移动支付是双方使用移动设备交换金融货币以换取商品或服务的过程。消费者对于安全的担心正在阻碍它的进一步发展。通过分析移动支付在技术上和商业上的需求,开发了一个移动支付的交易平台的原型系统。该系统模拟了从移动设备通过短信、HTTP(S)等方式向服务器递交交易请求开始的整个交易实现过程,创建了电子支票的新模式,并通过各种加密和认证的方式达到最大程度的通讯安全。  相似文献

Financial technology will be widespread attention. It is growing rapidly. As a result of its continued development, new regulations have already been introduced in this field. The word "fintech" is one such word. Financial technology will be used in the field for various activities. Usually, these procedures are performed by the company or organization that provides information technology-based service that is requested by using an application. Various other important issues, such as network attack security restrictions and privacy threat accounts, should not be left unattended. It integrates various state-of-the-art technologies such as mobile, embedded systems, mobile networks, mobile computing, cloud, big data, data analysis technology, and embedded cloud computing, including FinTech development. It is important to Embedded Finance (EF) for its seamless integration and finance of its customers' business services, just as ride-sharing companies Uber and Lyft have integrated very successful payments. Refers to the provision of services. Embedded finance is a financial service on the terms of the customer, from anywhere, anytime. There is no longer a need to visit banks that have access to their money. In some cases, embedded finance (in more specifically embedded banks) eliminates traditional banks.  相似文献

Payments are the locomotive behind any business domain. It has been predicted that mobile payments will become one of the most successful mobile services, and the security of payments is an important requirement. However, it is difficult to strongly authenticate mobile users remotely and provide an adequate level of non-repudiation of transactions. In this article, we argue that a nationwide public-key infrastructure supported by governmental bodies can be used in a mobile payment system. Not only does it provide strong security, but it also makes the system open to any mobile user, merchant, or financial service provider. Two payment protocols are described: one for virtual point-of-sale payments, and one for vending machine payments. We argue that such a system can be implemented using open development platforms, and its performance is adequate for enabling swift transactions. A prototype of a system which accepts virtual point-of-sale payments is implemented, and its performance and usability are evaluated.  相似文献

The mobile payment services markets are currently under transition with a history of numerous tried and failed solutions, and a future of promising but yet uncertain possibilities with potential new technology innovations. At this point of the development, we take a look at the current state of the mobile payment services market from a literature review perspective. We review prior literature on mobile payments, analyze the various factors that impact mobile payment services markets, and suggest directions for future research in this still emerging field. To facilitate the analysis of literature, we propose a framework of four contingency and five competitive force factors, and organize the mobile payment research under the proposed framework. Consumer perspective of mobile payments as well as technical security and trust are best covered by contemporary research. The impacts of social and cultural factors on mobile payments, as well as comparisons between mobile and traditional payment services are entirely uninvestigated issues. Most of the factors outlined by the framework have been addressed by exploratory and early phase studies.  相似文献

As mobile payments become increasingly popular, their ecosystem is also evolving. The participation of financial institutions in this ecosystem, although is rapidly improving, remains relatively low. This paper studies why some financial institutions choose to, or not to, participate in this nascent mobile payments ecosystem. We developed hypotheses for the influence of three factors as aspiration gaps, customer-facing IT capabilities, and institutional pressures based on three theoretical foundations including the threat rigidity thesis, capability-based view, and institutional theory. We then empirically tested our hypotheses by analyzing the diffusion of mobile payments among 3549 U.S. credit unions from 2013 to 2016. Results from our event history analyses provide support to the hypotheses that credit unions experiencing performance gaps, having superior customer-facing IT capabilities, and facing strong institutional pressures are more likely to start providing mobile payment services.  相似文献

IT executives frequently must be able to communicate IT's value in real economic terms, characterizing how technology infrastructure financially benefits the business relative to the company's financial performance objectives. Traditionally, the approach taken has focused on the capital investment process, with return on investment being the primary metric. However, ROI approaches identify financial results pertaining to a specific project, rather than IT programs as a whole, and can be misleading. A new financial metric, return on infrastructure employed (ROIE), has economic and real practical meaning to senior executive management because it recognizes IT as both an asset and a service. ROIE is a new financial management tool with which to judge the business contribution of IT as a whole; using it can motivate management behaviors and disciplines that are essential for success in the modern-day information economy.  相似文献

Although mobile technologies are increasingly used for business purposes, many companies have found it difficult to successfully implement them. Not only do the rapid technological changes increase the risks of companies’ investments into mobile technologies, but many such applications have also failed to gain user acceptance. In contrast to the consumer domain, there are very few empirical studies of mobile applications’ effectiveness from the perspectives of professional end users. Furthermore, designing mobile business applications has become an increasingly iterative and incremental activity, and ex post evaluations by actual users can provide crucial feedback to an iterative design process. In this study, we seek to contribute to establishing a design cycle that closely links the building and the evaluation of mobile business applications. Our objectives are to (1) gain a better understanding of mobile business applications’ success by means of ex post evaluations from end users, and to (2) leverage these empirical insights to inform the design of mobile business applications. We conducted the study in collaboration with DEKRA Automotive, which offers expert services in the automotive sector with experience in mobile business applications. Our primary contribution is a systematic approach to using ex post evaluation as input for the iterative design of mobile business applications. We suggest an adapted version of the D&M information system (IS) Success Model, which has process quality as an additional construct, as a basis for ex post evaluations of a mobile business application by its end users. Furthermore, we illustrate how a performance-based analysis of the empirical results enables one to derive priorities and recommendations for future design iterations. Our results reveal that system quality and process quality are the main determinants of individual benefits of using mobile business applications. Our findings thus contradict other studies that identify information quality as a significant motivator of (consumer-oriented) mobile data services. We conclude that a mobile business application's design should focus on process quality, emphasizing functional support for operational tasks in a specific work context while ensuring system quality, which is largely affected by technology platform choices.  相似文献
