为保证气体绝缘开关(Gas-Insulated Switchgear,GIS)设备在恶劣环境下工作的可靠性,利用SolidWorks和ANSA建立GIS设备有限元模型,采用Abaqus进行强度校核和动力学分析.计算设备在温度和气体压力共同作用下的结构响应;动力学分析首先进行模态分析,之后分别采用时程分析和反应谱分析计算在8级烈度地震作用下的结构响应,并比较两者计算结果.计算结果表明:三通和四通安全因数较低,需要改进设计;反应谱分析与时程分析结果一致,表明该GIS设备在地震应力作用下是安全可靠的.  相似文献

0.6米跨超声速风洞控制系统采用基于现场总线和网络的开放式集散系统,具有运行控制设备多、逻辑关系复杂的特点,为保证风洞复杂系统的状态监控和运行安全,研制了安全联锁控制系统。系统硬件包括应用层上位机、中间层PLC、执行层各设备终端,软件采用共享变量服务器SVE统一管理实现通信;通过硬件电路和ProfiNet连接两种方式的结合,实现了对风洞各设备的状态信息检测和控制指令发送;通过对风洞状态监控、安全保护功能进行分析,采用了三级冗余安全关车策略的关键技术和方法。经调试实现了检测与控制所有与风洞运行安全相关的信息和设备,能够在风洞运行出现异常时,抢占控制权限,控制各设备在安全状态下关车,压力控制精度优于0.5%。经实际应用满足了技术上保护风洞设备和参试人员安全的工程应用。  相似文献

为考察轮辋与轮辐间焊缝对钢制车轮强度的影响,建立包括该焊缝在内的钢制车轮的有限元模型,分析在弯曲载荷作用下,钢制车轮轮辋与轮辐间的焊脚高度、焊缝截面形状以及焊缝布置位置对车轮应力的影响.仿真结果表明:对于该钢制车轮,轮辋与轮辐间焊脚高度可以由目前的3.5mm减至2.5mm,这为焊接工艺参数的调整提供一定参考;焊缝截面边界为直边时焊缝处应力较小;当每段焊缝的一半对着通风孔时焊接区域应力较小.该仿真分析可用于钢制车轮轮辋与轮辐间焊缝结构的优化,并为钢制车轮在弯曲载荷作用下的疲劳寿命估算提供更准确的应力计算结果.  相似文献

建立某型校车的有限元模型,计算在不同工况下其车身骨架的静态强度.计算结果表明:在弯曲和扭转工况下,该校车最大应力分别为154.8和171.4 MPa,均小于Q235屈服应力235 MPa;最大变形分别为4.925和12.92 mm,满足《客车定型试验规程(GB/T 13043—2006)》中所规定的弯曲和扭转工况下10及12 mm的限额;车身结构整体应力大多集中在30 MPa左右,有较大的安全裕度.分析结果可为该校车车身骨架结构优化提供参考.  相似文献

为满足汽车车轮强度要求,大通风孔钢制车轮轮辐需采用高强度钢材进行冲压成形,因此更容易产生各种成形不良问题.用PAM STAMP对某大通风孔钢制车轮轮辐成形过程中的2道关键拉延工序进行有限元仿真和优化,通过改变模具结构和参数降低轮辐成形后的减薄量,有效防止轮辐成形过程中的开裂现象.对仿真结果和实际加工结果的对比和分析验证该仿真方法的有效性.  相似文献

本文用I-DEAS软件对浴盆式运煤专用敞车车体方案1结构,按TB/T1335-1996《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》进行了静强度、模态计算分析,其刚度、强度均满足《规范》要求,计算结果与试验结果非常吻合,一阶自振频率大于10Hz,整车承载结构质量为11.872吨。  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献

Distributed real-time simulation is a young technology field but its practice is under increasing demands. In recent years the author and his collaborators have been establishing a new approach called the distributed time-triggered simulation (DTS) scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. The concept was initiated in the course of developing a new-generation object-oriented real-time programming scheme called the time-triggered message-triggered object (TMO) programming scheme. Some fundamental issues inherent in distributed real-time simulation that were learned during recent experimental studies are discussed along with some approaches for resolving the issues. An execution engine developed to support both the TMOs engaged in control computation and the TMOs engaged in DTS is also discussed along with its possible extensions that will enable significantly larger-scale DTSs.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Mit zunehmender Größe der Softwaresysteme verschärfen sich die für die Software-Herstellung typischen Probleme: Beherrschen großer Objektmengen, Erhalten der Systemkonsistenz, Kontrolle der ständigen Änderungseinflüsse und Gewährleisten einer langen Lebensdauer. Die Disziplin Konfigurationsmanagement bildet den methodischen Ansatz, diese Probleme besser zu beherrschen. Software-Konfigurationsmanagement faßt die Herstellung von Softwaresystemen als eine Abfolge von kontrollierten Änderungen an gesicherten Zwischen- und Endergebnissen auf.
