模糊神经网络即具有输入信号是模糊量的神经网络,是模糊系统与神经网络相结合的产物,汇聚了二者的优点;遗传算法是一种自适应全局优化概率搜索算法.研究了基于模糊神经网络与遗传算法相融合的一种算法,在应用模糊神经网络进行数据挖掘前,应用遗传算法完成隶属函数的训练,以便更好地进行模糊神经网络学习;经过模糊神经网络学习后,提取相关规则,再次应用遗传算法,进行规则剪枝,提高数据挖掘效率.实验表明,与传统方法相比,该方法能够更快速、更加准确地进行数据挖掘,提取更精确的推理规则. 相似文献

This paper discusses the design of neural network and fuzzy logic controllers using genetic algorithms, for real-time control
of flows in sewerage networks. The soft controllers operate in a critical control range, with a simple set-point strategy
governing “easy” cases. The genetic algorithm designs controllers and set-points by repeated application of a simulator. A
comparison between neural network, fuzzy logic and benchmark controller performance is presented. Global and local control
strategies are compared. Methods to reduce execution time of the genetic algorithm, including the use of a Tabu algorithm
for training data selection, are also discussed. The results indicate that local control is superior to global control, and
that the genetic algorithm design of soft controllers is feasible even for complex flow systems of a realistic scale. Neural
network and fuzzy logic controllers have comparable performance, although neural networks can be successfully optimised more

We describe a fuzzy control based on a neural network, which is obtained by merging the advantages of a neural network, a competitive algorithm, and fuzzy control. This adaptive fuzzy control system can deal with data sampled by a neural network. From such training data, it can produce more reasonable fuzzy rules by a competitive (clustering) algorithm, and finally control the object by the optimized fuzzy rules. This is not a simple combination of the three methods, but a merger into one control system. In order to predict the service life of large centrifugal compressor impeller correctly, the rough set and fuzzy Bandelet neural network are combined to construct the novel prediction model which can give full play to theirs advantages. The attribute reduction algorithm based rough set and clustering method is firstly designed to optimize the inputting variables of fuzzy Bandelet neural network. And then the prediction model based on fuzzy Bandelet neural network is proposed, the Bandelet function is used as the excitation function of hidden layer and is combined with fuzzy theory to improve the prediction effectiveness of the prediction model. The training algorithm of fuzzy Bandelet neural network is designed based on improved genetic algorithm, the improved genetic algorithm introduces the adaptive differential evolution method into the traditional genetic algorithm, which can effectively optimize the parameters of fuzzy Bandelet neural network. Finally, the original 30 input variables of fuzzy Bandelet neural network are reduced to 9 input nodes based on rough set using 500 remanufacturing impellers as research objects. The service life of remanufacturing impeller is predicted based on three prediction models, and simulation results show that the fuzzy Bandelet neural network optimized by improved genetic algorithm has highest prediction precision and efficiency, which can correctly predict the service life of remanufacturing impeller. 相似文献

在萤火虫优化算法和T-S模糊神经网络的基础上,提出了一种采用萤火虫算法优化的T-s模糊神经网络预测交通流量的算法。该算法利用萤火虫算法得到T_s模糊神经网络的最优参数配置,从而能发挥T-s模糊神经网络泛化的映射能力。将该算法应用到实测交通流中进行算法的有效性验证,并与传统的T-s模糊神经网络和遗传算法优化的T-S模糊神经网络进行比较,仿真结果表明该算法具有更高的预测准确性,从而证明了该算法在交通流量预测领域的可行性和有效性。 相似文献
