针对基于Internet环境下的控制系统中,网络时延、丢包、包序颠倒等问题对闭环实时控制系统性能造成的影响,提出了一种基于时延预估补偿控制的闭环实时控制方法。该方法引入一个网络时延存储队列,对网络时延进行在线预估,通过Smith预估器对控制系统进行动态补偿。同时,利用一类非线性PID的非线性特性对传统PID控制器进行改进,以改善时延随机性对控制系统的影响。仿真结果证明,该方法对模型精确已知的一类控制对象有较好的控制效果。  相似文献

针对大时滞非线性受控对象,将数字Smith预估控制原理和神经网络(NN)控制器参数的自适应调整方法相结合,根据系统出现的不同特点适时调节控制器参数,以适应对象特性的变化。将其应用于加热炉温度控制系统中,并与常规PID控制器和Smith预估补偿PID控制器进行比较,仿真研究表明,该控制器各项性能均优于上述两种,且在被控对象参数改变或出现干扰时系统的控制性能也得到了较好的改善,具有良好的控制品质。  相似文献

为了减小网络控制系统中网络诱导时延以及非线性系统本身的滞后对系统控制性能的影响,提出了一种改进的Smith预估时滞补偿方法,采用最小二乘法对被控对象进行测量、辨识,同时引入模糊自适应PID控制,无需确定系统的随机时延。实验结果表明,此种方法是简单而且可行的,提高了系统的稳定性。  相似文献

针对网络控制系统中网络时延补偿的问题,提出了一种模糊自适应PID控制器的设计方法,通过利用在线时延估计方法对时延进行预估计,根据估计时延值在线调节PID三个参数,从而改善系统的性能。对基于控制局域网络(CAN)总线的典型工业过程进行了仿真实验。结果表明,与常规PID的控制器比较,采用设计的PID控制器能补偿网络上的时延,更加有效的抑制了时延对网络控制系统的影响并提高了系统的性能。  相似文献

针对网络控制问题,建立包含变网络时延及网络传输丢包等的统一模型.提出基于允许误差阈值及最大时延等多重准则的网络调度算法.在被控对象模型已知的情况下,本文采用模糊控制器作为Smith控制的内模控制部分,同时将Smith预估环节与被控对象放在一处,减少了冗余信息的传输,补偿了网络时延.仿真结果说明该调度算法及控制方案对于模型精确已知的一类网络控制对象能取得较好的控制效果.  相似文献

针对火电厂机组主汽温被控对象的大迟延和模型参数不确定性,结合传统Smith预估控制方法和模糊免疫PID控制方法,设计了基于Smith预估的模糊免疫PID控制器.模糊免疫PID控制器可自整定参数,对被控对象参数变化有自适应能力,在纯迟延现象严重的惰性区使用预估器预先估计出过程在基本扰动下的动态特性,使调节器提前动作,从而明显地减少超调量.将设计的控制器应用到主汽温串级控制系统中,并用Matlab对该系统在不同工况下进行仿真,结果表明所设计的控制系统对模型参数变化有较强的适应能力,在稳定性,准确性方面优于常规Smith预估控制系统和串级控制系统.  相似文献

无线网络控制系统由于网络的存在产生诱导时延,时延影响系统稳定性,甚至使系统失去控制。针对这一现象,提出一种基于内模控制的无线网络控制系统设计,在被控对象端添加预估模型,从结构上实现无需确知网络时延的大小,在被控对象预估模型与真实模型相等的情况下,可实现对网络时延的完全补偿。内模控制器的参数调整方便,设计方法简单并容易实现,仿真结果验证了该系统具有良好的跟踪性能,较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。  相似文献

差压铸造设备由于密封不严等原因使得差压铸造过程中存在较大的滞后,从MATLAB仿真曲线可以看出,采用常规PID控制器构成的控制系统,使得差压铸造过程中的被控对象产生明显超调,很难获得满意的控制性能.为了提高差压铸造控制系统的控制精设,采用Smith预估器对常规PID控制器进行了修正,仿真曲线表明,使用修正后的控制器构成的控制系统,能显著降低被控对象的超调量,明显提高控制系统的控制效果.因此,Smith预估器可有效解决差压铸造控制系统的滞后性,提高系统的控制精度.  相似文献

在集中供暖的热力站控制系统中,由于被控对象本身具有非线性、纯滞后、参数时变等特点,常规的PID控制器难以达到理想的温度控制效果,结合Smith控制和模糊自适应PID控制的优点,提出了一种基于Smith预估补偿的模糊自适应PID控制器.介绍了其控制器的原理并给出了具体的设计方法.在模型匹配和模型失配的情况下进行了仿真研究,结果表明该控制器的动态响应快、超调量小、稳态精度高,具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性,适用于参数变化的大滞后热力站控制系统.  相似文献

电厂锅炉的再热汽温是机组安全、经济运行的重要参数之一,必须控制在一定范围内.而电厂再热汽温被控对象是具有大惯性、大滞后,并且常规PID控制难以取得良好的控制效果.针对这一特点,提出了一种RBF--Smith预估控制算法,该算法利用了基于RBF整定的PID控制提高对被控对象参数变化的自适应能力和Smith预估控制能够克服被控对象的大迟延特性,并对RBF--Smith预估控制用Matlab在不同工况下进行仿真试验,仿真结果表明所设计的控制系统的性能较常规PID控制有较大的提高,证明了控制方案的有效性.  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献
