云计算将主导企业应用的未来已成为业界的共识,转向云计算是企业应用模式的颠覆性变化。企业用户需要采纳适合企业自身需求的云计算方案,具备评估采纳云应用服务风险的能力;而服务提供商则应提供满足不同企业需求的云应用服务。采用技术接受模型(TAM)的相关理论建立云应用服务技术接受模型,并运用模糊决策实验与实验评估法(DEMATEL)对所设计模型及实例数据进行分析,检验所设计的云应用服务技术接受模型及关键因素。研究结果表明,感知有用性、应用服务质量、社交影响对企业用户采纳产生关键影响。 相似文献

This paper examines the potential role of gatekeepers’ innovative use of information technology (IT) in organizational units and its ability antecedents. Using absorptive capacity theory as our theoretical lens, we theorize a model of innovative use of IT at the unit level. The proposed model was empirically validated using a survey of 204 unit gatekeepers. The model developed in this paper aims to explain how mobile technology enables collaborative capabilities that enhance business process performance (BPP). The proposed model is tested using survey data gathered from managers in six European countries. The results suggest that, while mobile technology is positively associated with both external and internal collaborative capabilities, BPP improves to the utmost when the development of internal capabilities precedes the development of external ones. 相似文献

The Web is increasingly being viewed as a tool and place to enhance customer relationship. In this paper we defined a model to analyze the Web characteristics that aid in building customer relationships and then used this model to examine consumer relationship building mechanisms in online retailing (e-tailing). Through a survey of 177 shoppers who had bought books, CDs, or DVDs online, the causal model was validated using LISREL; 13 out of 14 hypotheses were supported. This research has contributed to both theory and practice by providing a validated model to analyze online consumer relationship building and suggesting mechanisms to help e-tailers focus on online consumer relationship management. 相似文献

The contribution of this paper is three empirical evaluations of a reference model for the practice of software reuse. Our
research thesis is that software development based upon a software reuse reference model improves quality of products, productivity
of processes and product time‐to‐market for many software development enterprises. The definition and investigation of such
a model has been carried out using three steps. First, the reference model is developed based on existing software reuse concepts.
Second, this reference model is empirically evaluated using three studies: one using a survey method, one using a case studies
method, and one using a legacy studies method. Third, the impact of the reference model on software development productivity,
quality, and time‐to‐market is empirically derived.

Timed automata are a popular formalism to model real-time systems. They were introduced two decades ago to support formal verification. Since then they have also been used for other purposes and a large number of variants has been introduced to be able to deal with the many different kinds of requirements of real-time system development. This survey attempts to introduce a massive and complicated theoretical research area to a reader in an easy and compact manner. One objective of this paper is to inform a reader about the theoretical properties (or capabilities) of timed automata which are (or might be) useful for real-time model driven development. To achieve this goal, this paper presents a survey on semantics, decision problems, and variants of timed automata. The other objective of this paper is to inform a reader about the current state of the art of timed automata in practice. Academic studies typically view privacy threats as originating solely from organizations. With the rise of social media, such a view is incomplete because consumers increasingly face risks from peers’ misuse of data. In this paper, we study information privacy in the context of peer relationships on commercial social media sites. We develop a model that considers relationships between the constructs of privacy experiences, privacy awareness, trust, risk, and benefits and how those relationships impact individuals’ disclosure behaviors. We test the model by creating a survey that includes a number of measures that were taken directly from or were closely based on measures from prior studies. We conduct seven pilot tests of undergraduate students in order to validate the survey items. Working with the online survey firm Qualtrics, we gather a dataset of 314 Facebook users’ responses to our validated survey, and we test our model using partial least squares techniques. We find that both privacy experiences and privacy awareness are quite significant predictors of privacy concerns. We also find that trust, risk, benefits, and privacy concerns work together to explain a large amount (37%) of the variance in disclosure behaviors.
