针对锅炉飞灰含碳量的预测问题,提出了自适应扰动量子粒子群优化的支持向量回归机方法(ADQPSO-SVR),即在量子粒子群优化算法(QPSO)的基础上加入自适应扰动,克服了支持向量回归机(SVR)经验选择学习参数的弊端。用此改进算法对SVR的学习参数进行寻优,经过实例研究表明,ADQPSO算法的寻优能力较强,利用ADQPSO算法得到的SVR模型有较高的预测精度,同时与GA-BP算法和GA-RBF算法相比,ADQPSO-SVR能够提高锅炉飞灰含碳量预测的准确性及稳定性。  相似文献

支持向量机参数对支持向量机的性能有着重要影响,参数选择问题是支持向量机的重要研究内容。针对此问题,提出一种基于粒子群优化算法的支持向量机参数选择方法。实验结果表明,经粒子群优化算法优化的支持向量机回归模型具有较高的预测精度,粒子群优化算法是选取支持向量机参数的有效方法。  相似文献

参数的优化选择对支持向量回归机的预测精度和泛化能力影响显著,鉴于此,提出一种多智能体粒子群算法(MAPSO)寻优其参数的方法,并建立MAPSO支持向量回归模型,用于非线性系统的模型预测控制,推导出最优控制率.采用该算法对非线性系统进行仿真,并与基于粒子群算法、基于遗传算法优化支持向量回归机的模型预测控制方法和RBF神经网络的预测控制方法进行比较,结果表明,所提出的算法具有更好的控制性能,可以有效应用于非线性系统控制中.  相似文献

为了提高作物需水量预测精度,提出基于粒子群优化算法(PSO)优化最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的预测模型。该模型以空气湿度、温度、太阳辐射以及风速为输入,利用多项式核函数和径向基核函数的非负线性组合构造核函数,将粒子群优化算法(PSO)与交叉验证方法用于确定模型参数。实验结果表明与神经网络和随机森林相比,PSO优化的LS-SVM可获得更好的预测精度和泛化能力,可用于节水灌溉,具有较高的应用价值。  相似文献

基于混沌PSO算法优化最小二乘支持向量机实现航空发动机磨损状态监测;通过小波包分解消除润滑油光谱数据的噪声,获取LS-SVM的训练与测试样本;针对最小二乘支持向量机解决大规模数据样本回归问题时所出现的训练时间长、收敛速度慢等缺点,提出了混沌PSO算法优化LS-SVM的模型参数;该方法不仅克服了传统PSO算法早熟、容易陷入局部最小值等缺点,同时显著提高了最小二乘支持向量机的预测能力;最后,将一般LS-SVM和GM(1,1)模型的预测结果与文中预测结果进行对比,该方法构建的模型对测试样本产生的预测误差仅为0.0441,验证了该方法在预测精度上具有明显优势。  相似文献

对支持向量机的核参数选取到目前仍没有形成一套成熟的理论,严重影响了其广泛的应用。对核参数的选取做了一定的探讨。将神经网络与粒子群优化算法相结合并用于支持向量机核函数的参数优化。该方法能够同时具有神经网络较强的非线性拟合能力和粒子群优化算法的寻优能力。数值实验结果表明该算法对支持向量机核参数的优化是可行的、有效的,并且具有较高的分类准确率和较好的推广性能。  相似文献

针对以模糊神经网络自适应方法为核心的不确定非线性系统控制问题, 以常规静态模糊神经网络控制结构为基础, 分别就控制器、辨识器及优化算法3个方面展开改进研究. 以一种改进结构的动态PID型模糊神经网络为控制器, 最小二乘支持向量机为辨识器构成控制系统. 利用带混沌搜索的量子粒子群算法离线优化结合在线误差反传微调的寻优策略优化控制器参数, 带混沌扰动的粒子群离线优化支持向量机的核参数, 并通过对系统稳定性的讨 论将改进的控制系统逐步完善. 对某热交换对象模型的数值仿真验证了该改进方法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

针对磨煤机一次风量的预测问题,建立了以磨煤机系统运行中与一次风量主要相关的参数作为输入变量的最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)模型。采用自适应变异的模拟退火粒子群算法(AMSAPSO)对建立的LSSVM模型的参数进行优化,建立了基于自适应变异的模拟退火粒子群优化算法的最小二乘支持向量机(AMSAPSO-LSSVM)预测模型。利用某600 MW机组磨煤机一次风系统运行数据对该模型进行了验证。结果表明,采用自适应变异模拟退火粒子群算法对LSSVM进行寻优,有效避免了搜索盲目性和早熟收敛的问题,提高了模型的泛化能力。采用AMSAPSO-LSSVM预测模型可以对磨煤机一次风量进行较高精度的预测。  相似文献

为解决煤矿单传感器瓦斯浓度预测精度不足的问题,将自适应人工免疫系统(AIS)与自适应粒子群(PSO)相结合,建立多参数并行双自适应AIS-PSO算法的瓦斯浓度软测量模型。通过分析煤矿井下环境参数对瓦斯浓度监测的影响,将矿井下温度及风速等环境参数作为软测量模型输入,上隅角瓦斯浓度作为模型输出。利用并行双自适应AIS-PSO算法对最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的核参数σ和正则化参数γ进行寻优,并与PSO-LSSVM、LS-SVM结果进行对比。结果表明:PSO-LSSVM平均相对误差为5.5083%,LS-SVM平均相对误差为8.6883%,并行双自适应AIS-PSO软测量模型的平均相对误差为2.0165%,最小相对误差为1.194%,与另两种方法相比具有较高的预测精度和泛化能力。  相似文献

针对税收收入预测存在着非线性、不稳定性和多经济因素影响的复杂性,提出用最小二乘支持向量回归机的方法对广东省从化市的税收收入进行预测,并建立数学模型。由于模型中的参数C和σ2直接影响支持向量机的预测效果,因此巧妙地融合了粒子群优化算法的思想,采用粒子群算法对参数进行寻优来确保预测模型的精确性和稳定性。仿真实验结果表明,相对于各参比模型,用粒子群算法对参数进行寻优的最小二乘支持向量回归机的预测精度有了显著提高,从而说明了该模型的有效性和实用性。  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献

Distributed real-time simulation is a young technology field but its practice is under increasing demands. In recent years the author and his collaborators have been establishing a new approach called the distributed time-triggered simulation (DTS) scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. The concept was initiated in the course of developing a new-generation object-oriented real-time programming scheme called the time-triggered message-triggered object (TMO) programming scheme. Some fundamental issues inherent in distributed real-time simulation that were learned during recent experimental studies are discussed along with some approaches for resolving the issues. An execution engine developed to support both the TMOs engaged in control computation and the TMOs engaged in DTS is also discussed along with its possible extensions that will enable significantly larger-scale DTSs.  相似文献

Die Disziplin Konfigurationsmanagement bildet den methodischen Ansatz, diese Probleme besser zu beherrschen. Software-Konfigurationsmanagement faßt die Herstellung von Softwaresystemen als eine Abfolge von kontrollierten Änderungen an gesicherten Zwischen- und Endergebnissen auf.
