门）的相关会议形成互补，并形成特色。围绕“国家重点学科战略发展”这一主题，会议代表们就自动化学科的建设与发展、考核机制和成果评价、学术带头人以及人才培养机制等议题展开了讨论。

2008年IEEE计算机科学与软件工程国际会议

2008 International Conference on Computer Science and Software Engineering （CSSE 2008） will be held on December 12～ 14, 2008 in Wuhan, China. The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society, all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and cited by EI.

第三届亚洲控制会议

亚洲控制会议（ASCCAsianControlConference）是由亚洲及大洋洲地区的国家主办，在自动化及其相关领域，面向全世界的一个大型。综合性、高水平的国际学术会议。亚控会每三年举办一次，前两届分别于1994年和1997年在东京和汉城召开。在第二届汉城亚控会上，共有来自近30个国家和地区的600多名代表参加了会议，其中来自中国（包括台湾和香港地区）的代表共有62人。可以看出，中国及国际学术界对ASCC是十分重视的。第二届汉城亚控会得到了有关国际权威学术组织的支持，国际自动控制联合会（IFAC）、IEEE控制系统分会、自动化和系统工…     

基于多尺度多任务卷积神经网络的人群计数

在智能监控领域，实现人群计数具有重要价值，针对人群尺度不一、人群密度分布不均及遮挡等问题，提出一种多尺度多任务卷积神经网络（MMCNN）进行人群计数的方法。首先提出一种新颖的自适应人形核生成密度图描述人群信息，消除人群遮挡影响；其次通过构建多尺度卷积神经网络解决人群尺度不一问题，以多任务学习机制同时估计密度图及人群密度等级，解决人群分布不均问题；最后设计一种加权损失函数，提高人群计数准确率。在UCF_CC_50和World Expo'10数据库上进行了评估，验证了自适应人形核的有效性。实验结果表明：所提算法比Sindagi等的方法（SINDAGI V A，PATEL V M.CNN-based cascaded multi-task learning of high-level prior and density estimation for crowd counting.Proceedings of the 2017 14th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Video and Signal Based Surveillance.Piscataway，NJ：IEEE，2017：1-6）在UCF_CC_50数据库上平均绝对误差（MAE）数值和均方误差（MSE）数值分别降低约1.7和45；与Zhang等的方法（ZHANG Y，ZHOU D，CHEN S，et al.Single-image crowd counting via multi-column convolutional neural network.Proceedings of the 2016 IEEE Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition.Washington，DC：IEEE Computer Society，2016：589-597）相比，在World Expo'10数据库上所提算法的MAE值降低约1.5，且在真实公共汽车数据库上仅0~3人的计数误差，表明其实用性较强。     

工业以太网专栏——无线局域网市场的背景

究竟什么是所有IEEE802．11无线联网标准的背景？这个技术在最近2年来逐步发展，但已成为一个令人迷惑的谜团，一方面它能解决各种设备所面临的接线问题，但又能引起混淆，特别是Bluetooth（兰牙技术）和HomeRF（家用射频技术）和其它技术的问世，无线技术是否能成为自动化中的一个敏感问题？在此文中我们将作进一步的观察。     

我刊编委韩旭教授当选国际计算力学协会总理事会理事

2013年5月7日,我刊编委、湖南大学机械与运载工程学院韩旭教授光荣当选国际计算力学协会总理事会理事（General Council Member）,目前中国仅有6位学者获此殊荣.此外,因为在计算方法领域广获认可的专业声誉,韩旭教授收到期刊Inverse Problems in Science and Engineering创始人、主编George S DULIKRAVICH教授邀请,担任该期刊副主编.韩旭教授目前还担任国际知名学术期刊International Journal of Computational Methods的副主编.
